Ordered pizza from them a few nights back. An hour later no pizza. So I called. Guy who answered sounded really stressed. Sorry - we'll get it to you in 5 mins. But he never asked who I was. Figured there was an issue and he was getting news to the driver. 20 mins later, still no pizza. Called back to cancel. Told him to issue a credit. 3 days later, still no credit. I won't be ordering from them again. There are lots of pizza places around. Don't need to go to one that doesn't deliver my food and has me checking daily for a credit to be issued. read more

"This pizza is bussin. No cap", said my gen z nephew. Kid ain't lying. The pizza is pretty good. We got jalapeño poppers and 3 other pizzas. Chicken pepperoni, meat lovers, and the Maui, which adds peaches to what would be an Hawaiian. They are all good pizzas and I would get them all again. I'm personally a meat lovers guy and this one hits the spot. The Maui is new to me and I am ok with the peaches on the pizza. Overall, I will rank the pizzas above dominos, which is my pizza standard because I have never had a bad pizza from a domino's so far. Brothers does pizza well. I love the bready dough of the pizza with the slight chew and they do original toppings well. I personally haven't been to this location. I ordered a veggie sub, all the veggies were grilled on a un-toasted sub roll. Fresh and hot but I ate it in house at a 1 of the 2 tables they have in the store. They accommodated and added the dressing I wanted on this. I don't know if I would have liked it as much if I had it delivered. They had an affordable can of soda. The people who worked there seemed like life was work and deserve a break, but still do what they gotta do. I found parking on the side but spots on main street and in the back. Don't go here; customized a calzone. No where does it say peppers and onions are automatically included, it shows up with peppers and onions doesn't want to admit fault. They are like too bad. I spent $44 on an calzone because I added extra meat to not get what I want, explain that it was customized due to health issues, to be told not our problem. If it said it came with peppers and onions, I'd agree, it doesn't, totally disgusted. They were my favorite place for calzones and never had this issue previously. read more

I wanted to try a new place since sometimes you find hidden gems but this was not the case. Ordering online was easy and it came within the allotted delivery window but that's about the only good things I can say. The sandwich (inexplicably called the Celtic in a bid just to call it after a local sports team as the ingredients didn't scream Irish nor basketball to me) was awful. A greasy pile of melted cheese with bland chicken and a tomato. Yuck. The worst offender was the soup though. Supposedly chicken rice it had clumps of rice and some chicken and was even blander than the sandwich. It also had a film at the top like it had sat out for awhile (and this was ordered for lunch) so I threw it out after a couple of bites to be on the safe side. Ordered delivery to a hotel. I figured they would include a fork to go along with my chicken kebob dinner-wrong. It was fun eating with my fingers. Another unpleasant surprise; my side salad. It was made up of shredded lettuce, a few slices of tomato and onion, and placed UNDERNEATH the hot chicken. Good thing they did that or my salad wouldn't have stayed warm!! My friend and I decided to order out for delivery a few days ago from My Brothers Place. They said 30minutes and they arrived in 20min - already off to a good start. This wrap is unlike any other wrap I've seen before. There is really no way you can eat this wrap like you would normally expect... this requires a fork and knife and a lot of napkins. The wrap consists of a large pita bread, with all the ingredients you asked for awkwardly rolled up and secured with foil. I got the buffalo chicken wrap (as pictured) - although it was a hot mess it was pretty good.. not sure if I'd get it again though, too messy for my liking. We love this place, it is our go to order for delivery. The pizza is great, their Mesclun Mix salad is very very good, you don't find many places that do great pizza delivery and also have a very good salad. We have never had a bad meal from here. Delivery is always on time if not earlier and the delivery people are nice. Took out 3 subs for lunch today - a meatball, a chicken kebob wrap, and a tuna. The meatball was a little on the small side for a $6 sub, but it tasted alright. Both the tuna and the chicken kebob were excellent. The chicken kebob wrap came with feta, greek dressing, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. The chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The tuna was not too soupy and they didn't overload it with mayo. Service was friendly, all three subs were made within 10 minutes. Would give zero stars if i could. Place smelled like it's rotting, creepy people looking at us, and food took 20 minutes at least. Probably because they were making their own food before ours. Not to even mention mask enforcement was terrible, no gloves, breathing all over the food. People just walking into the kitchen, no mask. When we finally got our food, there were so many hairs on it I can't even describe how bad it looked. The chicken was rubbery, tasteless, and had bones in it. This place was terrible. I went in today with a friend. I ordered a meatball sub and my friend ordered some boneless buffalo fingers with salad. First, the meatballs were atrocious. You couldn't even break them with your hands and they actually BOUNCED off the table when dropped. My friend allowed me to try some of the buffalo fingers and the coating was soggy as hell in places that had NO sauce on it. The chicken was tough as all hell and it actually BROKE a plastic knife. Never mind the salad. It looked fresh and tasty at first, but after a few bites my friend pulled out a long, white hair. I wanted to puke while my friend thought it was funny. The salad was not finished. Just like the sub and the chicken. Everything was frozen even though their website boasts that they are "obsessed with freshness" right on the front page. How people are giving this dive good reviews is far beyond me. I wouldn't feed the crap in that place to stray dogs with mange. It's that bad and now I know why the roaches ran out of the front door as we walked in. Save your stomach, your patience, your teeth and your money. Just stay away from this place. We've ordered the steak bomb with hots on the side at least a half dozen times and never been disappointed. Fast delivery, and lots of tender shredded steak, etc. and the sub is huge. Don't fall for the 15% off for your first online order!! After spending about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to put a big online order in (website is not that user-friendly), it said the food would be ready in about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we go to pick it up, and they "don't have the order". After re-ordering we see that the original charge was already on our credit card app. They never took the 15% off. When we advised they already charged us, they found the order that they supposedly didn't have, and then proceeded to say we weren't eligible for the discount because we "called in" using the same phone number before. First, we haven't gone there in about 10 years and second, it was a phone order and not an online order which is what I did to get the discount this time. The person in charge was treating the cashier that was trying to help us so disrespectfully. The food was just average. We will never go back. read more

I originally tried this place because they're on Foodler. I set my expectations low and boy was I surprised. I now order delivery from here once a week. THEIR BUFFALO CHICKEN CALZONE IS AMAZING. It is the perfect sauce- not too hot, not too mild, the chicken is always prefect- I don't like when there's a random chewy piece in my food and I've never had that here. I could eat this calzone everyday. The mozzarella sticks weren't so great, the cheesy bread sticks was huge and okay, their pizza was good enough.. The delivery guy is always wicked fast- 20 minutes or less and the one time I've gone in to pick something up, they have been friendly at the counter. My boyfriend and I ordered three slices of cheese pizza today after our afternoon stroll in the woods. We were pretty hungry and our slices were handed to us promptly! The cashier/worker in the front, however, was a little unwelcoming and even a bit rude, but I shook it off. This was the only iffy thing about the entire experience. Aside from that, the pizza was decent. I liked how thin the crust was- thick crusts are usually pretty bland and tiring to me after awhile. The bottom of the pizza slice was nicely crisp instead of droopy/soggy, so it held up pretty well. The sauce wasn't too flavorful however- and sauce is such a deciding factor in pizza. I work in Wakefield, so I go to My Brother's Place for lunch on a fairly regular basis. They have a good selection of gourmet pizzas and I usually get the 2 slices( pretty big) and drink deal for $4.50. The buffalo chicken pizza is awesome. The chicken tastes great, the buffalo sauce on it is just right, and they put a lot of big chunks on. The other things I've tried here like the falafel wrap and grilled chicken salad were also really good. If you're in downtown Wakefield and in the mood for pizza, there are a few options but I would definitely say that My Brother's is the place to go. My only slight complaint is that if you order with a debit /credit card there is a 0.50 cent charge, which isn't a big deal, but it's worth it to bring cash. read more

I order from here all the time and have sent MANY friends here from the Wakefield area and today I got a sub and the chicken was undercooked. I called and told the store and the guy said "that's how we make it." You make raw chicken subs? He hung up on me! This small shop has the best pizza in Wakefield. The cheese is the best quality, the sauce is very flavorful, and crust is perfect since it is not burnt and never undercooked, but rather doughy and chewy. This place also has sandwhiches, subs, and wraps. I do not have to go into much detail since other reviews have already covered the menu pretty well. I go to My Brother's from time to time for the occasional chicken caesar salad, and I enjoy it every time. The chicken and lettuce are fresh and the dressing is tasty and not overpowering. What keeps my review from being a 5-star is the fact that the amount of chicken provided in the salad is minimal compared to other places. It used to be more when I first started going there but they have definitely cut back on the amount they provide in the salad. Still, it's delicious and I look forward to going back. read more

I ordered a gyro plate, which came with pita (which was fine), gyro meat (which was fine--what I expect from a pizza place), rice (which was not flavorful and overcooked--tasted plastic), and salad--the most disappointing pizza place salad I've ever seen. Mostly the white remains of iceberg lettuce with 2 half slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber and a few bits of red onion. No feta. no olives. no flavor. no life. Dressing was ok I guess. Used to go here and get two slices of cheese. Well it's now $4 for two very small sub-par pizza slices. Once I learned that Lisa's pizza down the street from brothers sells two GIANT slices and a can of soda for $3.50 I realized how much this place was screwing me and now go to Lisa's to get my pizza. In addition, I recently ordered a pizza over the phone for pick up while mentioning their coupon on their website, and the kid on the phone told me I can't use it without any explanation other than "we just don't take them anymore."
