I scheduled an appointment that was booked over a month out but one early morning, the owner texted me saying they had an opening that morning so I was able to get my dog in to get a cut that day. My dog gets nippy during bath time so I warned them and they requested I bring a muzzle. The muzzle I got wasn't the right fit so they ended up using one of theirs. I'm so glad to have found a place that does a good job and most of all accepts my dog. The owner said that they're used to dealing with the difficult ones. I highly recommend this dog spa.

We thought all was well, the owner John Quinn assured us the dog would be removed permanently, but that wasn't true. My girl experienced trauma from the attack and I didn't want a reoccurrence so we had to withdraw her from attending. We just recently tried to take her to another facility, but unbeknownst to us she was removed from the system. Now the process has to start from scratch because the facility manager at Plainfield will not communicate with another facility to validate my girl. I don't want to speak ill of the situation, but my rating speaks for itself. My girl deserved better!

They send me confirmation emails and text for an appointment but couldn't shoot me another text telling me they didn't have water? So I drove across town with two barking dogs for nothing. The third time was today. I was running late getting my dogs in the car. They're Yorkies, so it's not a physical issue, they just didn't want to cooperate. I arrived about 12 minutes late for a 12:00pm appointment. Gave the name of our dogs and apologized for being late. She told me it was too late because they don't take late appointments after fifteen minutes. She said it was. I said it is NOW because we've been talking for 3 minutes but she wasn't having it. Told me she couldn't manage to wash and groom my two small dogs in an hour and 45 minutes...so I just walked out. He didn't want to make $100 because of 3 minutes. I guess 1/3 isn't too bad, but I don't have time to deal with that level of nonsense. If you do, good luck to you using these people.

They just wanna get it over with. They took 4 hours with my dog, from 9am to 1:30pm to just return her to me completely shaved down. After I insisted many times, and even called them in between the grooming, telling them to not shave her down! They are butchers. If you don't mind it, then this is your place.
