I had such a great experience at Champagne Pediatric Dentistry! I've been searching for a good dentist after a really bad experience at a previous clinic, so I was a bit nervous at first. Thankfully, I found them online and saw they had an available appointment and I'm so glad I gave them a try. Dentist Jess and Lucy, the dental hygienist, were both very sweet and kind to my son. They were gentle, patient, and very informative, which made us feel comfortable the whole time. Overall, such a positive experience. The team is amazing, and I can honestly say they are the best. I have been a patient here with my child for 7 years. The doctor is amazing. Their location is annoying with being downtown and a parking lot where homeless people frequent. However, here is my complaint. I came in with my two children for a routine cleaning and the whole office staff is new. The young lady is rude won't look me in the eye and treated her interaction like a McDonald's order. She tried to force me to pay for floride which I always decline. Then just pointed at an iPad. Their new digital system asks woke questions that aren't questions necessary for young children. When I complained about their evasive woke questions they got snotty. The 9 pgs of intake now done on in ipad. She refused to let me fill it out sitting. Even when my infant began to cry. I had to just leave. Never going back. Sad when a beautiful professional dentist would hire woke rude individuals and policies. You've lost my business. read more

Quite possibly the worst front office and scheduler staff in the business. We schedule our kids appointments 6 months in advanced. On numerous occasions, the schedulers/front desk staff will change the times of their schedule with little to no notice citing "short staffing" without our consent. Their pediatric dentist is a 3/5. No worse or better than any other family dentist in town. I finally decided to leave their practice after the 3rd time they changed our appointment time without our consent. read more

I took my daughter here yesterday for her first ever dentist visit (realized I checked in at the wrong place/location - oops haha). Champagne Pediatric Dentistry is incredible! From the moment I made the appointment to the moment we checked out I was so pleased. We got an appointment very quickly which was so appreciative. Their new location by the movie theater in Sparks is very convenient with easy access/parking. The lobby has plenty of seating and had a very cute little playhouse for the kids to play in while waiting for their appointment time. They had a small fridge with water and a Keurig for coffee as you wait. They also had a TV with Disney movies on to enjoy as well. The staff are all so friendly and sweet and treated my daughter so wonderfully! They made her first visit super relaxed and fun! We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Camille Gannam. The hygienist and doctor were both gentle, patient, and made my daughter feel at ease. They give out toy tokens for a couple of little machines up front for the end of their visit (or a rubber duck in my daughter's case). They answered all of my questions/concerns and I am very confident in the care my daughter received and will continue to receive in the future! So thankful to have found such a wonderful practice! read more

After COVID their service extremely decreased in quality. Their floors were so dirty, there was even a big gulp cup behind the chair that looked like it had been there for a few days (Melted ice), greasy sunglasses they given to my daughter to wear grossed me out. That's unacceptable for a place that is suppose to be hygienic and clean. The ladies used to talk to me with respect and kindness, now the way they speak and act toward me when I bring my daughters there , has unfortunately led me to find different providers after being loyal patients for 6 years. Lots of confusion with my teenager needing to be on the adult side vs the children side. I'm disappointed that I have to leave, because I used to talk highly about champagne and I would look forward to our appointments . I hope they can see this review to make changes for the existing and new clients to come. read more

My husband and I took our 2 year old daughter here for the first time a couple weeks ago. For those who have never been here like us, there are two different entrances to go into from outside. One for the adult side and one for the pediatric side. The waiting room on the pediatric side has a little play house, the bead rollercoaster toy that most offices have and then a little room off to the side with a projector that displays different games to play on the floor. My daughter was instantly drawn to soccer that it had on at the time, but eventually switched to a kind of whack a mole game, only with mice and then a couple other ones. When called back Melissa, the dental assistant gave a little tour of the area. There are a handful of tables out in the open if you have siblings that come at the same time, and then a handful of themed rooms. We were in the Scooby Doo which had the big decals on the walls of the characters. They also have a tv on the ceiling that was playing frozen at the time. Very kid friendly place, Melissa showed my daughter everything she was going to do and had her touch everything just to show her it wouldn't hurt. They let her pick out sunglasses to wear so the light that they have on their glasses doesn't blind the kids. They get to pick their own toothbrush that they brushed her teeth with and the toothpaste that they use as well. They have a little play area in the back that the kids can go play in if you happen to be waiting for the dentist or for X-rays or whatnot, they just come grab you when they are ready for you to go back to the room. We brush our daughters teeth at least twice a day so she was used to the brushing, we just weren't sure how she'd handle everything else, but she was a champ! No crying, opened her mouth for them to look, we had Dr. Jason Champagne for this visit. I originally made the appointment for his wife, but when we arrived we were told they trade off weeks and it was his week. He was very nice and our daughter didn't have any issues with him either. During the tour, we were told that if we happen to schedule our appointment around the time our kids appointment is, there is a little path in the back to be able to walk over for our appointments if needed. This was one of the reasons I chose the place because it is very convenient to go to the same place for the whole family. In the end, my daughter got a little teddy bear for her visit, some stickers, a balloon and their little goody bag with the normal toothbrush she used earlier, toothpaste, floss sticks and mouthwash. This place did not disappoint and I highly recommend it! read more

We had a terrible experience here nearly every time. After a few appointments, and we tried both dentists, we left. They always tried to upsell us on procedures for our toddler daughter and suggested very dramatic and invasive solutions when she had some minor cavities. The hygienist even tried to guilt me and used fear tactics when we didn't want to make a decision right then. It felt wrong so we left. We then went to my husband and I's long time trusted dentist for a second opinion. He found a very simple, painless and much less invasive and inexpensive solution that has proven effective for over three years now. I wouldn't suggest anyone take their child here. The balloons and stickers and toys don't replace good honest medical care. read more

As a child I was always terrified of the dentist. Cari Champagne's office was amazing. I have a 2 year old son and we had some concerns over whether we were brushing his teeth correctly and a couple of chips he had cause he always hits his face when playing rough. Dr. Champagne's office was clean the staff was friendly and they just made my son feel great about his first experience. My son usually screams like were murdering him when we try to brush his teeth. At first he was hesitant when the hygenist started cleaning his teeth but she kept talking to him and he did amazing. The next day we took my son to chuck e cheese for doing such a great job at the dentist and he said "go to the dentist" like he was excited to go. Lastly they gave the parents a little gift package to say welcome as patients and they saved me in my time of chapstick need. I have three sons 3 yrs, 5 yrs, and 15 yrs.... The staff and Dr. Cariann are soo wonderful. They explain the procedure to the parent and to the child in "kid terms". Super gentle, my 5 yr old is excited when he has an appt. I couldn't be happier! Also, they have the latest software, billing, toys... everything is soo clean and up to date!! They really are reasonably priced as well! AWESOME!! We've been to Dr. Cariann a lot (my son is a gummy eater). "Sugar Bugs" are part of our life. So, the staff here had to deal with him crying and being scared, and to say that they handled it right is not close to saying enough - they were PROS! He was terrified the first time and now he is not (son just turned 6). You treat us well and have a great waiting area with games and coffee for Mom. I have a credit on my account and have went in once and called twice to get this refunded and I called again today and was finally told to get a refund on an overpayment, its a 4-6 week process.
