Love having this Korean essentials store on this side of town. It's small but thoughtfully and perfected curated for everything you need!

We called ahead to see if they had Lotte Jaws in stock, and the gentleman who answered was really friendly and confirmed they had it. We usually buy these at H Mart since not every store carries them, so it was nice to find a place closer to us. The store has a little bit of everything, and it was easy to find what we needed. Plenty of parking too, which is always a plus. Overall, good service and convenient location. We'll be coming back. read more

This store has everything! Cute hole in the wall that has come in handy many times when needing to pick up some last minute groceries since hmart and Greenland are so far from me. They have all the Asian brand sauces you can think of, all the ramen, Asian snacks & ice cream, alcohol & drinks! They even have produce like kimchi, & some green onions & mushrooms. If you like Greenland grocery store, then you'd like this grocery store. I love that this place is close to home AND has a great selection of Korean snacks, frozen goodies, and SAKE! They're just missing ready made food (banchan) and I wouldn't need to go up to Sahara/Rainbow (Greenland) at all. They have my fave bottled kimchee here; idk the brand name but, I know it's the "white cap" kimchee lol i like that it's not too spicy but, more on the pickley side. Crunchy and tangy! I'm sooo happy there's a lot of mini marts around my neighborhood and glad this was a new addition. I visited here last night looking for some sides for my kbbq to do at home and Im so happy they have some of the items I need! This is a cute little Korean market that has all the neccesities you need to make Korean dishes or just to enjoy Korean snacks and desserts. I love that they have small serving of things like the radish paper and kimchi because sometimes you dont want to buy a big jar of kimchi and get pressured to finish the rest. Checked out MVP Korean Mini Mart to save myself a trip to the further, more populated areas for a few essentials. For a mini mart, this shop definitely packs a lot more than expected! My favorites are their selection of noodles and all things in the freezers - exactly what I needed! I also enjoyed their novelty BTS and Kakao products and hot sauces based on the variety of noodles. They conveniently have 15 minute parking spaces directly in front of the store, with ample parking surrounding in the lot + no card minimum! read more

Great little Korean market in southwest for when you're in the area and need something and don't want to go all the way to Chinatown. It is actually very well stocked from veggies, kbbq meat, frozen items, snacks and soju. Prices are also reasonable! At checkout, we forgot to get tteokbokki sauce but the store clerk just taught us how to make it ourselves with simple home ingredients. We appreciated that instead of selling us more items. We'll definitely return when we are in the area. read more

Very very good selection of products !! Which are coming from Korea. They are very small but stuffs are very good and fresh - lots of frozen foods which is very specialized from Korea because our frozen system developed for long time and have great frozen system not like here at America - very bad and all the chemical they use - but not in Korea and Japan. Super kind and easy to find the stuffs because it is small and cozy but not organized so we have to find products. I was waiting for jajangmyeon and wandered into this cute mini mart! They had a lot of staple Korean groceries from vegetables (kimchee as well), meat, rice, condiments, cooking oils and etc. I liked looking at all the yummy Korean instant noodles as well as the frozen mandoo and the thinly sliced meats they had in their freezers. They also have a small supply of k95 masks which I love the black ones that look stylish. If you need something quick and live in the rainbow area then this mini mart is it. You don't need to drive down to Greenland! read more

Since we love k- food n everything, i give this place more than 5 stars!! I cant even explain how happy i am to find finding this place .. im sorry not exaggerating but this place is better than Disneyland per me n my daughter!! We go to this spot a lot bc of good restos but this store def made things a lot lot brighter than its already been.. i left sad, we didn't want to! Everything from fresh produce and kimchi to an extensive selection of frozen food items, cooking must-have ingredients (Gochujang, sesame oil, etc.) and tons of snack foods, this store is perfect when you don't want to go to the giant Greenland market.
