Quick and easy takeout on the U of M campus. Above average burger for a fast food joint.

Stopped at My Burger before a football game at Huntington and ordered a classic: Original with American cheese. It was not super busy, and so we were able to get a table. The burger tasted *exactly* like a McDonald's McDouble, and the fries were like Five Guys. Compared to stadium prices, drinks were nicely priced! I got a Surly for $5- cheap! Great food for a great price! Menu was a little confusing to order off of, but that may have just been me.

The space feels very hip and modern and offers a good amount of seating and standing room. They play games and other stuff on the TVs. The menu is very, very confusing to figure out. I ordered the Hotness Monster and it was... not hot at all. Overall the burger was fine and the jalapeños had a decent kick, but not enough to justify the name. The fries were super good though! Very crunchy and perfectly salted.

Lately, I have been on a burger obsession and my sister in law always talk about how much she loves the burgers from My Burger because it is pretty good quality for it's affordable price. So my partner and I thought we could give it a try. Due to COVID, they are doing take out only and you would do delivery through various apps. I ordered online through Chow now and it was super quick and easy. I got the California burger with fries, my partner got the Crispy Chicken sandwich with fries and Cajun seasoning and we shared a strawberry shake. We book enjoyed our burgers and loved the fries! Only wish they gave a little more fries! But overall, this did satisfied my burger craving. Parking is limited in the area but again with covid, I didn't have a problem finding a quick spot to pick up the burgers to go.

Don't. I repeat DON'T order the "crispy" chicken sandwich. This sandwich looked, and tasted, like an elementary school cafeteria sandwich. As you can see from my photos, the texture looks and tastes like an oversized Chicken McNugget (previously frozen ground up chicken bits). Horrible and disgusting. I'm shocked that an establishment, other than McDonald's, actually serves up a "crispy" chicken sandwich like this. I had to give this place 2 stars because of the fries. Their Cajun fries were *chefs kiss* if not for the fries, I would give this sandwich a negative 30 star review.

Had the original burger that includes fried onions, sweet pickles, ketchup, mustard, but got dill pickles instead, and fries. Burger and fries were delicious! Chocolate malt was soooooo good. Salted Carmel malt last time was really good too! Sriracha mayo and garlic mayo were both excellent and great for dipping fries! Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Decided to try this place on a whim, did not disappoint. Delicious burger, great service & interior. Will definitely be coming back, highly recommend giving it a try. Prices aren't cutthroat like other places for the quality you get too

My Burger is a fast and casual burger joint. There are multiple locations around the Twin Cities and I went to the U of M campus location for dinner tonight. I saw online that their Burger of the Month was the "Godzilla Burger" and I just had to have it. This location is swarming with college students (as expected) so there weren't too many big open tables. We ordered up at the front and I struggled to find a table for 3 people. Eventually, I spotted one that still had dirty trays on it, but I moved those aside and made it work. I ordered the Godzilla Burger (a double was $10.75). The meal came with fries and I upgraded them to cajun fries (50 cents). What I wish I would've noticed is that the drinks are also al a carte. I didn't realize until after I had paid that you have to buy drinks separately for a little over $2. Personally, I think they should come with the meal, but I guess that's not how they do it here. We were given numbers and set them on our table where our serve brought out our burgs. Pros: My Godzilla Burger had the right amount of spice...it wasn't too hot and added a nice kick to my burger. The spicy garlic mayo and the sriracha sauce were both awesome. I loved them both with my cajun fries and it was even better because we got unlimited pumps of them...yes y'all...you can have as much sauce as you want! The cajun fries were crispy and I really liked the cajun seasoning. Cons: THE FLIES. HOLY LORD OF THE FLIES...they were EVERYWHERE. We had multiple flies buzzing around our food/table and it was disgusting. In between bites, I was swatting at the pesty buggers. We noticed they have a garage door that can open up on warm days, so maybe that's why there were so many flies inside? Also, the staff members looked so burnt out...the two staff members I interacted with had no energy and honestly seemed like they hated their jobs. There were no smiles, no thank you's, no spring in their step. Finally, the lettuce and the bacon on the burgers were sad...the lettuce were finely cut and didn't add much to the burgers. The bacon was the flimsy skinny cheap bacon (the kind that people microwave). They do not have their own parking lot (the side lot belongs to the nearby salon, so don't park there) so make sure you find street parking. I might come back here and try their original burger and shakes, but I think I'll take it to-go next time.

Mouthwatering burgers on flaky buttered buns. Their jerk seasoning is on point - just a little extra hint of sweetness that is delightful.

They might take credit cards now MAYBE I'm not sure but if they do they might charge you a kajillion dollars for the fees lol. Just pay in cash. Bring lots of cash cuz you're gonna want to try the double cheeseburger AND the famous Juicy Lucy. I don't ever get the juicy Lucy because it comes out to piping hot and I don't wanna wait 10 minutes to eat my food lol. - Matt's Bar Since…read moreMatt's Bar is one of the two Minneapolis restaurants that claims to have invented the Jucy Lucy, I had to stop in and try it for myself. This is a very busy place, so expect at least some wait. I stood in line for about five minutes, but I was dining alone and was able to take a seat at the bar. Larger parties may have to wait longer. Also, be aware that Matt's Bar is cash only. The Jucy Lucy is clearly the most popular item. The burgers are cooked to order, but the grill is constantly loaded with them. From what I observed, they seemed to be prepared in batches, so your wait may depend on where your order falls in the cooking cycle. Parking was easier than I expected. I found free street parking about 100 yards away. The bartender was excellent, the kitchen staff kept things moving, and there was a decent beer selection. I also ordered fries, and the portions are enormous. A half order would easily be enough for two people to share, while a full order could probably feed four. As for the burger itself, it was good and definitely worth trying for the history and experience. I would rate it somewhere around 3.5 to 4 out of 5. One important tip is to let it sit for about five minutes before taking a bite. The cheese inside is extremely hot and very liquid when the burger first arrives, so it can easily burn your mouth. Giving it a few minutes allows the cheese to cool and thicken slightly. Overall, I enjoyed Matt's Bar and am glad I tried the original-style Jucy Lucy. Between the crowds and the cash-only policy, it is probably a one-time experience for me rather than somewhere I would visit regularly, but it was still a very good stop.

This makes the burger really chewy and you really can't taste the beef anymore like you used to when it was thicker. I would take this as it's not as good as it used to be. It is not as good as the original hype from the beginning. In conclusion, I do not think it's worth the $19. I rather get a cheesesteak for $16 at Tono's which comes with fresh not burnt fries rather than come back here and get a burger here. It's highly unlikely I will be back here. I honestly feel like the burgers have gone way WAY downhill. The fries here have gotten terrible so I stopped getting the fries a long time ago. They are not soft crisp like they used to be. They are too golden brown color, almost like burnt hard fries. I never like to eat down here. I normally would order the Parlour burger upstairs. The basement part which is Parlour has a weird smell like a locker room smell so that's why I don't like to eat down here.

PARKING: always hard in Linden Hill. Street parking in neighborhood nearby is the best. Plan for a 5 min walk.
