I called and spoke to the owner Johnny Pham, trying to get an adjustment. I told him I had future work that needed to be done on my Pilot, and I would be satisfied if I could get a discount on the work. He said he would email me an estimate for the discounted work. 2 weeks later...nothing. Not standing behind your word, that's totally unacceptable! I called Quoc the day after I got some new front upper control arms installed along with going lower on my coils at another shop. I was hearing a banging noise from the brand new control arms and had terrible rubbing in the front. Quoc quoted me over the phone and took care of me as soon as I showed up. He took great care when adjusting my set-up and made sure that the settings for my alignment met my needs. Quoc sounded doubtful about being able to fix the banging noise on my upper control arms, but upon driving off.. The banging noise was gone! I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of work that My Car Autosport provided for my car. I'm surprised that I didn't know about this place earlier, as it is less than 2 miles from my home. With that said I was really just looking for the closest place with decent reviews, but I think I found my new go-to shop! Summary: Car was received in worse condition after service (alignment). Description: Had a control arm on my 2011 BMW 335i replaced (not here), and was advised to get an alignment. Unfortunately, the shop that took care of the control arm, did not do alignments. I called around (about 6 shops), and primarily asked for information regarding price, availability, and if they can properly do the service required for a lowered vehicle (my car is on aftermarket suspension/shocks). 2 of the 6 shops that I spoke with sounded comfortable with doing the alignment for lowered vehicles. My Car Autosport was one of those two, and also the closest to me, so I looked more into the shop via Yelp. Definitely liked the location near me, feel of the wait area, as well as the photos of the kids (seemed like a family environment). The service took about 40-45 minutes. After the service was done, I drove to an appointment in Sunnyvale. I immediately could tell something was off. The car veered to the right, and along with that, when driving with wheels straight, the steering wheel was off axis (see photos for detail). This was not like that at all before I brought it into My Car Autosport. I called Quoc, and he told me to bring it back so that he could take a look. Took my car in later, and he spent 20 minutes making adjustments. However, when I received the car back, for the second time, while the veering to the right was a bit better, the steering wheel remained off axis. [This may be emphasized by the fact that a BMW has a (+), right in the middle of the steering wheel, so it's very easy to tell whether or not it is in the correct position]. Quoc, I appreciate the fact that you took a second look, but it's still just not right. I am just writing off this expense as a learning experience, and will be taking my car to another shop for service. 1 star for the alignment service/work, and 1 star for the attempt of correcting a poor service. read more
