When I asked for time to consult with family members and a trusted broker before moving forward, I was met with rude, aggressive, and inappropriate text messages, including being told I "wasted their time" and being cursed at -- simply for asking questions. I was told verbally that they were a carrier, but the contract clearly states they are a broker. The contract also states the deposit is non-refundable once a driver is "assigned," even if that driver fails to show -- which raises serious red flags. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking transparent, respectful, or professional service. There are plenty of other brokers and carriers who will treat you like a customer, not an inconvenience.

Two young girls were working the front counter (both gave me an inviting smile) and an older man was in the back assorting items. Most of these UPS Stores are privately owned franchises which if managed correctly can provide an influx of cash. The counter girl checked in my return packages and provided me with a tracking receipt. They offer all the packing supplies, printer services and private mailboxes. Never an issue with parking in this plaza even though it's surrounded by a few behemoth businesses. Two private up front posted UPS Reserved Parking spaces are provided for customers and are towing enforced - love it.
