Absolutely would not recommend. After 45 minutes and $38 I got a bland, dry, rice and noodle burrito. I ordered the trio, steak, shrimp, and chicken and was so disappointed by how little meat was actually in the burrito. There were 3 shrimp! 3! It was 90% boring, flavorless rice and noodles. The portions are pretty big and I ordered the burrito and had to save some for later before I popped lol The workers are super chill and put in the work to make the food taste amazing! Unfortunately, cannot attest to the food, waited an hour and a half and kept hearing it would be right out. I'm sorry, but even an hour wait for amazing food is a lot. Was really looking forward to trying it, but I guess this pregnant lady was SOL. We may consider it next time, but if I see a crowd I will definitely run (maybe waddle) the other way. Had to request a refund because even at this point they could not provide a time when it would be ready. I can never find them open. The 3 times out of 4 on different days when I messaged them-their answer was, "we're closed on that day". So what I'm wondering is you're close on like three days out of the whole week? I think that's really weird and I think there was only one day that they were supposedly open that I went on and it was on. It was supposed to be off of Indiana near the fwy by target. For starters, keep your receipt and check your bank details (even if you tap to pay with a digital wallet) and make sure they match when the final transaction is posted. I had a discrepancy that I wasn't happy about at all. Besides that, the plates clearly state that it is served with rice, veggies and 2 sauces. I received a bowl that was a little rice but mostly 2 different kinds of noodles. I can't have wheat or gluten so this made it inedible for me. Was very upset. If you serve noodles with the plates, make that known. Don't just say rice. Many people deal with food allergies and sensitivities, so don't serve things that aren't listed. 2 months ago I left a raving review. Just showing my appreciation for this guy and his work. He responded by offering a free meal as a token of appreciation for my review. I finally cashed in that free meal and he didn't disappoint! I drove over 20 mins to go to where he was at and He honored it and we even talked for a little. He's so humble and kind. He offered my kids free drinks since it was hot out side. Besides the free meal he offered, I still went and got a bunch of other meals. 2 ordered of chicken and udon noodles , 1 steak and udon noodles and a large combo bowl with chicken and shrimp with veggies and rice PLUS my free bowl of a combo bowl. BEST HIBACHI I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a shot. We ended up getting the trio plate with chicken, shrimp and steak. It came with rice, veggies and two house made sauces. Holy wow. The meat was amazing quality and perfectly seasoned. Especially the shrimp. I loved how their veggies and rice weren't all greasy. Some hibachi places drench their stuff in oil. The veggies were cooked perfectly and not soggy. The rice was also insanely good. Everything was flavor packed. Their teriyaki sauce was amazing and that spicy mayo one was probably the best sauce I've had at a hibachi truck. The serving size was generous and the price was similar to other hibachi trucks. But well worth it. I've tried hibachi trucks all over LA and riverside and this one takes the cake by far. There's ample parking and it's not in a super busy area so that's nice. I also loved that it was family owned. There was a sweet little girl that handed us our drink and it seemed like brothers were working the food and cashier area. Everyone was extremely nice. Everything was great when I took my wife for our 24th anniversary here until we got the food even though it looked spectacular the shrimp tasted frozen with lots of spices to help cover it up. I was a little disappointed yet I did not complain just took it home n fed the leftovers to my dog. My wife was okay with it because of the spices. She is Asian n can definitely tell the difference. This place is awesome and I love going here frequently with my boyfriend. Very quick food service when the line is short, ( I haven't been while the line was long) and the food is immaculate! I usually get a lunch bowl with double meat such as shrimp and chicken, my boyfriend gets a plate. I recommend extra teriyaki sauce! It's not teriyaki like panda or wing places but with a more smoked/ hibachi flavor too it and taste great with the food. I usually got to the parked location off of 14th and Market(?) I believe. We tried it at the jurupa market on a Friday. The service was really good. I have no real complaints other than we had quite a few chunks of fat in our steak plates. Came here with my Fiancé to check out the hype and I was initially going to try one of their burritos but I ended up getting their half and half combo with fried rice, veggies, noodles, medium rare steak and shrimp and it was definitely coming back since these guys post up around riverside and sometimes post up by some breweries so that way you can eat and drink at the same time. I heard buzz about this truck around Riverside and decided to come and check it out. I love that they have the thick udon noodles that I had seen in their videos on IG. By sight alone this set them apart from a lot of other trucks I've seen. Most have the chow mein noodles which are great, when done right. Some other trucks are entirely too greasy and lack flavor. I went with the steak plate with shrimp with those udon noodles, veggies and white rice. I love that they include broccoli in their mix. I love the freshness of the product they're serving. You can tell these veggies were cut fresh just by the texture and look of them. They were seasoned and cooked to perfection. They weren't overdone and mushy like they had been sitting around, the zucchini still had a nice bite and had a nice char from the grill. The udon had a good chew and umami flavor to them.The white rice is white rice, can't complain but I will say it was fresh and not stale or mushy so that's good. I always get my steak medium rare and the cook got it down perfectly. It was cut into small pieces but there was a lot of actual meat. Not like some places that only give you a couple minuscule pieces, there was plenty of protein that if I had just steak I would have been satisfied. It had amazing flavor that you could see on the meat cuz it was all seasoned and evenly distributed The shrimp couldn't have been cooked better. They were tail on which I don't mind, I know some people have issue with it but I like that it comes with a handle. They werent rubbery or tough, they were still juicy and tender which usually tends to happen when it's over cooked. These were seared beautifully. You can tell when someone loves what they do and the cook seems to really love this. The care put into just the presentation alone made me not want to take a fork to it. But then the time came to have at it because the aroma had my stomach screaming to get started. Everything I ate made me want to put more food in my mouth before I was even done with the first bite. Ravenous would be a good word to describe how I went after this plate. The guy who took my order suggested next time that I try the spicy noodles and the cook nodded his head in agreement and said that everything he makes is amazing.. I told them I wasn't a huge fan of spicy but he said he could always go light on the agave chile they use to make sure I like it. How sweet and spicy ;D since then I have gone back twice and man that cook was right, everything he makes is just really damn good. Now THIS is the best hibachi in the IE (and it's not self proclaimed either) I haven't had a bad plate and don't expect to in the future because I plan on making this a regular spot. Heard the nachos are fireeee too. Might have to come try those. The wait time wasn't bad at all either. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes.
