Unfortunately, it was far from what I expected in terms of organization and, more importantly, safety. And since no one reached out except to see if we were returning to join their program with an automated email, I thought I should share here. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, show us where to go, or provide any direction. After waiting with no guidance, I eventually had to walk into the gymnastics area just to find someone who could tell us where to be. Instead of assistance, I was met with confused looks, as if I had no business being there. I wasn't the only one lost--another mother and her two daughters were also completely unsure of where to go. When I was finally directed to the appropriate area for the ninja class, I walked my son over and was told that the two instructors would bring him back to me at the end. They told me to go check in with the front desk person, who I had not seen when coming in. When I did go to the front desk a young woman was on her phone and had no idea why I was talking to her. She said just sign in you don't have to tell me. Ok well I was told to come talk to you, was my response. It's starting to be clear at this point that if you don't know what's going on, for example if you are new, you have to figure It out by yourself. So, at 55 past the hour, my four-year-old walked out alone while I sat in the waiting area. I had been watching the designated screen, which was supposed to allow us to view our children during class, but I only saw my son once before the feed was just a picture of gym equipment. You could not see any ninjas in the screen so I have no idea what if anything they were doing. I waited for about five minutes, expecting one of the instructors to come out and at least confirm class had ended, but no one ever did. We left, and about 15 minutes into our drive home to Englewood, I received a call from the studio asking if I had my son--meaning no one even realized he had left. At the most basic level, a facility working with young children needs to prioritize their safety. This experience showed a lack of organization, communication, and awareness that I simply cannot overlook. Because of this, we will not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as these issues could have serious consequences if not addressed.

The South gym has equipment and coaching issues which was brought to the owner's attention. Instead…read moreof replacing the equipment and fixing the issues, she decided to just end the team boys/girls program. Apparently, she will keep the Xcel program, Rec and Ninja because they make more $$. The floor has many dead spots and the floor to ceiling windows are not tempered glass. The windows let in bright sunlight which has caused issues with tumbling on floor and vault. There are no coverings over them and floor is right next to the windows. Many of the kids have been at the gym for 6+ years so it's been devastating to them. The kids were offered a 1.5 hour try-out at North gym only to be told to join their Xcel program (which is a disgrace for girls who have always trained DP and are Optionals). They only accepted 3 girls for their DP team of whom 2 of them were employee's girls. They already knew who they were taking before the try-outs and just had try-outs to say that they offered them. Beth doesn't care about the gym as she has another business (this one was her husband's dream, not hers, and since he's gone she has let it fall apart). You will only see her in the gym when 5280 holds a meet. Equipment is not safe!

I struggled but keeped pushing through. One day my parents were told I couldn't go there anymore. I spent days crying because I wouldn't see my friends anymore. Right now we are look at other gyms that might support me more. I you or your kids struggles with ansiety or has a hard time being pushed i recommend you go somewhere else.

The prices are competitive, and I feel they do a lot to remain safe with the athletes. The only criticism I'd give is about the uniforms. I'm a bit on the conservative side and I'm struggling with how short the skirts and shorts are. I understand this is the norm, I just wish it wasn't. All around it's a great place to learn and practice dance and cheer!

We had ages 4 to 12 year olds, boys and girls, and every kid had an absolute blast. The two coaches that were working with the kids were fantastic. These outstanding young men were so sweet to all of the kiddos, really helping the younger ones out so they had just as much fun as the bigger kids. It was so easy to book and the set up was perfect. Tons of room for the food and gifts, plus room for the parents to hang out while the kids played. Everything just went so smoothly and unlike most birthdays I have hosted, it was really easy and I actually had time to watch the kids enjoy themselves and socialize with the other parents. I'm just so impressed by the staff I worked with, the instruction that was given to the kids, and the facilities. We really can't wait to host another party there and hoping to possibly sign up for one of the summer camps. Thank you so much Path Movement for giving my son such an unforgettably fun birthday and for making me look good for choosing such an awesome place! Over the years, I think my kids still really enjoy it -- even after 20+ visits! We've also attended at least 10 birthday parties here (and have another one next month!). And experienced all of the different packages. The kids definitely love getting the play card to play the crane machines. My nephew has had a lot of luck with the ones where you grab the circular tickets. He's won some pretty cool prizes! They also love getting a cup to fill with candy after a party! With the shift and rebrand to Sweet Play, I did hope that some of the design or structures would update/change, but it all still seems the same. My kids do still enjoy coming back every so often. We appreciate the pricing (parents being free!), especially $12 for toddler Tuesdays! Our toddler really enjoys the slide into the ballpit the toddler area. Overall, this is a great spot for families with young kids - a good size space where you can generally keep track of your kids.

This gym is the worst. They move kids back & forth in between different spaces so that parents…read moreeither have to sit upstairs in a disgusting viewing area shared with old, gross chairs, dirty windows & music business OR parents have to stand outside in the heat or cold in order to peer into their adjacent little gym & back again. They're the only gymnastics club in Castle Rock so maybe they think it's ok to run it this way, but it's so unacceptable. The lobby is always a chaotic mess that they also share with a second music business. There is no driver drop off or pick up protocol so parents will often line up 6-10 cars in a row & turn their cars off up to 30 minutes in advance right at the front doors in order to pick up their children which gives ZERO accessibility for drop-off for kids who need to get to class. The parking lot is a complete mess. This doesn't begin to describe the congested gymnasium with 5-6, sometimes 7-8 classes all going at once where I've seen competitive teams attempting to practice while toddlers, boy's team & all lower levels are trying to use the same space. It's honestly ridiculous. CRG consolidated 2 gyms into one with dismal failure. My child hates going to gymnastics now when she used to love it. I hate it, too.

While we remained hopeful due to our children's potential, the consistent administrative failures and lack of professional integrity from management have made it impossible to stay. The management here is incredibly difficult to work with. Scheduling is a persistent challenge, and interactions with the leadership team are often met with a disrespectful and dismissive tone. Most concerning was the discrepancy between the "progress app" and the staff's assessments. Despite the app showing our kids had met the necessary benchmarks, management repeatedly insisted they "needed more time" on basic skills. This created a stagnant loop that felt more about extending tuition cycles. Policies & Make-up Classes The handling of make-up classes was the final straw. While the facility initially promises flexibility with make-ups to secure your enrollment, they make it nearly impossible to actually schedule them. When we attempted to utilize our accrued credits, we were met with resistance and instead pressured to pay for additional private lessons. It is truly a shame to see a place with such potential treat long-term clients this way. We are excited to move to a new location where we hope our children will finally receive the instruction and respect they deserve. If you are looking for a program that values progress over profit, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
