I read a review saying this restaurant is expensive, but my boyfriend, daughter, and me all 3 of us ate for a little over $50 bucks. I don't know what they are talking about but this restaurant is affordable and the food is always AMAZING with great portion sizes. You are definitely getting your moneys worth at this restaurant. Chicken fried steak is so delicious and crispy. Hits the spot. I tried it with the fried rice and it tasted really good to me. As an Asian I am very picky with my fried rice. This one gets an approval stamp. I would have liked some soy sauce to add to it, but that is my personal preference. Still really good though. I tried my bfs crepes and it tasted like I was in heaven not too sweet and overbearing. Service here is always great. Servers actually ask how the food is and top you off on your coffee. They ask you if you need a box too without you having to ask them first. Now in food service it's hard to even get a server to any of that for you. The restaurant is an older building and has old nostalgic vibes to me like late 90s early 00s. They even have a bowl of candy by the door haha. Great place to eat breakfast!

The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by history and that small town charm Woodland is known for. You walk in and immediately feel the character of the place. It's not manufactured, it's real, and that matters. The atmosphere is on point. It balances upscale and relaxed in a way that works whether you're there for a date night, business dinner, or just grabbing a drink. The lounge has great energy and always feels alive without being too much. The food speaks for itself. Consistently high quality, fresh, and well executed. You can tell there's intention behind every dish, not just going through the motions. For the level of quality you're getting, the value is absolutely there. Service is a big reason this place stands out. Christy is amazing. She genuinely cares, remembers people, and makes sure you're taken care of the right way. It never feels forced, just natural hospitality. This is one of those spots that's become part of Woodland's identity. You see regulars, new faces, families, and business meetings all happening at once. That kind of mix only happens when a place is doing something right. If you're looking for great food, strong atmosphere, real service, and a place that actually represents the community, this is it.

This time, three of us ordered burgers, and they were some of the driest, most flavorless burgers I've ever had. Burger Saloon, I'll never betray you again. The experience itself felt unreal. We found out our waitress was on her 4th day working and she literally quit after taking our order. You truly can't make this stuff up. Another server had to come retake our order, and even then things still came out wrong. I asked for no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant, but my burger came with cheese anyway. Out of 7 drinks ordered, 3 were forgotten. One drink specifically requested no sugar on the rim and came out with sugar. I did feel bad for the replacement server. He looked incredibly nervous and was visibly shaking. Despite all the mishaps, we still left him a good tip because it honestly seemed like the whole place was struggling that night.

Our waiter kept our glasses full the entire time my friends and I were there. The food was delicious. We ordered the fried ravioli to share around the table and we finished it before I could take a picture. The mains had too good flavor and not over powering. I ordered the tri tip dip and it was delicious. The bread was fluffy, soft and perfectly toasted. The tri tip was soft, flavorful and falling apart. The fries were fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. E erything was perfectly seasoned. The maybe disappointing dish I tried was their house made Andes mint ice cream. It was all mint and no chocolate flavor. It reminded me and my friends of mint toothpaste. The taste of mintiness after brushing ones teeth. The texture was a little stringy, almost like Turkish ice cream. I'll definitely pass and try something different next time.

Since it was a holiday i called to make sure they would be open -lucky for us! Clearly this is the place locals go to eat because it was steady/ busy. Our waitress was awesome and very attentive--she got the kitchen to prepare our friends enchilada dish topped off with 2 eggs over easy and topped with chopped lettuce & tomatoes ---just the way she & my friend make the dish at home! Nice that they offer a senior discount (60 & over) with a good size portion that was perfect! 3 of us ordered one of the Mexican style breakfasts that had enchiladas or huevos rancheros covered with their chile pork green sauce which was perfect in flavor & not too spicey. This family run business was well run & the perfect meeting point to get a feel for the hospitality of the business & cute downtown preparing for a 4th of July day that would not be too hot! We'll be back again to sample more of their hospitality & other dishes!

An actual old bank vault turned into a whiskey room. It's got history, character, and honestly nothing around here compares. The food is always solid. Good portions, good flavor, and consistent every time. It's the kind of place you can rely on whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal. What really makes it though is the people. Patrick is an amazing person. You can tell he genuinely cares about the place, the staff, and the customers. It shows in how everything runs. It feels real, not forced. And honestly, this is the only place in town I'm grabbing a Guinness. They do it right and the whole vibe just fits. Good food, great atmosphere, and even better people.
