This is the worst SNS and pedicure I've ever received. Done by the owner and when I expressed my feelings she laughed like it was a joke. The yellow SNS was see through and looked like my nails were painted with a green highlighter by a child. Any one would agree how ridiculous my nails looked, awful. She said with an attitude how was she suppose to know I didn't like see through nails? NO ONE LIKES SEE THROUGH NAILS. Here the nails are seen black as she said this is the only thing we can do. It's like they just gave up! I got here there was only one person being seen. By the time she was halfway through my pedicure there were 7 people waiting for some services. I could tell she was speeding up the process but I really didn't expect to be completely neglected on my actual painting of the nails. The woman who helped me was very nice. Walked in and was only customer in building. Asian lady put me with African American lady. African American lady was rude and condescending right off the bat. She did not know how to get my oh nail off and insisted for me to soak them and then was complaining about how she would not put nails on me if it ripped by nails. I've had my nails done for over 20 years now and I've never had a problem with someone soaking or even cutting my old tips off and putting new white tips on. I told her that I needed to be out of there in 55 minutes and she's like oh I don't know about that you may have to come back I said no I'm not coming back. Then I asked if the other lady was faster and if I could have her and she said oh you want the other lady I said well if she's faster I would prefer. Then she went on to tell the Asian lady that I wanted her to rip my nails off and I do it too fast I just told the Asian lady I would prefer her to do it and that that lady was rude and she was yelling over me saying I'm not rude I just I'm not gonna rip your nails off I will never go to this place of business again Horrible customer service and nail tech did not know what she was doing. read more

This place is horrible, don't waste your time or money. I went in on a Saturday morning to get SNS and decided to try this place since it's so close to home and I saw good reviews. I got my nails done and they looked horrible, bubbles and splotchy. I didn't have time to say anything because I was late for another appointment and figured I'd come back after. As time went by they got worse. When I returned, I approached the woman who did my nails (who was incredibly sweet) and asked her if she could fix them. The owner was yelling "you fix you fix" across the salon. Talk about getting called out. She then proceeded to stand over the girl and berate her while she was trying to fix them. The girl tried to use a different product, but the owner wouldn't allow her to do so. Very very tense and awkward for your client, by the way. So they did them the second time with the same results. At this point I had been in the salon for around 3 hours, and I didn't have any more time for them. I promptly asked for a refund and the owner came over, took a file, and started grinding on my pinkie nail saying she was going to fix them. She rubbed it raw and now I have a cuticle abrasion. THANKS. Also heard another client having the same issue with a different nail tech. Maybe your product is shitty and it's not the t Overall, she at least gave me the refund and told me to come back and she would fix it the next day. Sorry but no, I'll stick to my old faithful who does it right the first time without berating their employees while they work. Update: in response to the business owner's comment, my mom was nowhere near the salon that day. I'm a grown woman who can tell when their nails are done correctly. This was my first time at this salon. I thought I would try someone different because my normal salon was very busy. BIG mistake!!! The salon is clean which is why I gave them 3 stars. The owner did my SNS. She kept complaining that they had been put on too thick. I like the way my salon does it because they always look nice and shine. When she was taking off the old with the grinder she never bothered to clean my nails before starting the new SNS color. They show it too. There are lumps, they're uneven in shape and in color. It looks like I hand painted them with my left hand and I'm right handed. Everytime I tried to stop her to complain she would cut me off and tell me " I make them look natural " which is fine if I wanted them to look like a child painted them. I will not be back and I really wonder how they got so many good reviews. read more

The gel the lady talked me into, gel it peeled, kicked me out of the store, to never come back, and gave my tip back (which was 10$)and 15.for the service - She refused. Not recommended. One employee only doing nails. Nails were cut uneven and not shaped. Nail length on each hand is different. When I asked about this it was ignored. Dip went all the way to nail bed and was not trimmed out as needed. I realize there were people that came in after me and were waiting but that is no reason to half way my service. Me and my sister went and she cut me and made me bleed then I got a pedicure and when she was getting ready to paint my toes she told me to turn the massage chair Off then she locked us out and we had to go to the back. This was place needs to learn customer service. I went there to have nails removed and a French manicure. Had an appointment for 5:30. They started at 5:45 no big deal. Here hands placed in acetone for 30 minutes with gloves on. Fingers began to burn and I asked lady for help with that and was told if you don't like it you can leave. This is how I do it. This place is GREAT! Three of us made appointments for Saturday morning. My nails were done by Cat. She is very sweet and friendly. The massage chairs are AWESOME. Wonderful customer service. Very clean shop. Every customer gets fresh tools. You spend $1 for a buffer and file that you keep and bring back with you for subsequent visits. Great color selections. Totally relaxed when I walked out the door. Definitely will be back. read more

I went here yesterday for a pedicure and it was a nightmare. She cut me and burned me! I have seen Kat before and she is amazing. However the girl I got yesterday was clueless. I don't even think she is licensed based on my experience. At first my water was too cold and I asked her to add more hot water. She added more cold. I asked again and told her the water was cold. She asked Kat how to do it and then my water was scalding. She was obviously very incapable of knowing an appropriate water temperature. Then as she was trimming my cuticles, she cut my skin. I have been applying Polysporin and praying it doesn't get infected. She kept asking Kat what comes next in the pedicure.....like she has never done this before. Then it was time for the hot stone massage. She brought the stones over and pressed one against my leg, burning it. She knew this because I yelped and jerked my leg away. Kat then told her to not hold them in one place because they are hot, to use oil and wait for them to cool. Duh!!! When the stones were cool enough to use she was very greedy with the oil and only used one stone. Every hot stone massage I've had with pedicures, they have used a stone in each hand. I am very angry that she burned me, and left a mark and she didn't even have the human decency to apologize or ask if I was ok. She really did a horrible job on the whole thing. My toenails were uneven,crooked and polish was everywhere. The girl said "This is a hard color." They charged me full price which I don't agree with. They should have only not charged me but given me the opportunity to come back for free. However I will never set foot in there again! Unprofessional and just not humanly decent. They will only hear from me again if I get an infection from where she cut me or burned me and it will be communicated through my lawyer.
