No line or anything, was able to go right up to the desk. greeted her and said I had a 4pm appointment and that I think I just talked to her on the phone. She says "oh yea about that, we now can only do the Bikini or the eyebrow wax"... PLEASE! tell me how this makes sense when on the phone she said I would only have to remove one service, and I could choose said service. I booked four services, and am now being told I can only do one of said services over a 10 minute delay... but they claim each service takes 15 minutes, hence only ONE SERVICE SHOULD BE REMOVED UNDERSTANDABLY! I'm asking her to explain how this works, and she says both the eyebrow and bikini wax take 15 minutes a piece, and my waxer doesn't have time for both...
