2.3 stars is drastically underrating this place. I've ordered from here a few times in the past 6 months. Pizza is great and never an issue with service. Was going to have pizza tonight, we went in at 8:22 and the guy at counter was going to take our order and the person in the back yells the oven is off. They close at 9pm, wow 38 minutes before they close they shut down the oven. We will never go in again. I will discourage people to go in if this is how they provide service. This place has really fallen apart. Constantly getting my order wrong and slow service. I saw two employees get into a verbal altercation and cuss each other out while the manager just sat there. Employees are constantly eating around the food and I saw a delivery driver stick his finger in the pizza and taste it. There is a lack of management here, the employees are out of control and the place looks dirty. It's a real shame because the pizza is the best around. The one star is for the sweet delivery girl and that fact they had a gluten-free crust. The missing stars are for: The burnt to a crisp sun-dried tomatoes that the manager told me were suposed to be like that. The incorrect amount on the bill that was not fixed when I brought it to their attention. The hour and 40 min wait from order to delivery with no call to let me know about the delay (they had my number and email.) Getting delivered a cold, soggy pie. The lack of mushrooms and spinach (1-2 pieces of each per slice) when charged $1 each topping on a small pizza was woefully insufficient. read more

Worst customer service ever. Gal on the phone must have had better things to do than to take my order over the phone. Kept me on hold for 6 minutes and was pretty rude throughout my order request. I am almost afraid to eat the food if the phone service is this bad. The delivery was quick even after being told it would be an hour. 25 minutes. Horrible service! After driving from Pittsburgh we stopped for the night at a nearby hotel with our toddler. Decided to order pizza and cheese sticks. We ordered online. Got a receipt via email and even a phone call from an employee verifying our room number. 45 mins goes by from when we received the phone call so we called him back to inquire about our order... He says we placed our order after they shut down!!! WTF?! He called us to confirm! Needless to say we never got our pizza and were forced to drive to Taco Bell due to lack of open restaurants in a small town. Stay away from this place! They don't deserve any business. We ordered the pizza do be delivered to Twin Mills in Howe, IN. They delivered our pizzas fast and the teenage delivery driver was friendly and courteous. After reading reviews we were wondering how it would go, but the pizza was great and the service was great as well. We will definitely order again. read more

Cheap pizza, $5 pizzas are way better than a "hot n' ready" any day. My only real problem is if you order later in the day the say they "run out" of regular tossed crust and they try to force you to have their akwardly shaped and cut deep dish pizza or their awful thin crust(and I like thin crust!). If you want cheap pizza or pizza for the masses but don't want an embarrassing digusting "hot n' ready" this is the place to go. It's no papa johns or dominoes but it will do. read more

Rude staff, average pizza. NOT a fan of the thin crust pizza at all. We simply asked for our three pizzas not to be cut so that we could heat them up when we got home. After they argued with us about never being requested to do this before they said they won't cut them. Well they were all cut when we picked them up. Every time I call I get put on hold for 10 minutes, would probably be longer if I stayed on the line after that. When I place an order for delivery it is usually 45 minutes later than expected, but really no issue with that seeing how it saves me that much time to drive there. The issue is when I call about the delivery time I always get a nasty answer and get hung up on. Pizza is good but the service is bad enough for me to no longer give them my service. read more

This is by far the most atrocious place I've ever ordered food from. I've found hair multiple times on my pizza. All of the workers there are very unprofessional and childish. I went to order a pizza and they told me I had a balance in which I replied how do I have a balance if I pay before I get a pizza. Could not give me any answers. This is about 1 step up from little slezars. I saw them drop the dough on the floor and pick it up and use it. also watched the owner pull rotten tomatoes out of the trash and tell employees to use them. At least they wash their hands here as far as I know. They went up on their prices in the last few months. Even if you're the only customer in the whole restaurant it sometimes takes a while to get their attention to make an order. Double check your change when you pay because you may get short changed as I have a few times. read more
