This business is a scam. I prepaid for packages in San Diego and then they closed all their SD locations for nonpayment of rent and told me to go to Orange County instead. I have a judgment against Marc Thomas, the owner and franchisee, who refuses to pay. Don't buy packages from this business. They'll take your money and may close their doors overnight and then Marc Thomas will taunt you to try to go after him because he sets up shell LLCs that take your money. I've been coming to this location since September 2024. For the past few months, I've been a member since I see personal value in getting once/monthly IV. My go-to is lysine, glutathione, and/or Vitamin C. IV's take an hour and Nick is my usual RN and he's great. I've also gone here for hydrafacial and and infrared sauna. Typically, I book in the Restore Hyperwellness app. Ease of use is high and I can typically even book fairly last minute depending on my busy schedule. Something to note, note all Restore locations are the "same," in that if it's outside the "franchise," you'd have to pay an additional $30 out of pocket even if you're a paying member! I have been a member since before this location even opened. They charge $159 a month. I've had nothing but issues for over a year now trying to come in for services. I actually cancelled my membership back in July and they charged me for 2 months when I noticed in sept, I went in to talk to the manager he refunded 2 months and cancelled any further new charges, but I believe I still had 8 credits to Use. And I just not noticed they charged me AGAIN for October, November and December even tho I submitted my cancellation request back in September! So I've tried to use those credits I still had remaining and they NEVER have availability when I want/need. Today, i called in with the hopes of coming in for a last minute appt and they told me I need a new telehealth appt in order to administer the IV. No one had warned or told me this was a requirement after 1 year! I would not suggest becoming a member. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because usually the staff members are very friendly even tho I can't get the appt times or services done when I need them, they are generally very kind and always have a positive disposition. But management and appt availability have made me want to cancel membership and not return. Plus, I mainly use this for IV treatments and THE HYDRATION ROOM membership is now actually $10 cheaper every month and they don't nickel and dime you for the vitamin and additional IV ingredients. read more

Had a deal for a "squeeze and freeze" through a partnership between Restore and my gym - one full body cryotherapy session and one 30 minute compression session. They recommend a low setting and 2:30 for your first cryo session - you're in a little room that's blasting at -165F that you can walk around in until your timer is up. I felt pretty good until the last 15-20 seconds or so - I think I could've handled another ~30 seconds before it would've started to get not fun. My surface body temp dropped 36F which they said was pretty good. My skin was tingly and felt great when I came out so I can see the appeal. The compression session was great as well - 30 minutes lounging in the sun while large air bags massage my legs. I called about 2 months later and the guy said they expired once I canceled. I told him that's not what I was told otherwise I would've used them before I canceled my membership. I stopped by for my first visit yesterday and was impressed by how sweet and helpful the staff is! I purchased the founding member package and just did the compression and IM shot. The compression was awesome (you are given the option to pick your legs, arms, or hips for this treatment) and I'm still watching to see how the IM shot reacts with my body! I picked the lipo IM shot and the head nurse (Brian, I believe) said that he lost some weight when using it regularly! Title: Misleading Billing Practices Rating: Horrible billing practice and one sided management responses, this is not customer service focused ( Scott and Paula)! I joined during the soft opening in Sep 2022. It was normal to verbally communicatr with the staff to place my membership on hold since with the original manager/staff. During my last hold I. April 3023, the staff verbally stated my membership would be canceled due to placing my membership on hold multiple times. Scott billed my credit card based on their one sided notes. I did not visit since April and they billed me for the last 3 months of this review. So they bill you and don't send you an invoice to inform you of them charting your credit card. Customer are forced to leave a credit card on file! When I informed them of this miscommunication, that I had not visited the Tustin office since April because the front desk said it would be canceled and I was ok. The IV therapy was the reason I joined, required the staff to poke me 2-3 times, leave bruises and painful because this is not the treatment that was promised when I joined. You are supposed to feel well not leave in pain. The lack of understanding from the management left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a customer. The main issues I encountered were: Inaccurate Service Description: The services provided were not in line with what was originally discussed, and the discrepancy was not rectified to leave me felling well after IV therapy. . Billing Transparency: Transparency in their billing process was lacking. I found it difficult to know when they bill you because they do send you an invoice. Customer Support: When I tried to reach out to the manager Scott and Paula for resolution, the response was not to hear the customer explaination. Stop billing people when they don't visit your office. Overall, my experience with left me feeling unsatisfied and wary of their billing practices.
