Do not ever do business here. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a business and how it was handled. Brian, the manager is unprofessional and has no customer service skills. I was given the wrong glasses and contacts and when I asked to have them contact my insurance they said they couldn't help me. Then an "owner" from a Oklahoma City store called me to tell me he didn't want to do business with me anymore and to not go into that store ever again. How unprofessional. the way that "owner" spoke to me was so rude and I will NEVER be giving them any of my money and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience. The experience was not good at all. The other reviews are correct. We were not seen by a doctor. The second pair is definitely not free. One of the pairs that we bought literally broke within 24 hours, and they were not going to replace them because we didn't get the warranty. They took the lenses out of the pair and put them in the floor model that they had. They broke within 2 months in the exact same spot as the first pair. So, I wore the second pair I bought. Now, it is 9 months later, and those broke. All pairs have broken and it hasn't even been a year! I have been wearing glasses for 15 years, and I have frames that have lasted years. Do Not buy your glasses from this business. I went in at the beginning of July and purchased 4 pairs of glasses. After waiting 2 weeks to get them in only 3 of the 4 pairs were ready. I was told that the 4th pair would be in within the week. The young woman that was helping me told me of a promotion for a complete pair for $100. I decided to purchase a 5th pair, which I paid for and was told that they would be in within the week when my 4th pair was to be in as well. A week later I received a call saying my glasses were in. I went in the next day to pick up the 4th pair and asked if the 5th pair was there as well. The woman at the desk told me they did not show them in yet and that someone would call me and let me know when to expect them. Fastforward to August 26th and I do not have the 5th pair nor have I had any calls saying when they had arrived. I called the store and asked for a full refund and was told by the woman on the phone that they could not give me a refund on them. She said the manager will not give refunds on ANY GLASSES! I told her I no longer wanted them after waiting this long. She informed me that her manager was off today and that she would have to call him and tell him what my situation was and would call me back. I received a call back 20 minutes later and was told that the manager Will not give me my money back because they are not set up to do refunds in the store. They will mail me my glasses as she had found them. She said she was sorry that I did not get a call, but someone put my glasses in the system as having been called when clearly I had not. I told her they were the worst place to get glasses and that I would never BUY from them again. So buyer beware! Their glasses are overpriced, store not organized and DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS!! I would have give MY EYELAB 0 Stars if I could have!! Stay away from this EYE STORE! I will go back to Warby Parker which has nicer employees, better prices, and better quality!! read more

So I called the number they left on my review to solve my problem, and it just went to the general customer service and not the specific store, who then tried calling the store, didn't get an answer, and told me to now email the store directly like I've already done. Went to get two pairs of glasses and a contact prescription the lady that did the eye appointment was great friendly and helpful the older lady in the sales area asked us to pick frames I picked the $69 frames and then proceeded to charge me $150 each with no explanation then after I paid she proceeded to tell us it would take two weeks as we were headed for the door I travel for work and said I'm sorry I need to cancel that order then I will be out of town and she said that's not possible without the manager so my wife picks them up for me and they are the wrong prescription what a cluster f*%^ these people have no idea what they are doing read more

Refused to cancel the order I made just the day prior and refused to return my money. I walked in and told the sales associate I needed to cancel I had made yesterday and she said she could help me. She asks for my info and pulls up my account then asks what the reason for cancellation and I informed her that I had found a location with better prices. She then tells me that they are unable to make cancellations. The manager also backed her and they refused to return my money!!! read more

I had an appointment at 4:10 this afternoon. I showed up on time and found the doors locked I had just literally confirmed my appointment 10 minutes before arriving. I called customer service and spoke to to 4 different people who's attitude was basically not my problem. One offered to reschedule me for another day but after driving 20 miles for this appointment I did not feel that was adequate. Today was their first day of business and it failed. read more

First time using eye lab people in store were nice but the wait for the glasses to b wrong and have to send them back to wait for 2 more weeks to still b wrong is unbeleivable the lenses still werent cut properly to fit the frames ill never use them again my opinion this place is a joke read more

Buyer Beware!!! Went for eye exam and glasses during mandatory wearing of masks. Was informed on the phone that they would only allow a few individuals in building at a time and would ensure everyone wore masks. I walked in. Lots of customers had no masks as they handled all the glasses to try on. So much for screening people at the door. Lots of people in the store. One of the workers, a tall man, wore a child size superhero mask under his chin. He was wearing a mask. Have to give him that. But the redneck could have worn it as a g string for all the good it did. The rest was as follows. My experience was similar to Mica's from another review. They told me glasses ready in about a week. ( They tell everyone this because once they convince you to sign over your first newborn you belong to them.) I told them prior to exam that if they wouldn't be ready on time before I leave town I would need them mailed -as soon as possible because I had broken my glasses and couldn't drive safely without. I imagine they knew in advance that that they wouldn't keep that promise. After over a month I called. Someone from the store answered and transferred me to customer service in some other part of the world. I told them my problem and they transferred me back to Norman Oklahoma where they told me that there was no order placed. I even sent them receipts of the eye exam and the glasses. But they continued to say that I didn't order any glasses. Tried again and got the same treatment until I got so frustrated I couldn't keep from crying. I guess the woman on the phone took pity on me because I was pretty pitiful. She semi-fixed the mess. Finally took two months, $25. shipping that I was previously told I wouldn't have to pay due to the mix up, different frames than what I selected but at least I could see to drive. I mean these frames are ugly! I recommend going there only if you can't afford anything else. If you enjoy having dental work you might enjoy this. Worst experience with getting glasses ever! I would rather use duct tape and bailing wire to hold my broken glasses together than to go there again. Save up enough money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Run from this place as fast as you can. Don't look back. read more
