I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. I do not recommend CWF for many reasons. If I went into every detail, it would probably take me an…read morehour to write and 20 minutes for you to read, so I'll keep it as short as I can. They respond to your concerns very quickly at first, but after that, everything slows down. You constantly find yourself repeating the same information, and many of your questions go unanswered. They're also extremely expensive. My mitigation alone was around $27,000, and they subcontract much of their work to other companies without telling you until the last minute. You hire them expecting them to advocate for you with your homeowners insurance, but you end up doing most of the work yourself. It often feels like they're more focused on making money than providing good customer service. The quality of the work was poor, and instead of taking responsibility for mistakes, they somehow try to put the blame back on you. Recently, I had another contractor come out to give me estimates for a few projects I want to complete after everything is finished. When he found out I had worked with CWF, he shared a story with me. He said CWF once contacted him for a quote on a job, and he estimated it at $900. According to him, CWF later told the homeowner the same work would cost $20,000. The homeowner eventually started calling around, reached that contractor directly, and realized it was the exact same job and estimate. He told me he's seen similar situations before. I could go on with more examples, but the list is long. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking for another company.

Which i understand but i could have been less there were hold ups because of various different things that's could have been avoided. At one point i had to shell out $20,000 of my own money to get cabinets ordered that were being covered by insurance anyways because they wouldn't. that was a month long holdup. I had multiple workmanship issues and had to have them come out and repair drywall and other various things multiple times in the same spot and am still having issues. In fact i think they had to come back 3-4 times to repair the drywall seams that kept cracking in two different spots. Recently over the last year and a half i have been battling with them over flooring that they had to replace and install due to the water damage. The floor kept coming apart they had to come out multiple times to (repair it) before they had to contact a different company to come out. This other company Performers Carpet and Tile had to come out and remove probably 75% of the floor in my house and reinstall it and replace and handful of boards due to Omnicons incompetence. In doing so Omnicon apparently has not paid them for those repairs which was Omnicons fault because there is now a mechanics lean on my house that i now have to deal with and was never once informed about. No one has ever reached out to me about and charges at any time during the last 6 months after or before the repairs. When i contacted Omnicon about the certified letter i received i was brushed off by Fran who i had been dealing with which up until this point was pleasant to deal with and was told to contact accounting and was given the wrong phone number the first time and had to leave a message. I've dealt with Mike Bovio who disappeared on my multiple times throughout the process and wouldn't call me back. The owner Mike at one point came out to my house and threatened to stop the repairs because there was no movement and i called complaining and proceeded to talk to me like i was an idiot claiming i didn't know anything about dealing with insurance company's. Little does he know I've been dealing with insurance company's for 15 years. With that being said i would not recommend omnicon or the performers carpet company to anyone since now my house has a lean on it and no one wants to claim responsibility and pay the bill for their own poor workmanship.

Joe and Joe got the job done like they said they would. Very professional and efficient. Now the row of townhouses where I live have horrible icicles and snow collection that is causing leaks, ice dams, and my garage door freezing shut. After sending an email to my HOA, I saw an Omnicon van pull up, I didnt get the man's name but he helped me get my garage door open and taught me how to fix it next time. Seriously, great guys - I feel very blessed that they were on the job!! Highly recommend!
