I wish I had the words to express how great full I am with Dr. Arabian Naomi, Nima and his staff. I had went to two other dentist before coming here and said they couldn't do anything for me so I had stopped hoping for my teeth to get fixed . I came to this office just to see what they would say ( I thought it was going to be the same answer) and to my surprise I got help I couldn't believe it . I started crying once they told me I didn't have to put any money down to get my surgery. In two days it was all done. The Dr and staff are so nice there you get 1 on 1 service they answer all your questions explain with details your situation help find a solution and continue to care for you without you being in the office Dr gives you his personal number in case you may have any questions. I wouldn't recommend this place at al! They sent the wrong ICD code to my insurance after charging me a lot of money for their services. The whole job wasn't even finished, they kept canceling my appointments, and I never received my permanent denture. I still have the temporary one and it has been hurting my gums. It's been over two year and now they don't want to do anything for me ! The staff is under qualified doesn't know how to answer any questions without saying i don't know. Lesson learned, when you have that bad feeling about a place, you should leave. Even if some of the staff are nice, it is not worth it. I don't have a problem with the 2 really good hygienists. There was one borrowed from a different place; she did not want to be there, so that was also a clue. Problems with Insurance, even after being an in-network patient, & them being an in-network dentist, & paying way too much for one dental implant. They are supposed to be Delta Dental PPO in-network dentist. I should have left after the free consultation; after seeing the reason they were receiving 5-star ratings was because there were signs saying give us 5 stars and win a free TV and listing how many received them already. I did not leave because the hygienist, Perla, was very friendly and I liked her. I also started to feel uneasy because every time I came in, the dentist would always shake my hand; it did not seem sincere. The financial person, Letti, did not seem to know what to do with insurance. I said I was covered, but they claimed they contacted my insurance, & I was not covered. Later I found out they did not actually contact them & the system they used did not inform them correctly that yes, I was covered by Delta Dental. I had paid upfront. When I asked them to contact Delta Dental, they said now the price was going to change. I did not understand that, because they were supposed to have contacted them in the first place. When my husband contacted Delta Dental, they said to have them submit the claims, & I would get reimbursed for what the insurance pays. Now it gets interesting. The billing lady does not want to. So, the first claim went in & was denied. 2nd claim went in, and I asked for the reimbursement of $921.00 from the insurance. She said they were going to wait. Okay, I don't want to cause problems because they were working on my implant. The post about them taking bets on that person's teeth is true. I bring it up & say: "Are you all placing bets on that person's teeth?" The hygienist did not want to answer. The person's teeth were messed up & they had them up on the monitor & money on the counter. I was hoping someone would post about it & a person did. I wanted to take a picture too but could not. I wanted to post a review, but did not, because again, I did not want them to do something to me, because they were not finished with the work on my tooth. When they do submit the next claim, they put in codes that were not on my original treatment case. Now there is a charge for D6011, one which was not covered, & it has a cap of amount allowed for $133.00. They charged $1,841 because I had asked them to submit the insurance claims. That cost was not in my treatment plan. They added it so they would not have to reimburse me the money from the insurance company. It is not money from them, but from Delta Dental. If they are in network, why would you charge a patient for out-of-network costs? I do not think they know what they are doing, because the lady in charge of the billing did not have answers for me & was nervous when I asked questions about it. If you don't know that is okay but then learn about it & answer my questions. person'sMy first dental implant failed. I believe it is because they gave me a shot that was not necessary, & my mouth was numb. If they had looked at the charts, it would have shown I already had that procedure done & was in for the scan, like I had said. I thought it was a new person who made this mistake, but no, she had been with them for 3 years, & that was my first time with her. Just my luck. She had another dentist who was irritated that I had to itch my nose & wanted to hurry up & give me the shot. He gave me the shot, then checked on me, only to see that I did not need it. I was wondering if they did that on purpose, because I had asked about the insurance & would like the reimbursement. I am an in-network patient. The scan she did was not good, so the tooth for the implant did not fit correctly. That tooth took a lot of modifications to get it in & was loose that night. They re-did the scan, without the numbing shot, and that one worked. Now, when I asked when I was going to get the reimbursement, they were not going to give me the amounts the insurance paid them. Then she saw my explanation of benefits & said they will give me part of it. Later, she said I owe them money, but I do not need to pay it. I paid $3,472.00 for my implant & added an extra $100, they said I needed to pay. $3,572.00 is my total I paid, then the insurance paid them $971.00 and $723.50. Now the total cost for this in-network member was $5,266.50. The review won't allow pic. of the in-network costs that it has for NIMA. ODD, they did not want to work with me because of insurance claims. read more

I had 6 teeth removed yesterday. I explained my previous bad experience to Dr. Nima and his staff and they were very understanding. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I would not recommend getting 6 teeth removed at once (the recovery is a little rough), but if you must, this is the place to go. read more

If I could caution the reader with this review is to please do not get any service from this dentist. The follow up is extremely poor. If you get a procedure and start bleeding out, run to the emergency department as the office staff will not return calls or follow up with any of the patients' needs. Terrible service! I have had 2 appointments with My Dental office in Glendale. I really love the dentist , Dr. Fulcher and the office staff. Laurie is the lady at the front desk who takes appointments and keeps the front office running smoothly. All the staff and students are friendly and professional.Today my appointment was assisted by Marlene and Marcela. My visit consisted of a crown , an extraction and a filling. It was a painless office visit. The office is very clean and the wait for your visit is minimal. I have had a few bad experiences in the past , one was actually a nightmare but I am very comfortable with Dr. Fulcher and appreciate how he treats his patients. I am so happy that I found My Dental Dentistry and Education. I called the facility as I was wanting a second opinion on some dental work I needed done. The receptionist was able to get me in immediately. When I walked into the facility I felt calm and the atmosphere was quite inviting.
