We informed the man that she had been told we could pick up the tables ourselves by the OWNERS son and he told her she was lying and again when she said she knew the owners son. He did not stop untill she the families last name and exactly who had told her. Complete energy change of him but to getting more defensive bc he had been corrected. We completely understand if the son had not been knowing of all the rules and choices but the man definitely could have handled things differently. The one who had made the call was young and hurt by the way she was spoken too. This is not the proper way to speak to customers or a young girl who was just basing her answers off the info she was given. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

From the minute I called him, when I was so recently bereaved, he was as helpful and caring as family. They were great, and Jessa was very easy to work with re: setting up our rental. It was not inexpensive, BUT the sound system suited our needs perfectly. I do have to say that the gentleman who came to set up the system and then pick it up at the end of the night was AMAZING. He was super helpful, super friendly, and he made sure everything was set up to perfection before he left. He even came back a half hour early that night when I found out that the venue needed to lock up earlier than we had expected, which was incredibly appreciated.
