They stayed for about 4 hours and carefully put the babies in a warm incubator box that they put on my roof. They then installed a one way door so the momma racoon could leave when she felt it was safe. I'd highly recommend using this company. He quickly assessed that the screeching noise wasn't inside our house-but a tiny little dawn that had fallen into our deep window well screeching for help.
