Called my kid special needs. Was very unprofessional. Didn't look to help my child. Is a money hungry.

With me having no dental insurance, it was hard to find a dentist, that didn't rape me over the coals. Ashley, at the front desk, actually helped me, to finally get in and see the dentist, with very reasonable charges, as a cash paying customer. She is very good, at what she does. The Dentists are fast, thorough and very kind. If your looking for a dentist office, that truly cares about you, I highly recommend ToothFairy Dental. Awesome staff, Dentists and just an Awesome place, all the way around. I promise you, you won't regret going to the dentist anymore, once you've gone here.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional take your kids somewhere else a side observation the front desk girls were more worried about doing something with the other desk girl's piercing then doing their job which is probably how these types of mistakes happen

First time I can recall having a good experience at the dentist!…read more At other dental offices, it was always the same problem - they didn't listen, aggressively pushed procedures on me I didn't want, and the results were mediocre, at best. As a child, it was traumatizing. As an adult, it was frustrating, and painful. Dr. Alford, and his staff, provide an entirely different and welcoming approach. When I told the hygienist I wanted minimal polishing paste for the cleaning, there was no pushback, just a simple agreement, professional, no drama. When I mentioned that I did not want ultrasonic cleaning as it was very painful, I was told they already noted that in my chart, and the subject was immediately dropped without pushback. That was a first! Not only that, between the hygienist and Dr. Alford, my cleaning was so thorough that afterwards I couldn't feel any rough spots from my problem areas that get a lot of tartar! My teeth are also whiter than they've been in years. I'm still kind of amazed, because I'm used to LONG sessions, and having to live with sandy areas because that was "The best they could do without the ultrasonic." I am super grateful to finally have a competent dentist to go to where I feel comfortable, safe, and my concerns and wishes matter. Dr. Alford is easy to talk to and put me right at ease, as did his hygienist. I don't know if it's because this is a pediatric specialty office, but the entire staff is naturally kind and considerate. It definitely takes a lot of empathy and patience to work with kids! Whether you're a nervous adult, or want to ensure your kids are in good hands, I highly recommend Alford Pediatric & General Dentistry for your whole family.

My five year old daughter developed a pimple-looking bump on her gum. I used our dental insurance's website to find a local dentist and was pleasantly surprised when these guys said they could get us in the same week. We met first with the hygienist for X-rays and a cleaning. Then Dr. Jackie came in. She was nothing short of amazing. She was soooo good with my daughter and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Unfortunately, an extraction and a few caps are in our future. But Dr. Jackie explained it all so well and even gave us the option of an alternative to the normal novocaine shot and drilling. We are scheduled in a few weeks to have the work done. I feel at ease knowing Dr. Jackie is at the wheel

There's a television for the kids (and honestly for the parents too) that always has an interesting cartoon playing. There are a few tablets connected to some tables that have fun games on them. Not that you will ever have to wait very long... The dental exam area is clean and spacious, and really just comfortable for when you're waiting for your kids to be done. Most people hate going to the dentist, most likely because of the bad memories from the dentist when they were younger. My kids love going to the dentist... Their teeth get to feel all clean again and we're in and out fast. The only thing that would make this place better- if they saw adults too!

My daughter has had some issues at her last dentist that have scared her. She is 10 and is always extremely nervous. Today was the first time being to a dentist is over a year (yes I know that's a long time) since we have moved. The staff was extremely welcoming right when we came in. There was some issues with my insurance and they were all so helpful and quick to figuring it out. My daughter was nervous at first but did amazing. She felt very comfortable and immediately told me how much better that experience was than the last dentist we went to. I'm extremely happy we found them and have already told my friends about them.
