It took 14 months, a mad neighbor and…read morethe law for them to fix a gate broken before I moved in, then send an old couple at night to redo Tue hinges and the gate still wasn't usable without carefully moving it so it didn't fall and couldn't be fully secured, I went 2 1/2 months without a dishwasher. They took a month to replace the first one that died and a few weeks after the new one was installed, it stopped draining and nobody came to even check it out or fix it. Nobody cared at all. They just want my money Every month. I had a party for my daughter and some tape residue was on the garage ceiling in some places. I told her immediately about it and that I could've had it all repainted professionally, and I was told not to worry about it because the original tape and float when it was built was coming apart at the seams so they had to redo it all anyways (inside walls HORRIBLE, not sanded down or painted where things were fixed....), but little did I know they would take $75 from my deposit to repaint the garage after telling me not to worry about it. I would've have done it but was lied to my face about not being stuck paying for it since it needed more than paint, which was never on it to begin with. Then they only authorized 3 out of 5 rooms to be carpet cleaned before I moved in so 2 room carpets were disgusting when I finally got to move in, but I was required to do the entire house before I moved out. And took another $40 more out of my deposit to clean a fridge that was broken when I moved in and never used by me, ever! I moved it to the garage and used my that worked and didn't have missing or broken drawers, but I paid for somebody else's mess in it. Not to mention, from the start, I paid the full first months rent, couldn't even move in for 3 days (6pm I get keys on the 3rd) and was never prorated the second months rent as promised for the 3 days I paid for but couldn't move in yet bc maintenance and his wife and kids were still trying to clean the house. Splashboard behind sink was rotted, stove has electrical issues, dryer has to run 2 full cycles to dry One load. I had a strong feeling the Realtor and owner of the house would screw me, and sure enough I got screwed out of $140! I got screwed and it was confirmed when I didn't get all of my deposit back. I would NEVER reccomend this realtor anybody bc they lie and drag their feet. The Realtor told me to meet for final inspecons and "an emregency" came up and Friday morning (left town for the 4th and told me what he did all weekend as his "emergency".... Fishing and swimming with the family is not a reason an emergency nor is it a reason to ignore all my texts Thursday when we were supposed to do final inspection, just to get a reply Friday he's not gonna be there. Then he was late Monday for final inspection, and said could get my deposit back that evening but nope, not for another 24 hours!!! They are very undependable and mislead you on what to do and lie to me saying One thing and doing another, or not doing anything at all!! When I offer to do something, you say no, then charge me behind my without notice, Yea I'm ticked off. Making a decision to contact the BBB is on my mind. I didn't One bit feel important as a tenant paying $935 a month in rent with so much wrong and with no rush fixing things, if I even got a response at all. I have had the whole rest experience of my life working with them as the Realtor. It's just been a bad experience from the start.

This is a place for you!! They will make sure they take every penny of your deposit with ridiculous fees for doing what they should do as Landlords. 75 dollars just to call a vendor on top of the vendor fees, a 100 dollars move out inspection fee!
