This is a completed automated wash, zero personal attendants unlike the other car wash. There's yet another car wash option just down the street for $6 for the basic wash with hand drying. You may consider tipping, but those are the price points. There are also no free vacuums at this location, $2 to vacuum your car, so that raises the very basic car wash cost here to $12, definitely not worth it. The drying portion of the car wash left my car dramatically wet, seriously what drying?!?

Today, after bringing my own cleansers and washing my car's exterior, I discovered that all three carpet/apolstery cleaners were out of order. I need to find a new car wash. As always, they provided transportation with an amazing young lady named Sam. I never doubt that the work is always performed with honesty and great expertise. In the world of automotive repair, you can't always trust that the work was performed properly nor honestly. My experiences with Bockman's have proven that they never provide less than a 100% of quality service and trust. I definitely value them.

The winter muck shell coating on my car was starting to take on a life of it's own so it was beyond…read moretime to show it some love. Plus I knew that my wife would be thrilled to receive a clean car back as a surprise. I was in the area on other business and was hoping there was a hand wash place that could take good care of me. Enter Ralph's. I called ahead to inquire if they could handle the rack on top of the car and they said they were pretty sure, but if it was convenient, to come in and they would take a look see. Turns out the rack was not an issue and despite the fact that it was an unseasonably warm Friday afternoon, Ralph's was able to process my car in a very decent amount of time which is usually not the case at car wash places on nice days in the wintertime. I needed 'The Works' which is not cheap, but I knew it was both worth it and needed. There were a few up charges to note, like most places, they charge a little more for bigger vehicles; and mats were not included, they were extra, $8 for a set of four, which I feel should be included. Having said that, the car came out looking great both inside and out. When I checked out, they gave me a discount of some sort which negated the oversized vehicle add on charge, and to boot, gave me a stamped receipt that was good for an exterior wash in the next 7 days. So a great experience was had, the customer service in the lobby was expedient and friendly; and the best part of all, was that my wife was floored at how well cleaned her vehicle was and commented that she would be going back to Ralph's because they do a better job than some of the other places we have tried. Get it cleaned at Ralph's!

I got there 5 min before they opened, and the sign on the building was lit up and said open. When I came in he continued to treat me with an attitude and told me I should have seen the sign on the side of the building. I said how are new customers supposed to know this. TJ unfortunately was the manager so I could nothing about it. I did get my car washed, and mad sure I tipped the guys good, they're not responsible for the manager treating customers like dirt. I will never step foot in that establishment again.
