The best latte in Montreal, hands down! So rich and creamy, just as it should be. Love it here

The best latte and mocha, hands down! The staff is always friendly and the service pretty quick considering the amount of people. I definitely recommend it here :)

A very convenient and cute little cafe right in the metro! Location is great and service is very quick! I went in a few circles thanks to my gps to find this place and to my surprise it was right in front of me. I had a small latte in a customized little cup which is very cute!! I had a beautiful leaflet foam. They do have some baked good options and drinks options. Definitely stopping by here in the future before going shopping!

My friend and I stopped by a quick cup of iced coffee (cold brew) and we were both disappointed with the watered down, flavorless coffee given to both of us. I swear I could make coffee better, and I suuuuck at making coffee. I've heard their latte is really good so maybe we were just unlucky or their iced coffee is not as good as their other items. We might give this place another shot since it's so conveniently located and the service is quick. Hopefully it'll be better next time!

Cafe in the McGill metro station. Friendly and fast service. I had the latte and was very satisfied. If you are at McGill metro definitely stop by.

Take out, third wave coffee in McGill metro offering mostly the same beans and goodies you also find in Dispatch so if you like Dispatch, you know you will surely love this place. Prices are standard specialty coffee type, large coffee is $2++ but the size of the cup is not the tall ones you are imagining. I love their roast and come here often since its on my way to school. Great for the morning caffeine fix. Best part about this cafe (other than the cutest name) are their baristas. All of them are so nice and polite. I always end up having great conversation whenever I stop by.

Great coffee and scones. I also use their app Crema to order the latte in advance to avoid lineup during rush hour

Exactly what was missing in that subway station. One of the best coffee I've had in Montreal!

But before even checking in, we had to walk through Bar George ~ and instantly knew we wanted to eat there. We were lucky enough to grab a last-minute reservation, and Julien took a good care of us throughout the evening. His recommendation of the Beef Wellington was spot on (it's already one of our favorite dishes), but this was hands down the best we've ever had. I ordered the lobster risotto, which was excellent with just the right amount of spice. My son had the 10 oz striploin steak with homemade fries (chips), and it was absolutely delicious. I also loved the Canadian touch of coarse salt on the steak, plus the option to choose between Béarnaise or peppercorn sauce. Julien also mentioned their pastry chef placed second in a NY competition, and the desserts absolutely lived up to that reputation. We tried the pineapple and coconut pavlova and the "lick me hazelnut" ~ both beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. We also ordered iced coffee and a latte, and noticed something interesting: this was the second place where we found Canadian coffee to be smooth and mild ~ such a nice change from the often bitter, over-roasted American coffee. Yes, dinner was a bit steep ($300+), but it was worth every penny. Between the rich history, stunning design, outstanding service, and unique cuisine, I would highly recommend Bar George. I would absolutely love to come back!!

We went here during the week right when they opened so no line but based on other reviews, this place gets busy and does not take reservations so be aware. Service was great, space was open, light and welcoming and the food, my god the food!! Im a lover of all things fungi so when I saw mushroom toast on the menu, I couldn't consider anything else. The portions were huge and the mushroom toast was one of the best brunch meals I've had in a long time. A variety of mushrooms along with delicious whipped feta , this meal was the perfect way to kick off our visit to Montreal! They also have a lovely array of coffee drinks as well.

The chimichurri mayo , apple slaw, and super crispy chicken were utter perfection. Seriously, you have to try this place no matter the wait. Also had the ricotta pancakes - light airy and fluffy with an addicting brown butter syrup. The lemon cream was a perfect light compliment. Also one of the best pancake dishes I've ever had. Lastly the extras... chai tea latte, fresh OJ, and even the chocolate chip cookie (which has candied pecans inside!) were top notch. Not saying I would fly to Montreal just to eat here, but I would fly to Montreal just to eat here.
