After having the dealership where I bought the RV from, kicked the can down the road trying to refer me to a Ford dealer, stereo shops, and two so called RV experts either telling me the don't work on cameras systems and I would have go elsewhere. I reached out to Thor who gave me the name and address for Perfect Bodies. I was told that they do Thor's warrantee work, and would help me even though my RV was no longer under warranty. I had no choice but to take it to Joe and his crew. They spent a lot of time on this issue, but got things working. Considering amount of time and and phone calls to Thor's engineers and technical support, my bill was more than fair. I have no complaints and only praises for this shop. A buddy of mine said he believes there's this place does and at first I looked at there past reviews and I was a bit hesitant . But I'm super happy that I went there and met the owner tommy and nick the head body guy and crew because what a great set of guys .. I truly knew my truck was in great hands . Nick kept me updated every step of the way and the turn around was excellent I had to get the doors replaced and the whole cab area worked and painted it was a huge job and I get people asking me if it's a new cab and just told them no. That's how excellent there work was . And there price was outstanding no gimmicks no trying to sell me additional stuff just straight up guys doing straight up work . It was there less then 24 hours and I asked if they can tow it to a location less then 5 miles away. When I went to go pay the bill it was almost 900$. They charged me for things they didn't even do. I asked if there was anyway they can work with me with the price and the flat out said no. Not only that but they were so rude and cold that not even once did they ask if I was ok from the accident. Everyone i spoke to from other people involved to all the insurance people that was the first question Everyone asked but not them they were only focused on overcharging me to have my truck there for less then 24 hours. I spent a total of 3 minutes on Relations' property including quote, drop off, pickup, and payment. From the time I dropped my vehicle I had her back in less than 48 hours looking better than when she came off the factory floor.
