Supposedly this was double protein, and double rice. Steak was overcooked hard. I finished chewing the steak when I got home..

Supposedly this was double protein and double Riesss. What a scam . Never again worst hibachi ever . the rice had no flavor in the sauce were disgusting. $35. Worst experience no one was there and they took forever..

I ordered a single protein bowl but since they didn't have noodles they gave me a 3 protein bowl

Honestly the food is great! The wait can be a while as they cook it fresh but honestly for the amount of food and how good it tastes, I can't complain

This is the amount of Yew York Steak that was given.

So I heard about this spot from a couple people and got mixed reviews so had to try it out. I ordered a 2 protein plate, New York Steak and Spicy Teriyaki Chiken no veggies and fried rice. I was very disappointed on both proteins. New York Steak was tough, dry and flavorless without seasoning. Spice Teriyaki Chicken was also tough and dry, it had spice but no Teriyaki flavor at all. The Fried Rice was ok but had some hard pieces like it's been sitting in a warmer for to long and the bottom over cooked and they just mixed it around. I ordered a 1 protein plate New York Steak for my wife and the protein was just as bad as mine. I got 2 Garlic butter and 2 Chili Oil and the total was $60. The price I paid for the quality and quantity I received was EXTREMELY not worth it. I've tried other Hibachi places and this one was the worst.

This place is a scam. Paid $105 for 3 plates and a side of noodles . The chicken was DRY . The portion was insanely small. They have pictures on Instagram displaying their plates to be FULL. I can't believe the small amount of food that comes in an almost $30 plate . The customer service was trash as well . Waited almost an hour for dry food. Never again. Nothing like their posts online .

Miso Soup was clear, with onions and beef broth but no mushrooms. Our grill master made a bountiful batch of egg-added Fried Rice. Of more importance, he cooked melt-in-your-mouth medium rare Filet Mignon. Noodles and grilled vegetables were in plentiful supply. And while the grill master only tossed small chunks of corn on the cob instead of shrimp toward diners' mouths, some grilled shrimps were loaded onto plates by the grill master's spatula. And food portions were generous. The meal generally went smoothly, but our waitress was not very attentive. I had to ask four times for knives before receiving them. Our grill master had good knife skills and put on a pretty good understated cooking show, including fashioning and lighting an Onion Volcano that ultimately looked like a fire-breathing dragon. This was a very good dining experience overall.

This is a premier destination in Riverside for high-quality seafood and a polished atmosphere. **Rating: 5/5**

Our anticipation for a special family meal was unfortunately tempered by several service issues that we believe warrant your attention. Upon being seated, our party experienced a significant delay of approximately forty-five minutes before a chef was assigned to our table to commence the cooking process. This initial wait was further compounded when, upon the chef's eventual arrival, it became apparent that he did not have all the necessary ingredients readily available to prepare the meals for our group of eight, causing additional minor delays. Despite these operational challenges, we were pleased to observe a notable improvement in our dining experience once the chef began cooking and actively engaging with our table. The quality of the cuisine was exceptional, with everyone thoroughly enjoying the delicious food prepared. However, we must also highlight a comfort issue that affected our overall experience. The air conditioning system appeared to be insufficient in counteracting the considerable heat generated by the hibachi cooking tables, leading to a somewhat uncomfortably warm environment throughout our meal. We trust this feedback will be valuable in identifying areas for improvement to ensure a more consistently seamless and comfortable dining experience for your future patrons. You could also sit at the sushi bar, if you prefer. And there are a variety of tvs. When we went, it was featuring the world cup; no audio and some tvs had captions. Music was playing at a good level. Menu features lots of options. Some of us were craving sushi and the other half had bowls (beef bulgogi, spicy pork bowl, orange chicken). Our meals were served around the same time and waiters regularly checked on our refills and if we needed anything. At one point, music turned loud and lights flashed, to celebrate someone's bday so something to be aware of that they do. Overall, our dining experience was satisfying. I was a big fan of the salmon carpaccio and the super sexy bowl. The fish tasted fresh and portions are large so you get your moneys worth. My companion did mention that their bulgogi had more onion than meat which was visibly notable. Definitely aim to visit again and will recommend this spot to others.

Oh no! They have an impressive menu, very diverse. I like that you can order either large sushi rolls, or the smaller, Happy Hour, 5 pc. size so you can try more and not hate yourself as much when you waddle out the door. The rolls are beautifully made, made with very fresh ingredients, the ratio of rice to filling is perfect (i.e. not too much rice), and the rice is nicely flavored. Their tempura has great flavor, the poke salad is outstanding, the miso soup is rich, not watered down, but the biggest "prize" IMHO is the fish collar (kama), either salmon or hamachi. Here is where you separate the men from the boys. They do not sell old kama that has come from a food supplier's bag, frozen. They only use fresh, the same quality as their sushi, because it comes from the same whole fish they have selected to filet for sushi. Taste it and you know you have hit the jackpot. Before they broil it, they simply slather Japanese mayo on it and salt & pepper. There is something about the mayo that makes it sing a whole new tune. The kama is moist, tender, and comes with their tasty, house ponzu sauce. It's a real treat. Bonus points for being very reasonably priced relative to other sushi houses and they tend to be larger as well. To take advantage of the Happy Hour menu, it is available every day of the week. Monday through Thursday until 7pm, Friday through Sunday until 5 pm. It's an abbreviated menu but has great choices, fairly priced. Their service is tops, seating is limited (probably not more than 40), the interior is warm and quaint, and parking is no problem. And don't forget to respond to their friendly farewell with a duplicate, heartfelt "See you tomorrow" as you leave! Enjoy!
