This place is a scam everytime I've left my clothes for them to wash it's a nightmare. I take my liquid and this is the 2nd time full bottles from Costco they tell me they used all that's not true mind you I've asked for owners phone number they tell me no, that they will have the owner contact me besides the fact I have gotten clothes that are not mine. Had an employee call the previous employee who supposedly washed my clothes to ask about the bottle of liquid were she said oh don't worry I will pay for the liquid when you come here again. Machine #43 & 38 does not work. Today after putting in my $3.25 on machine #43 it stayed dry. I showed the attendant who gave me change of a $20. to get the coins, all the clothes were dry, except where the detergent was. She told me I did not start the machine. She would mot give me a refund and would not call the owner to authorize. I had to wait for him. So I started to video. She called the owner, and told me I was not welcome back. After delaying she attempted to put the quarters in, and that was difficult. Clearly an issue with the machine. It was not the usual lady with dreads. read more

Only reason why I came here was because my washers from my hotel weren't working and had to have my clothes washed cuz of work here. I loaded a washer put quarters and soap ready for wash press start and next seconds water starting coming out and pressed the emergency button to shut off. This place is a joke! The washers are old and dirty, most are broke. 5 laundry carts, rude a$$ owner. Their coin machine spits out bent up quarters use. Arrived at 8:07pm, Monday evening just to be told last wash was at 8pm. The last time I washed here, which was my first time, the worker lady had told someone else they could not wash because last wash was at 8:30. Which is it? Is it whenever the lazy woman standing around on her phone or taking constant smoke breaks has something better to do than provide the full operational hours of service? Once I loaded the machine and inserted my money and detergent/fabric softener I noticed the machine stopped working. It was only twisting my clothes in a circle but no water was coming out. I asked if they could stop the machine and refund me my money so that I could move my load to another machine. The clerk responded no, call the number on the door or put your clothes on warm. (Already 7min in) No one answered the number on the door. This place is a rip off. And now my clothes are damaged. Won't be returning. read more

They do not clean their washers! I took my large comforter there, and after getting in my car, and realizing there was some kind of smell, it was coming from my comforter, and it smelled like spoiled dirty water! So very upset please no one trust your laundry there!!! read more

For what it is, MD is great as a laundromat. It's comfortable, air-conditioned, inside seating, lots of carts to drag around your laundry, plenty of folding tables, the dryers get nice and HOT and the prices for machines are reasonable. Single-washes are $1.50. Double-loads, $2.00. Triple-loads, $2.75. They will also launder clothes for you, I believe it's at $0.80/lb. From my experience, the best days to come to My Dream are Tuesday-Thursday in the evenings, probably after 7 or 8pm. It's quiet, there are so many machines available - hence no fighting for machines or feeling like people are stalking your friggin' clothes. There's a machine that gives quarters and plenty of detergent and dryer sheets for sale. I haven't had any incidents of malfunctioning machines, thank goodness. If anything does go wrong, there's an attendant available to handle any issues. MD is well-kept, well-run and it gets the job done. And they're open late, which is perfect for people like me who wait until the last minute to get to the laundromat. read more

Whatever you do, don't go here. I was standing my the dryer waiting for my husband to bring the clothes and was approached and harassed by an employee who called me "ugly ass" said I looked like and animal and that I can take my ass back home and insinuated that she would mess with my laundry. I was just waiting for a second to get the laundry brought to me and she said "what are you gonna do stand there for the whole 46 minutes" and got really close up in my face. read more

Nice place but- better use it during the day. They claim online that they "close at 10pm everyday"- but that's never been the case. You're better off calling up front as it's been different times every time I've gone there. Anytime from 7:30-9pm! I asked them to update it online but they haven't. read more

If you come before 3 you get to have more than 2 dryers, they get too full. They have about 5 washers that get stuck, 10/35 dryers are not heating, about 12 carts and their all wobbly, not enough chairs for so many customers, only 1 bathroom, the parking situation is really bad. Only thing that's not too bad is customer service. The air conditioner is only cool nearby the attendant. read more

It has "A/C" which feels like a little school girl lightly blowing in your direction... So yea it isn't not great. Row of machines that don't work and haven't worked for awhile. And every other machine is like a gamble if it does or doesn't work. At the time I was there the attendant was extremely rude and angry that she couldn't do her laundry because everyone keeps bothering her, sorry your doing personal stuff during work but if your machines worked I wouldn't have to bother you that it took my coins. On poor old lady poor a bit too much soap and the attendant started yelling that how can someone be so stupid! Maybe she was having a rough day because the A/C doesn't work...hmm I wouldn't know I have been here several times due to recommendations but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... Follow your gut. I had two jackets and a dress on Wednesday that needed to be cleaned by Saturday for a trip/flight. Dropped it off and for $26 (super expensive) they said I would get it back Thursday evening or Friday morning. Stopped by Thur and they said it would be Friday. Stopped by Friday and not there. Owner called me "as a courtesy" to say their plant, unbeknownst to him, was having a fire inspection for 2 days and not processing any clothes. He would kindly have my clothes available for pick up Saturday morning - dirty! I went back and forth with him asking that he found an alternative place to clean it, paid for it, and returned my clothes Saturday morning as I was flying out that evening. He refused. He stated he didn't have an agreement with other plants, and didn't want to pay for it. I should pick up my clothes and find rush service and pay for it. As a courtesy he would refund the $26!!! In the end, and after arguments, "his plant" sent all pending services to an alternative facility and clothes were available Saturday morning. No discount, credit or apologize was given for such bad service. I do not trust this facility. read more

Not quite a nightmare, but certainly not a pleasant dream. Their wash and fold services should only be used as a last resort. They pair up socks horribly. They are careless with bleach. They will give back cloths still damp. Perhaps worst of all, even when I have asked them not to put clean cloths back into the same bag or hamper that I delivered dirty cloths, they have done it anyway. T They do use really good detergent, the cloths smell really good and are cheaper than most places. However, their service level is even cheaper than their price. I have switched to OXXO cleaners for wash and fold. They are double the price, but OXXO service is like shopping at Nordstroms. They kiss your ass and when they make mistakes, the services is free. Plus you can use credit cards. Not my dream is cash only, and service is like K-Mart or Big Lots. read more

This place is pretty decent in comparison to the other laundromat in Miami, it's air conditioned with lots of machines to choose from and lots of folding table and carts around. There's also a couple of machines to change your paper money to coins ranging from 1 dollar to 20 dollars, so you'll never have to worry about coins again. There's only 1 bathroom to use for everyone and it's most of the time out of paper towels so get the idea, there are 2 vending machines where u can buy snacks and ice-creams but no vending machine for drinks which i don't understand. The deal killer for this place is there's a black old fucking bitch who works here with absolutely no respect, she's always fucking rude whenever someone asks her a question, so save your energy cuz dealing with that uneducated piece of poop is not even worth it and don't ever use their service here and leave your clothes for them to wash it for you because the old rude bitch will fuck up your clothes and you'll be losing your clothes cuz I've seen socks and underwear's that she's washed fell off the floor and she just leaves them without giving a damn about it. read more
