So many good things to get! This store is small but the typical size of most Asian stores. The staff was nice and friendly. They have just about everything that you may need from kimchi, snacks, drinks, and frozen food. (Korean bbq meat)

I'm sooo happy there's a lot of mini marts around my neighborhood and glad this was a new addition. I visited here last night looking for some sides for my kbbq to do at home and Im so happy they have some of the items I need! This is a cute little Korean market that has all the neccesities you need to make Korean dishes or just to enjoy Korean snacks and desserts. I love that they have small serving of things like the radish paper and kimchi because sometimes you dont want to buy a big jar of kimchi and get pressured to finish the rest. This market is well stocked and the items are also priced pretty good. Come check it out! I'm sure you'll find something yummy to take home.

Checked out MVP Korean Mini Mart to save myself a trip to the further, more populated areas for a few essentials. For a mini mart, this shop definitely packs a lot more than expected! My favorites are their selection of noodles and all things in the freezers - exactly what I needed! I also enjoyed their novelty BTS and Kakao products and hot sauces based on the variety of noodles. They conveniently have 15 minute parking spaces directly in front of the store, with ample parking surrounding in the lot + no card minimum!

Closed the store at 8:50. Told me they're closed. I told the other guy that I'm going to eat and will come back before the close to buy the items I needed

I was waiting for jajangmyeon and wandered into this cute mini mart! They had a lot of staple Korean groceries from vegetables (kimchee as well), meat, rice, condiments, cooking oils and etc. I liked looking at all the yummy Korean instant noodles as well as the frozen mandoo and the thinly sliced meats they had in their freezers. They also have a small supply of k95 masks which I love the black ones that look stylish. If you need something quick and live in the rainbow area then this mini mart is it. You don't need to drive down to Greenland!

This place has all the classic Korean produce, snacks, desserts and banchans at good prices. I live across the street and am very happy to have this place close by.

If all I needed was a few essentials, this would be my go to market! Prices are not at all bad compared to grocery stores!

I also didn't notice signs to direct you to particular countries or even continents. The biggest problem with shopping here are the very tight aisles. Checking out can be challenging for some because it is like a maze with all kinds of things in your way so you have to figure it out. I was actually next door, picking up a sandwich, when I decided to go in and check it out since I haven't been here in a good few years. Imagine my surprise when the interior has changed and with new items! For me, I was very pleased to find that there was practically almost everything I would need to make some Hawaii local food. Definitely saves me a trip to International. The lady (owner?) told me that every other week, they get a shipment of produce and food items from Hawaii. They had Hawaiian chili peppers (which I used to make a huge batch of chili peppa watah), frozen Opihi, and fresh luau leaves at $5.99/lb to name just a few items. I bought a couple bags of luau and I can vouch that the luau leaves were good pieces and cleaned. In the back of the store, they had hot food. It looked (and smelled) really good. I didn't buy any because I was holding a bag with the sandwich I bought next store, but I will definitely come back and try the food next time.

I love you Greenland!…read more I made a terrible mistake. I decided to order collagen masks on Amazon that said Korean formula. 4 masks in and a super dry, red face later, I saw on the back in small print made in ROC. Ugh. Seriously Amazon? Never again. I'm sorry I cheated on you with Amazon, Greenland. I learned my lesson. I put 30 masks in my basket and headed for the deli. 30 masks?! Yep. They are only 89 cents, but here's the thing. Korean beauty products are held to a higher production quality standard than US beauty products. And that means I'm not going to have an allergic reaction. ROC means the ones I got from Amazon were actually made in China. Their standards are nowhere near Korean standards. Like I said- lesson learned. So I got $30 worth of masks and $30 worth of deli, and a couple Monster energy drinks for Adam. I have the ingredients to make my own cucumber salad at home, but Greenland's is so much better. I got yeolmu putnaechu- which tastes like bok choy kimchi to me. I grabbed stir fried fish cakes, which are long flat strips and are so sesame yummy. I got soybean sprouts, Korean glass noodle stir fry and kimbap. These are all serving size containers. If you love all of the little appetizers you get at a Korean restaurant - that's what these are. And they are wonderful. Take a look at the photos I took of the vegetables. They are super fresh and Greenland has some harder to find options. I looked for Asian pears, but they must not be in season. If you love Korean food, you need to go to Greenland. It's the cornerstone of our neighborhood in Chinatown.

Definitely like comparing a flagship market with the neighborhood bodega or corner store. Good selection of Korean items, noodles, sauces, peppers, you name it.. but just not as lively or glitzy as before. The little bakery and other concerns outside the store were empty. The food court was pretty busy, that's probably why the parking lot was packed. I mean it was OK, just not like the old days.
