Staff not inviting or interactive with my child who is a boy and 2 and doesn't quite like to sit down when "expected." Made me feel terrible and I left and they didn't even offer to figure out different ways to engage him or accommodate his needs. Not every toddler is the same and can sit during your circle time, so that should not be an expectation right of the bat. We had the privilege to be invited to a birthday party last weekend. We were so impressed with the entire experience. Mr. Jason was beyond amazing. He was so organized and energetic the entire time. He kept the 12+ children captivated and smiling for the duration of the party. Mr. Jason truly made our experience amazing, so much that we will be hosting our child's birthday party there next year. My son LOVES this place! He has a blast with all the teaching staff especially Miss Chole and Mr. Jason! They keep he kids entertained and there's no pressure like typical gymnastics classes. They learn something different each class to build on ranging from tumbling and yoga, to team sports and circus acts lol. A couple of things to watch out for is that unlike Gymboree they only offer 2 free play sessions a week and it's for all ages so they can get ridiculously crowded and lots of parents aren't exactly keeping a close eye so I've seen a few littles get trampled etc. they really should offer more free play times to accommodate working parents and even out the crowds. Also be very careful about keeping track of your makeup classes as they're VERY strict about using them and expire after 30 days. We were gone for a month and were told we could just come 2 times a week to make them up instead of canceling our membership for the month but then my son got sick and missed, then they were close for the holidays so we should've gotten 6 makeups but were told we could only use 4! They weren't flexible at all about allowing him to makeup any more 4 so my son was pretty disappointed. Next time I'll just cancel when we need to stop for any length of time. read more

We absolutely love Mygym! We have been going for 4 years with our two boys and they love it. My older son has a speech delay and some gross motor delays and they are so patient and caring and Mygym has really helped him develop in a fun atmosphere. You can tell the staff all love their jobs and the kids. Ms Chrislynn, Ms Haylie, Ms Katelyn and Mr Jason are all the best and my boys love coming to see them! The staff is trained really well and you can feel the safe environment they create. The classes are semi structured which I love because it helps them learn to follow directions and rules and get them ready for school. They also have two open play times a week where kids can do any activity. My older son started kindergarten this year and his teacher always tells me what a good rule follower he is and I know Mygym encouraged that. We love all the friendships we have made and the experiences we have had since joining. It is definately worth every penny! read more

My son loves going here. At first the price was off putting, but to see how much my son has changed makes it worth the price. He has gained so much confidence and courage to try new things. He gets to try out every sport and learn new skills each week. He loves all his teachers too! read more

I would only deduct one star because we cannot attend practice and play because of the times offered. We only attend the 1 scheduled class so $20 per class is a lot. My daughter really does enjoy the class. read more

We have been with MyGym for three years and have no complaints. The staff is always wonderful and caters to your kids. They MOTIVATE and ENCOURAGE the kids to do their BEST. They're not crazy like the DanceMoms show, which I Love. They promote health, physical fitness, and most importantly FUN. read more

My gym is such an awesome place for kids to learn and have structured fun while being active. You can stay and watch, or drop off and take an hour for yourself. The staff is GREAT. I would reccomend My Gym to anyone and everyone with kids. read more

My Gym is amazing! We have been taking our 4 year old (very active) son there for about 6 months now and he loves it. The staff is very patient, especially for those who need to work on their listening skills. The classes are structured and non competitive which is exactly what we were looking for. My son loves it so much we decided to have his birthday there. My son has Mr. Jason and Mr. Ben who do an amazing job working with all of the kids. We have been at my gym for the last month and half, we went for the free class trial and my 3 and half year old son loves it! It's the highlight of his week and is always sad when the class is over. Jason has a caring nature to him and is great with the kids. I've been taking my 3 boys (21 months, 21 months and 4 years old) to My Gym since last summer. They absolutely love going here and the staff is amazing! Mr. Jason, Miss Hayley and Miss Krislyn are so interactive and engaging with the kids. They have the perfect combination of structure and active play that sets them apart from other kids' gyms. Their circle time offers many opportunities for learning in a fun and engaging environment, even for the youngest kids. One of my boys started out having some trouble with participating in circle time but I have seen such improvement in him, in his participation, listening, and his social skills. At the beginning of this summer, we brought our child to join a trial play. It was fun for him but had some challenges in following the structured play. The girls there were very helpful and encouraged us to still enroll him so that he will get used to it eventually. So that same day, I called to register him. Surprisingly, the owner himself called me back not to start the registration but to refuse our child. He said that they do not have a facility that can cater to "special needs." I was really shocked with this discrimination of special needs children. I was overwhelmed how he described our child as well. I do not recall any violent behavior to endanger the other kids . Our child is so sweet and kind to others. Their website even showed pictures of special needs children. So I am not sure where this is coming from. They should advertise in their website that they do not accept children with special needs and for that matter even kids who do not have special needs but who they do not prefer to be there . If I knew that this will happen , I would not have brought my child there who repeatedly asked me why he is not going back to my gym anymore. So our child had swimming lessons the whole summer instead which was great! ..... and to the owner of my gym,so much for your rejection due to "inability to be in a structured environment!" read more

We have been taking our 4 year old here for the past 4 months and we LOVE it. Great staff/environment. They mix up the theme/activities every week so its always different. I love that my son can work on listening skills, social skills, gross motor skills, for an entire hour and have so much fun. He looks forward to Ms. Courtney and Mr. Jason every week. The two of them seem to really enjoy what they do...it does not come across as forced or "work". I appreciate that. They treat the kids very well , and seem very professional. I like the flexibility My Gym allows and when I am not able to make my scheduled class I can make it up..... Free play gets a little crazy since it is for all ages and there is only a few on the schedule. I do think the price is slightly high for one day a week, but all worth it to see my son have such a great time learning. You should give it a try, they offer a free trial class. My son is almost 2 now and last year I had been looking for a Mommy-and-Me class and chose My Gym. Ever since, I have been so happy with the classes and especially the lead teacher, Miss Ashley. She is absolutely WONDERFUL. She's energetic, enthusiastic, organized, fun and shows all the kids equal care and attention. She seems to really enjoy her job and being with the children/parents, too. We had a birthday party for our son here and it was fantastic! It is incredibly easy, since we don't have to clean our house for guest, we don't have to clean up after either! The staff is incredible and really knows how to deal with each age group. We have been there for parties for ages from 1-8, and the kids have had a great time at all of the parties. We have also taken our son to the classes. He absolutely loves the classes. The dexterity improvement we have seen from his participation in the classes is amazing. read more

I have been going to Mygm for about 6 months and my daughter LOVES it. All of the teachers there are fantastic and so caring and wonderful with the kids. My daughter looks forward to seeing Miss Courtney ALL week! The only problems I have is with the manager/owner. I have caught him several times talking disrespectfully to the teachers there in front of other parents. I feel like if there is a problem within the staff, that is shouldn't be dealt with in front of customers. I also feel like he gets rude with myself and other parents who come in, which again, I don't think is wise. Everytime I have any questions I am sure to go to the teachers instead of him. We have been going to My Gym for more than a year. We have tried many other activities with our child, such as dance classes, horseback riding, etc. Nothing has made as big of an impact on our daughter as her time at My Gym. She looooooooves all her instructors and has improved greatly with her motor and social skills. The teachers are very professional, personable and highly skilled. The employees/ teachers for the classes talk to some of the moms about their personal life and ignore the kids during free play. The class itself is great for high energy kids to blow some steam but they don't learn anything useful. By the time they bring out different activities they are taking them down to move on to the next thing and your kid gets left out. Now, my child is not overly energetic but I wanted her to have a chance to explore and stimulate her motor skills but it's not worth the money in my opinion. read more

This is such a welcoming place. We've been with this location and staff for over 5 years now and both our boys have had such a positive and rewarding experience here. What I find so valuable about My Gym is the way that it encourages both physical and social skills in an environment that fosters turn-taking and active listening...while making it fun for the kiddos. As a parent of a child with special needs, I appreciate how inclusive the class is and how patient the My Gym crew are with everyone. There are times when my son isn't in the mood to follow instruction and/or wants to do his own thing. After a few reminders, he may be taken out to sit with me for a few minutes before giving it another go. I like this because it's the same rule for all the kids in the class and is fundamental for the program to be successful. My son is not held to a lower or different standard just becauase of his special needs. He gets a turn if he is seated, he gets the right amount of encouragement and support when he learns new skills, and he's handled in a loving, kind way. He'll ask me all the time, "Gym?" in the hopes that's where we're headed when it's time to put our shoes on to leave the house. We'll be celebrating his 5th birthday party at My Gym Temecula later this year. read more

We had my grand daughter's first birthday party here. She did their baby classes so that is how we knew about their parties. The party was a blast. The kids were from age 1-5 with one 8 year old. They all had fun. It was nonstop activity. Some was structured and some was free play. Every parent said it was the best party they had ever taken their kids to. All you do is show up with a cake. Everything else is done for you. They plan and supervise the activities, serve the cake, and clean up at the end. OMG. It doesn't get any better than this. read more
