I am a faithful costumer. They are nice and keep the space clean. they make sure you get what you want. I like the qualiTy of the nails and how they don't pop off or break as easily as some of those newer chains. I enjoy the fact I can call and make an appointment and they also do eyebrows and facial hair removal. I don't enjoy going to those busy shops with a bunch of loud music so this is definitely my favorite place to get my nails done read more

Sad I have to make this review because the nail technician was very nice. However, the cleanliness of the establishment is very... scary... They used the same pedicure tools (cuticle remover, etc., that should be sterilized after every customer) on me and my boyfriend, and when done; rinsed them off in the sink and put it back in her cart... Pulled an emry board out of their cart and it had obviously been used (and again was used on both myself and my boyfriend). Every customer uses the same tub for wax dip. The coffee table in the front near the couch had a layer of dust. The pedicure itself was probably one of the worst I've ever had.. Now, I guess you get what you pay for because it was only $70 for the both of us, but there was NO dead skin removal on either of us. read more

Terrible service. The owners were very rude. My nails look like absolute crap. They are crooked, bumpy and look half-assed. Would never recommend this to anyone. Never going back. At the end of my service the said "ok done, goodbye." Waste of money. read more

This place has become terrible I always go here but recently they've started doing a crappy job they never turn any one away (I assume because they want the money) which means they are way busier than they should be so they try and rush and don't do as good of a job I got the gel nails yesterday which should last at least a week and they are already peeling and chipping plus the polish is practically see through Now I'll tell you about my experience so read if you would like too. Me and my mom got there about an hour and 15 minutes before they closed for mani pedis and we asked if we could and they said yes so we sat in the pedicure chair. There were two other people there (three people work there) we sat there for 30 minutes without any water in the foot tub then someone came and started with me and didn't even give my mom water. So my toes were done before my mom even got water. During all of this another employee came and cut and filed our nails at the seats which made them not as nice. Then when I finally got to the actual manicure table all they did was paint them and there was fuzz on my nails from the cotton they used to get the previous nail polish of and they just painted over that. So by the time I got my fingers and toes painted my mom didn't even have her toes painted. As I mentioned earlier the polish is very sheer and not only that but it's blotchy some places are more opaque than others so it just looks bad and I wasn't too worried about that until the GEL NAILS that you have to pay $22.50 ($10 more than the regular) started peeling off I DONT suggest going here four year old would have do better read more

They are always very nice, very fast, and efficient. I love their low prices and ability to take you in at a moments notice. I've been going here for about 3 months now. I feel bad I abandoned my last location but I can walk to this nail salon and get in and out in 45 mins or less for a pedicure. Plus they are just damn cheap. It works for me. read more

I've been coming to this place for about a year because its close to my house. I have HORRIBLE calluses on my feet and can never remove them properly. This is one of the only places that actually use the little callus scraper thing. They are always nice and get me in right away, even when I walk in. I love them! I love the big TVs and they always have something good on, like a movie, or right now they have the ball game on. For the price, I think you get a lot. One of the cheapest pedis is $23 and they take the time to rub your feet down and it includes a paraffin wax dip. Love this place! Wish had the money to go back more often :) read more

I have been searching for a nail salon that meets all of my criteria for about a year. I wanted one that actually uses the tool to scrape the calluses; takes their time to do a good job; dries my toes under light; is affordable. This gave me all of that and more! They are open 7 days a week and close to my home. The wax dip smelled great and was a nice extra for a pedi that was just $23. This is my new salon! read more

Ok, this place is a no go for sure. The lady who greeted my mother and I was nice, but doesn't speak english very well in my opinion - so there was a slight language barrier, which is always difficult. The guy that painted my nails sat down and had snot hanging from his nose. I know this sounds terrible, but it really grossed me out! My gel manicure was really bad, and I never check it out long enough to know how much to tip (whether or not I am happy with it). He had painted right up to my cuticle on some nails, and as people who get gel nails done frequently would know, when a manicurist does that, the polish catches and comes away from the nail as the nail grows out (and it looks bad). The polish was unevenly painted as well and I could have done a better job. Only nice thing about this place is the cute chihuahua that sits in the back! My daughter had a mani/ pedi Friday night. We left around 6:00pm. Her nails were dry. She took a bath at 9:30 pm. Her toe polish began peaking off in the bath tub. I took her to the store the next morning when it opened. I asked for a refund. The women accused up of leaving before her nails were dry. No one spoke to us when we left or checked to see if they were dry when we left the night before. I asked for a refund. She said she would repaint them but we did not have time to wait. She said to come back in and she would redo them but refused to give me anything in writing. Now my fingernail paint polish is pealing off in sheets just as her did. I spent $124 on myself and my 2 kids. I should have done it myself! At least the polish actually lasts longer than 24 hours when I do my own. HUGE RIP OFF! read more

This place is horrible. They did a horrible job on my nails. It was a week before my last homecoming so me and my friend went to go get our nails done. Well first they made them look lopsided then they ended up doing a horrible paint job. My little cousin could of done better. They are completely rude and not experienced enough to do nails. When I tried to get my money back they told me I couldnt. I recommend not going there because all that will happen is your gonna ripped off for some shitty nails. Also the workers were compeletly rude and treat their customers like shit. read more

Horrible. I typically don't go to cheap nail salons and today proved why!!! I was at My Love Nails for the first and last time. I wanted to get a pedicure and I typically go somewhere where the pedicure is around $36 - $50. I don't do it often so when I do it, I want the pedicure done correctly and without injure. I asked someone to go with me and she provide this place as a suggestion. I was not keen on the suggestion but decided to just go along with it. They cut both my feet on the bottom, one fairly bad to the point where it bled through several bandaids and I'm highly concerned about staph infection. I've been dousing it with hydrogen pyroxide and antic bacterial cream for the last couple hours and hoping to avoid infection. I've NEVER bled, even a little, at any pedicure. The man had some crazy tool he was using to remove dead skin and literally took chunks of skin out of my feet. I left with bandaids on the bottom of both. This is ridiculous, and I had to pay!!!! There was blood all over the towels, and I don't think its that sanitary. I'll never go again and if you like to be sanitary, I would suggest you don't as well. Between the pedicure and the bandaids, hydrogen pyroxide, and anti bac cream I had to buy afterwards, I spent the same amount I would on a better one at a spa. read more
