I was very impressed with this location. I have a toddler, but I wasn't aware of a location like this that had soft play until we attended a bday party here. Access to the play area was controlled by a gate so it was easier for parents to monitor when your child was coming and going. They required bare feet to play, so dress your kiddos accordingly. The activities ranged from slides to rings to jumpers and even a toddler zip line. They had staff on the floor monitoring safety. There were also bathrooms conveniently located in the space. For the birthday, they had one long table where the hosts laid out food, drinks and snacks. As parents, we were able to chill and talk while our kids played. That was very nice because usually we're required to watch our kids like hawks. The fact they've got staff with the kids made me think I should look into this for a future bday. The hosts added on a Minnie Mouse visit which was a nice touch and there were bubbles at the end, which I think was a part of their party package. All in all, it was a lot of fun! My husband brought our four month-old to My Gym this week to try a complimentary first class. The class size was very small, with only three babies and their parent(s). The class was well structured with various age-appropriate activities for the babies, including fun music, sensory play, etc. The environment was fun and stimulating for our little one. They even have a "zipline" with a fun little car for babies, which was adorable. The space was clean, safe, and welcoming, and my husband left the class feeling happy, energized, and more connected with our little one. I have two recommendations for this location: 1) That they would offer more classes during the weekend or after working hours so that working parents could attend. I would love to sign up for a membership; however, unfortunately all the baby classes are during the week when we are both typically working, when not on maternity/paternity leave. 2) That they would offer drop-in classes, as we cannot commit to a membership since the only classes offered for babies are while we are working; however, we may be able to drop-in here and there if we have time off. read more

First of all, I'm extremely picky and have the highest standards when it comes to stuff like this. My son attend the pre-school prep class. Our weekly visits have become such a highlight in my son's week. The staff is INCREDIBLE. The director Rhea is a gem. She's fun, enthusiastic, and loving. Mr. Dylan brings such a fun and positive energy to the classroom, and Mrs. Kristen has this wonderful ability to connect with each child, making them feel valued and understood. You know how some teachers just have that special gift? That's them. What truly stands out to me is their approach to discipline. Rather than letting chaos take over, the teachers handle it with such skillful patience. They're gentle but firm, consistently redirecting children back to activities without making them feel ashamed. As a parent who worried about how my child would handle structure, watching their thoughtful approach has been so reassuring. It's clear they understand child development and know exactly how to maintain order while keeping the classroom a positive space. My son is learning so much, but what matters most is seeing him thrive in this environment, growing more confident each week. They offer wonderful extras too. Parents' night out gives you three precious (and much needed am I right?) hours to yourself, and their holiday parties are a fun little bonus for the kiddos also. I really appreciate how vigilant they are about keeping everyone healthy with their clear sick-kid policies. Your little one will be in the most loving, capable hands. Had my daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was amazing! Entire process was incredibly easy thanks to the staff. They guide you through it from start to finish and tell you exactly what to bring, etc. They take care of set up, clean up, and running the party. My little guy loves it here. the staff is great with kids and easy going when the kids would rather run around than sit and participate in circle time. They were great, but the most joyful, fulfilling, nurturing educational space for my young kids was this MyGym. With 3 kids we've done every class from Tiny Tykes-Preschool Prep with lots of teachers. We had a birthday party here and have attended parties here. All 10 out of 10 experiences! This place is AMAZING! We were invited to a birthday here and had so much fun that we had to book our baby's first birthday party here. Omicron had gotten pretty wild around the time of her bday, so I called and was able to move her party to a later date. The person I spoke to was very kind and understanding. At first glance the price was a little shocking, but after doing my research and looking into other venues I realized the price is actually really good for what you get. They take care of all the activities and decorations, all you need to do is bring tablecloths, supplies and food/drinks. They help you set up and pack up too! The employees genuinely love the kids and it shows! They alternate between specific group activities (parachute, puppet show etc) as well as guided free play. Absolutely love this area. I've seen plenty of children's gyms before and this one is by far the best. They change the gymnastic scenery every week. We always come during the free play and there are a wide age range of children that come. It's honestly the best way for kids to explore and use their climbing skills! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. There are a ton of classes that you can take with your little one too. The only downfall is that it's pretty hard to find. The first time I came here I parked on the other side of the street in another plaza. When you take the directions is takes you to the back of the building instead of straight to the parking lot. There is a ton of parking but I suggest parking towards the back of the lot because most of the parking spots are labeled for other stores. You can always call their number to find out where exactly they're located. But just for reference you do take a U-turn on QUAIL ST and it will be on your right hand side. There is a giant ball pit, trampolines, slides galore, and bouncy balls and many more! Tried out their Gymsters class on a Saturday morning. It was a full class with a fun atmosphere. The instructors were entertaining and attentive. I like this venue for the instructors and the cleanliness. I booked a birthday party for my toddler and was impressed! The venue is reserved for a 2 hour time slot. You have 15 mins prior to the party for the setup which worked well because the staff come to your car and unload all the party supplies as well as set up everything for you! It's perfect coz they arrange the setup and you're only responsible to bring the food, cake, alcohol and cutlery. The actual party was great - they arranged games and activities every 15 mins or so. They were very engaging during the party and helped with cutting/serving cake. They packed up everything for us and loaded it into the car after the party and we were out in 15 minutes! They have their parties down to a tee! It's $385 which is pricey but worth it! read more

Having gone to an awesome birthday party at a My Gym in Long Beach my husband and I knew we wanted to do this for our daughters 4th birthday. I booked the date months ahead of time bc I was due to have a baby 3 weeks before the party. This party could not have been easier, they called to confirm the party and gave me some helpful tips and when we showed up the day of the party 2 of the employees greeted us and helped us immediately bring in all the stuff we got for the party. You can definitely tell it was a well oiled machine. They helped us set up and they were AMAZING with the children! We booked our son's 3rd birthday party here and couldn't be happier that we did! I balked a bit at the price but when I checked around they were actually cheaper than most indoor play areas. His birthday is in February, and as it poured outside throughout the party I was so glad that I didn't chance it with a park. The prep info was great and the staff were always available. You only have 15 minutes to set up - I felt like we were on a reality show trying to get everything together but Nicole and Freddy were great and we made it! They had everything under control from getting parents to sign in to helping kids in the pay area and then choreographing the two hours we were there. Everyone had a great time and we were cleaned up and out right at the end of those two hours. We took some of the classes as well but unfortunately I work full time and it was though to get to for me. Highly recommend this place to help get the toddler wiggles out! read more

Really disappointed- I booked my child's birthday party after having a conversation with the director. I wanted to make sure I could cancel and I was told that they could move the birthday. I was told they have moved birthdays to the next year. I cancelled my baby's birthdays well ahead of time because she's been sick. I get a call from the manager denying ever having a conversation like this with me. When I ask to speak to someone above her she let me know there was no one above her. My daughter had her one year birthday party here and it was truly a blast. MyGym does everything from setup to cleanup, they help unload and load everything back up! As a first time mom, this was my first time planning a baby birthday party so I was totally clueless. MyGym made it really really easy and made it memorable and fun. Miss Rhea is truly passionate about what she does and knows how to ensure kids of all ages have a great time. She would cue music at appropriate times so there wasn't ever an awkward silence and she helped guide the event along with her contagious energy. It gets hectic playing host so it's easy to forget to get family and group photos. But Miss Rhea made sure to take a lot of photos for us. Just want to open in saying the staff was super friendly, so this one star is not directed at them. That being said this place is a complete joke. It's tiny, there are hardly any apparatus for the little ones to play on, it didn't look sanitary, and I think I could spend $150 on used kid equipment and build a better gym in my garage. To add insult to injury they do not offer any "classes" for working parents that allow you to bring you child there anytime after 12 pm except for on Saturdays. This is not how a community works. This place does not care about you, or your kids. Imaging bringing your toddler here and getting them all excited to play on the 3 things the place offers and being told "sorry, you can't come in because you didn't sign up for a make believe class even though our place is empty." My poor child was in tears and confused when we had to leave. Needless to say I will not be coming back, I will be letting anybody thinking about taking their child here to think otherwise. If you really want to take your child to a place where they can learn and grow and play - I suggest We Play Loud in Huntington Beach. 30x better. No strict class formats. Just a huge indoor gym that will provide hours of entertainment. I will not miss this place when it goes under in 6 months. Good riddance. read more

Worst experience ever. My son and i wanted to try out open gym.. we arrive 5-10 mins early and doors were locked. Finally someone shows up right on time and tells us to wait outside while he sets up. So i stand outside pregnant holding my two year old till 5 mins after it's supposed to start. My son just turned 4 and has been attending My Gym since he was about 10 months old. He has taken classes, attended the day camp, participated in Parents Night Out and we just had a Birthday Party there yesterday. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff is soooo friendly, patient and they make sure the kids have a great time. My son absolutely loves going. The Birthday Party was so great. The My Gym staff did all of the work with the setup, clean up, serving the cake and all of the activities so it really allowed my husband and I to host all of the guests. We had our sons 5th Birthday party here and it was amazing. Rhea was so funny had the kids cracking up , she remembered all the kids names , 22 ! She made my son the star of the show. My son is shy but he was not uncomfortable being the star he was smiling the entire time . Also Rhea and her helper Alexis I believe did everything , I am 7 months pregnant and Dad was not there and they handled everything really really worth the $360 total. Another good day at MyGym. We started coming here several years ago with our twin boys. Now their baby brother has started and all really enjoy Rhea & the rest of the staff. They all obviously love working with kids and take great care of everyone. This location offers classes for all ages, starting with parent participation at the younger levels and then having just instructor-led classes for the older children. This past weekend, we had our son's 1st birthday here. We wanted to do something a little different than the bounce house places. Also, we wanted to do something that he will actually enjoy, not just the older children. My Gym was PERFECT!! They did an OUTSTANDING job!!! We had kids there from 1 year to 8 years old and EVERY SINGLE one of them had a BLAST! They kept everyone busy with activities and games and it was just AMAZING to sit back and watch ALL the kids, including our 1 year old, having such a great great time!
