FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!!…read more This is the first time I have ever had to work with a restoration company. I'll be honest in saying that I was worried because I was in HIGH NEED and these types of companies know this. I had the opportunity to work with Integrity Restoration because my sump pump failed in my FINISHED basement. George, from Integrity answered my call at 0700 in the morning. He gave me some pointers on the phone to help begin the water evacuation right away. He gave me a approximate arrival time and was here right as promised. Once we agreed on the coverage and cost, he and his crew of four got to work on vacuuming up the water, ripping out the carpet, and salvaging our personal items and furniture. They laid down floor protectors on the main level to protect our hardwood floors. They cut out the damaged portions of the walls and set up several industrial dehumidifiers and fans. Over the course of the next three days, George checked in with me to see how everything was progressing. The basement is bone dry. Once this part of the process was done, he then wrote up the estimate for what it would cost to rebuild everything that was damaged, This made making the insurance claim VERY easy. While I hope I never need the services of Integrity Restoration again, if I do they are the ONLY company I will call. George treated me as though i was his only customer, which from the ringer on his phone, I know I wasn't. Integrity Restoration is a TOP NOTCH company to do business with!

The crew to fix the damage was out the start of the next week and repaired the same day (I forgot the gentleman's name but also very friendly).. A few weeks later a neighbors fridge water line failed causing water to leak into my kitchen. I called the same team who fixed my bathroom, this time they were out within 3 hours to assess damage. The next day a crew was out to mitigate, with repair morning after. When you have to do this work it's very stressful, especially when you lose part of your kitchen for a time. But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). I've used another service (CWF) and did not have the same experience at all.

I hadnt gone downstairs for several days and one of my kids went to retrieve their hockey equipment for a game and pointed out that we had about 1"-1 1/2" of water. I polled a few friends and relatives and several had used Serv-pro with good results. I called them on a Sat morning and talked to Michael and we discuss what could happen , but not prices. He was a nice guy. and they sent Robert the crew chief out to-give me a price quote. Robert was nice and we walked thru the water area and determined the sump pump was the culprit. I jiggled the outlet line and the pump kicked on, after opening the cover, the pit was full. After talking with Michael & Robert it was thought the float ball got jammed which does happen occasionally and didn't kick on. . Robert consulted Michael and got a price I thought was high, but I was stuck. I didn't have the ability to move water out like this. The guys came later attached a high pressure hose from the truck , ran it to my basement and vacuumed all the carpets and floor. All the water was gone. Then they brought dehumidifiers and fans and hooked them up and ran it all weekend. They came back Monday. They also cut up all my carpets and took it with them for a surcharge. Very nice people, they did a great job. I really liked Robert and his crew. I also talked to the bookkeeper Bobbi. Nice lady. I would use them again . Very prompt service, no attitudes, but be aware their fees are very high. I think they charge a flat fee and not by the hour. Maybe because it was a Saturday. I also wasnt covered by my insurance. But the fees surprised me, even though I had no choice but to pay to get that water out. Thats why Im giving 4 stars, not 5. Very soon I will also be replacing my sump pump as well.

I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

They just took the above mentioned 18" piece of drywall out and also, tore up carpet that I didn't agree on being torn up. The reason for my unhappiness was that they never completed the work and threatened to put a lien on my house if I didnt settle the bill in full before the work was completed (I had politely asked if they could complete the work first before I settle up and Hope Larkin threatened via email that they would put a lien on my house regardless of work completion). Not nice or ethical. I had also felt that the bill was clearly bloated with things like a 20% surcharge! Like I said, I have a right to my opinion -- or so I thought. Ok so guess what came next! I got an email and certified letter from Joe Ruzevich (their principal) threatening me with legal action if I didnt remove my google review within 5 days. I have attached the letter so Joe cannot accuse me of making false statements as he did in the letter -- Parkside and Joe should actually make some effort to engage with customers and not just base your business model on aggressive legal threats. Learn from my painful experience and avoid using Parkside.

The initial estimate was done over the phone, and I was surprised that an in-person inspection and full, written estimate wasn't provided upfront detailing the material and labor costs. The cost seemed high at over $87 per linear foot of wood fascia board replacement, but, on short notice, I figured it's worth the promptness and commitment to get the job done by noon of the following day. 2. The job was promised to start at 8:30am, but the workers didn't get there until 1:30pm due to not having the ladder to reach the roof. Also, even with this unforeseen delay and no signed contract, I was asked to provide 50% deposit via Zelle upfront. Fine, things happen, and again the promised availability and full inspection and before-and-after pictures swayed my decision to keep the appointment intact. 3. During the job, I was told that the initial estimate was off by more than 30% and now, the replacement of the damaged fascia boards was going to cost me $143 per foot due to additional materials and carpentry required to mount the boards, soffits and gutters back into place. The materials as I understood were two 8' wood boards and 2 small wood blocks to secure the installation. 4. The job site was not left clean; my wife had to pick up plastic water bottles, nails and a used surgical mask. This is unacceptable. 5. I was never given the proper inspection of the chimney's roof transition with pictures as promised, and the rest of the experience was a mixed bag of suggested repairs and improvements that, frankly, lacked credibility or prior customer referrals. 6. I asked for additional estimates on minor improvements with existing gutter installation but instead was given a full house replacement quotes which were way beyond any reasonable cost.

When the day came the technicians said to complete the service it would cost more than $800. Definitely a BAIT and SWITCH for the up charge! Just a very dishonest way of doing business, advertise what one will realistically be paying or put a disclaimer on when it would cost more. Don't be surprised as you won't get what's offered for the advertised price! Buyer beware...you'll be charged more than you think after they show up if you think you're getting a "deal!"

They were subcontracted by my contractor to do the framing and drywall for a basement job. The first 3 weeks and basically 90% of the work had been ok. The last 4 weeks have been nothing short of miserable. There was one area or ceiling left to finish which I paid the day they were allegedly done. That was a terrible move on my part because they were not done at all and left the ceiling an unfinished mess. This isn't even getting into the $6000 in overages they charged me for work that was agreed upon before the job even started. Yes, there was some additional work that was requested as the job progressed. But when I saw the newly updated quote with an additional $6k, I was shocked. But after some discussion and a few hundred dollars knocked off, I still paid them their balance only to be sitting here weeks later with an unfinished portion of ceiling and a newly noticed not plum window opening that Corwin tried to say they were not at fault then tried to blame their laborers. Now fast forward to late last week when I spoke to the owner who agreed to pay me back a sum of money that we agreed upon due to the issues at hand. I then get an email telling me their lawyer will reach out to me. What an absolute joke of a company and I will gladly take this to court. DO NOT USE CORWIN. Thank you for reading and I would be happy to speak with anyone who wants clarification.
