Thankfully, I found them online and saw they had an available appointment and I'm so glad I gave them a try. Dentist Jess and Lucy, the dental hygienist, were both very sweet and kind to my son. They were gentle, patient, and very informative, which made us feel comfortable the whole time. Overall, such a positive experience. The team is amazing, and I can honestly say they are the best. I get there, wait 45 minutes, only to be told oh, we madexa mistake. Its a $1000. No I'm not playing these games. I had dentists before. They could always tell me what it would cost. Never this well we aren't sure. You guys need to get your act together. Some us aren't rich. We can't just apply for credit or come up with an extra $500. I definitely won't be coming back. My son had an appointment here three months ago to have a cavity filled. Since then, this office has canceled and rescheduled his appointment FOUR separate times. Each time, we are contacted the day before the appointment and told that they "don't know why" he was scheduled because there isn't a dentist available. We are then pushed out another 2-3 weeks. What is especially frustrating is that no one seems to have any answers. Every time I call, the person I speak with has no idea why this keeps happening and is unable to provide any explanation or meaningful assistance. When I ask to speak to a Manager, they "can't get ahold of one." Meanwhile, my child is the one who has to wait months for necessary dental care because this office cannot seem to manage its own scheduling. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, but four cancellations over three months, especially with only one day's notice, is not acceptable. If you do not have a dentist available, why are you continuing to schedule patients and then cancel their appointments at the last minute? I should not have to repeatedly rearrange our schedules and wait months just to get my child the basic dental care he needs. Children deserve better than this. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in this office. The entire operation needs to be seriously reevaluated... from scheduling and communication to management and staffing. I strongly encourage the people running this office to take a hard look at what is happening here, because this is not how patients and families should be treated.

He kindly fit us into his schedule first thing Monday morning for a follow-up, just two days after the incident. Our daughter was understandably hesitant to let anyone near her mouth, as the area was still very sensitive. But Dr. Chan's warm, gentle, and patient demeanor instantly put her at ease. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made her feel comfortable and safe during the entire visit. She had no problem cooperating, which speaks volumes about the kind of provider he is. We're scheduled to return in two weeks for progress checks and imaging, and after this experience, we've decided to make Dr. Chan our daughter's regular dentist moving forward. We're so grateful to have found someone so skilled and compassionate when we needed it most.

(If they are new, then I think you need to return all the money I and my insurance has paid you over the years...and it is a lot!) I called several dentists and they could not see me for more than a week. Dr. Vaughn was the fifth dentist on my list and they were willing to squeeze me in the Tuesday after the holiday, but said they would try to get me in sooner. On Thursday morning, I got a call. They had an appointment for me first thing Friday. Woopee! They have a large, clean practice. Dr. Vaughn saw me, examined the tooth to make sure it could still support the crown (it could) and recemented it. He passed my 'dentist criteria', so I made an appointment to come back for an exam and cleaning. The first available appointment was in early November, but they said they would call me if they had an opening. As it turned out, they were able to move up my appointment to late August. At this visit, they took a full set of digital x-rays, Dr. Vaughn gave me a full examination (no problems thanks to my prior dentist, Dr. R. Lapcevic) and then my teeth were cleaned. The cleaning as good. The hygenist was thorough, but gentle! Both Dr. Vaughn and the hygenist were very personable and answered all my questions. I think I have lucked out and found a good dentist.
