They sold me an item that was not available then refused to issue a refund because "They Could Not Override their system " go figure! Definitely fraudulent Practices.

The dishwasher was delivered to the house and sat in the garage untouched until the contractor was ready to install it. When opened, there was a huge dent in the side. Home Depot sent a tech out to fix it. He just laughed and said it couldn't be repaired. Home Depot customer service knew they had previous issues with the vent and said they would help them out. When they returned the dishwasher to the store, they would not take it back and offered to give them a discount on another one. They just left it there and walked out. We've had similar situations with Home Depot and now only shop at Lowe's.
