Terrible buying experience at My Auto Imports. I bought a used Jeep that they claimed had a clean multi-point inspection. Within a week, the engine started ticking, and a mechanic told me it likely needed new rockers and valves. After initially ignoring me, the manager finally told me to bring it in and that they would "take care of it." They kept my Jeep for over a week, I spent almost $500 on a rental, and then they told me there was nothing they could do--completely going back on their word. I would never shop here again i bought my car in September of 25 bought it home it had low coolant and shifting issues i call sent up a appointment they said they couldn't find the issue and wanted to charge me after and never told me about a oil leak that my car had then in November I called and to get the oil leak fixed multiple times I was ignored took it in for a free oil change they put the wrong oil in my engine after a few weeks I noticed I was low on oil again I tried calling no response then I called the Plainfield location they got me in right away they fixed the oil leak but in the process destroyed my engine so I called the this location again and they manger told me to screw off in customer service terms the Plainfield dealer ended up putting a new engine in my car i got my car back in early February noticed it had loud valve train noise and oil consumption i was told it was normal which its not now its misfiring on 2 cylinders and has metal in the oil I have only put about 3000 miles on this engine the dealership is dragging there feeting in getting me a loaner car read more

Serivice is usually pretty good but I wouldn't recommend relying on the shuttle if you have other business to attend to the same day. I asked in advance roughly how long the wait is to plan around it. I had told the person I set up my appointment with I would need the shuttle and she let me know I could expect to wait 15-20 minutes. I'm currently still sitting here and it's been and hour an 50 minutes. Still no idea when I can expect to get home. Very frustrating. Apparently the driver was sent very far away and has been waiting to pick someone up who isn't even there. People are usually pretty friendly and helpful at least. read more
