She got right into the exam which was so fast, I don't even know how she can find anything if there was an issue, which brings me to my biggest complaint. She looked at something on my brow line and said you have a hemangioma, then went onto look elsewhere. I interrupted her and said, "Um, no, that's not a hemangioma, that's a curling iron burn!" How can you not see a scab over a hemangioma? I asked her to look at some bumps between my breasts, and she looked so fast and said milia, how can you know that by a quick one second look, not exaggerating! Her exam was worthless and I would suggest working on her social skills. Will not go back and will not recommend.

The staff are great. Dr. Jensen's wife, Amy is great. Very talented with fillers and Botox. I highly recommend Amy Jensen for fillers. But, you want a great pair of breasts? Go anywhere but here. Go to Vegas. Go to Portland, or California. Heck, just go buy a push up bra and call it a day. Anywhere but here. My face looks good. The staff has been very nice to me when I have gone in. I noticed that there has been a change in front office and medical assistants since I had been in. I usually go in between 6 months and a year. The billing department lacks in patient care and understanding. I did have a billing problem in the past. I called to find out about what was happening and they were VERY RUDE to me. They treated me like I was interrupting them from something. The billing department is the only place that I have ever had problems with.

I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.

I was even happier when I left with a beautiful natural glow! I went back for another cryofacial plus a chemical peel from Lynn. I have attached my before and after pictures (no make up for either obv). I was nervous about being blotchy and red which I have heard is common right after chemical peels but again, Lynn did not disappoint! No redness, just a clear glow that even my boyfriend noticed (he's your typical guy who wouldn't even notice if I shaved my head). I did have a bit of trouble finding it because the numbers are hard to see. Once inside you're greeted by lovely clean smells and a bright interior. Everyone is super friendly and I love how they never push their products they sell in house (though they do have a great line, PCA and Jane Iredale).
