Victor, the Manager, was excellent as were Frank and David. My glasses that were made that day were outstanding. I got another pair that came in 7 days, progressives, that I love also. My contact lenses were okay, but I have concerns about the thickness. But overall, a great experience. I went to America's Best in 2020 and Stanton Optical was so much better. read more

I just got off the phone with someone in corporate who picks up the line when you have a question and asked some questions about the special that they're having and if the lenses were anti-scratch or scratch resistant, etc. etc. things I need to know before I drive all the way over there. not only did he not listen to me. I could not even hear what he was saying because he was slurring and talking so fast so then when I started talking just as fast as he was, and he couldn't hear what I was saying and he said I can't hear what you're saying and I said neither can I. I can't hear what you're saying either then he would slowly repeat stuff because he thought I was an idiot and not listening when I would asked a question question he would answer the question that I didn't even ask, Customer Service needs help. If you guys call your own customer service line and you get spoken to just like they spoke to me. I wouldn't even go into this place. read more

when my husband and I went to get glasses and exam, I went in with the online coupon that said two pairs of glasses for $79 they went on with the exam and then afterwards my husband went to go pick out glasses and instead of telling him the price range he needed to stick into. The sales associate proceeded into showing him the most expensive glasses that my husband fell in love with.(And this was with my husband asking will this change the price will this change the price and his answer he kept getting was no) they also told my husband he needed bifocals which then my husband asked, will that change the price again he was told no. My husband told them he wanted one of the glasses to be sunglasses because he works out in the sun. Also asking if this would change the price he was told no. When we sat down to get the glasses and pay for everything he was in hold the price would be $900. to our surprise, we then asked the man why it was 900 we were told we were getting two pairs of glasses with everything for $79 we kept telling him we didn't want anything more. The guy then tells us well if you wanted the for $79 we to stay in the blue sticker. So heartbroken. My husband puts the glasses down, goes to look in the blue stickers and then says there is nothing that he really liked, but he went ahead and picked two classes quickly because he had already done the exam which was $69 alone. so my husband ask the man if it was be two glasses for 79 with the free exam with the the man tells yes he needs to put the promotion in. as he goes on to put in everything I notice he does not click apply with promotions which I ask if he was sure he did click apply. He told me yes it went on for about 30 minutes fitting with the computer then comes back saying with the sunglasses is $500. We told him that we couldn't do that and that's why we came in with the two for $79 in the free exam. my husband told him he just needed glasses. He needs to single vision if that's what it takes so my husband left with getting two pairs of glasses. He didn't like in single vision and told me after that he would never go there again. when we went in the first thing also, we asked if we could get the glasses same day we were told yes however we had to wait two weeks to get his glasses! read more

They got my prescription kind of close for contacts but every time I wear them my vision is just off. I highly recommend going some place else especially if you plan on only getting your prescription done once a year or every two years. It's a waste of time and money. Service was slow they make you wait trying to get you to buy their glasses. Multiple customers came in while I was waiting that had been waiting months for the glasses they did buy from here. The eye doctor was in a hurry, over video which is probably why they didn't bother getting me the right prescription. Go with a local doctor who will give you a correct prescription. read more

Sharonda IS the best. All the women at this location are kind, considerate, professional. I am really happy I went. Yes, I did pay a slightly higher price, but I also wanted contacts, so the eye testing was a little more involved. MY total price for exam, two pairs of glasses - not on the 'specials' wall, and contacts, $251. I found this price very reasonable. read more

Do not go here, it is a rip off deluxe. I have been going elsewhere and getting a good deal - eye exam and two pair of single vision glasses for $69.00 and they have done well for the last few years. Eye lab says theirs is $59.00 for the eye exam and 2 pair of glasses. that is a lie - the total I got was $164.00 for the eye exam and 1 pair of glasses, yes standard single vision glasses with no bells or whistles. And they have you because you have to pay $45.00 up front for the eye exam and they take that off the cost of the glasses. which they did, but they would not sell me the glasses I asked for when I came in - their $59.00 special. So do not go there unless you want to be lied to about the cost and don't mind paying over 4 times the cost that you can get the same glasses for elsewhere. These reviews are FAKE! This place does not give real eye exams or offer a prescription for glasses at all. It is all a sham. They charge you for a fake eye exam, charge you $45 and never give you a prescription. Instead they refer you to another eye doctor of your choice to go and get prescription from them and bring back to get the $45 you just spent on fake eye exam with no prescription at this place as a discount on a set of their frames! To sum it up I was charged $45 for nothing. I walked out of their with no prescription, just a receipt for nothing. I paid $45 for nothing. A referrel to go to walmart, pay for another exam, get prescription and bring it back to get $45 off a set of frames that were heavily over priced for the low-quality frames they had. It took them all of two hours to scam me out of $45. And when I called corporate to tell them I want a full refund immediately they put me on hold then dispatched me to the very store that just ripped me off and the same person that scammed me told me the very same thing over again. I hung up right then because that is when I realized I have been scammed. And you will too. Don't fall for these fake reviews. Trust me. This is one of the most elaborate scams I have ever seen. I have been going to this optometrist for years now. One day, my appointment was at 12:10pm so I sat there literally for an hour waiting to be get my pre exam done. Still nothing. Exam shouldn't take no more than 30 min. I told the new branch manager that I been sitting and I haven't been helped. I DO NOT recommend this place so unorganized. read more

I stated what my insurance covers and they said no it's this.... I almost spent over 200 dollars on contacts and glasses WITH my insurance and come to find out that they lie!
