When the owner Armando was there this place was the best place to go , very honest man and excellent work , but since his son John took over , things been going down hill , he really doesn't give you a estimate, he does the work and surprise you with a big bill , I had gone there for a throttle cable replace and was charge $450, I keep asking for a estimate and never got it , until he just charge me for the work with a surprise bill , then notice my clutch was not working right after I got the bike , so they problally didn't put bike together right , so brought it back and wanted to charge $1500 for parts and $1500 for labor ,, a total of $3000 , took my bike someplace else and was charge $1200 with labor and parts . They over charge you for parts and overprice in their labor , ask around other shops and you see the difference, I really wish the old man Armando was still there to manage this place , because his son definitely not doing things right and their crew of mechanics gone bad apples read more

Post is a little late but something just came up. I would NEVER recommend this mechanic shop. Do not bring your bike here for any service. The mechanic kept our bike for weeks, over a month. Kept calling, he wouldn't answer. When he did answer he said bike wasn't ready cause they weren't working cause it was too hot to work. This was last summer. Fast forward to present time, our bike wouldn't start up, took it to a reputable shop and turns out the parts this guy from cycle parts put on our Harley were Honda parts!!!! No wonder our bike was not running well since he worked on it. Dude charged an arm and a leg and took his sweet time and turns out he didn't even use the right parts for our Harley. ***Would never in my whole life EVER recommend this shop!! Total ripoff and I give it zero stars. 1 is the least I can give but trust me, it's negative that at least. read more

I've been coming to cycle parts for over 6 years now and never have I been so upset with them. When I got my bike back I was told they stripped a screw on my gas tank and I had to come back to them to get it fixed and I'd have to pay for it. Second they put my fairing screws on wrong and when I pointed it out to the mechanic I was told it was the same thread and it didn't matter. Lastly my bike was missing two of my pop rivets and was told I'd have to pay to get them replaced even though they were on my bike when I brought it in. I'm never coming back again. read more

This place is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This is the second time I have come here for my motorcycle needs. I own two off road bikes a 1985 Honda 250r three wheeler and a 2014 Yamaha TT-R125LE for my son. I purchased a helmet hear for him at a reasonable price compared to other location. Then I came here for a quote on some tires for my bike and the staff was very helpful. They gave me all the numbers and options for tires, tires with rims, and for just swapping them out. They showed me around and made me feel really confident about my decision and what I was going to go with. I am definitely coming back and this might become my go to spot for all my three wheeler needs. read more

In my experience, most mechanics are totally full of shit!! Not these guys... they are straight up and actually care about the service they provide. All the peeps that work there are knowledgeable and happy to help, I don't feel like I'm bothering them. Not to mention, we have an older GSXr and had so much trouble finding parts on our own. The owner, John fixed Our bike himself and without any delay finding parts. We just got another bike and I am for sure bringing it in to John next week! They also sell tires, parts, jackets and accessories for both track and street bikes. Oh they also have some bad ass bikes for sale. Came in on 11/20/17 to drop off my CBR650F to have some parts installed. John gave me a quote the previous week on how much it would be and it was absolutely fair and affordable! And the best part I picked up the bike 2 days later right before Thanksgiving!!! I really wanted to support local small business as I live less than a mile away. However, looks like this place is out of stock on courtesy and customer service. At Approx 1030 am on Tuesday Nov 6. I walked in and there was already two people being helped. Awesome, this place is helpful I thought to myself. One behind the counter and one over the phone. As soon as the employee hung up the phone he asked he how he could help. I responded if they could quote me on a job to add some hard shell saddlebags. As he was asking me some more information another customer walked in and he stopped helping me in order to attend to the other customer. The employee didn't even pause to say, hey man hang on a sec, just ignored me. I waited a few minutes and nothing. No acknowledgement,nothing. They treat new customers like Chopped liver. I really wanted to make this shop my local place to support. Ohh Well, on to the next shop. You guys need to restock your shelves that dispenses your customer service. This place a sh**hole, do not bring your bike here, EVER. brought my bike in here to service(oil change) they said they'd charge me $60, and i confirmed. when i came back to pick up my bike, they said they were going to charge me $75 because they had to remove a part of my bike to get to the oil filter. for one, if your going to charge me extra, give me a call to confirm the price, i wouldn't have paid $75 for a stupid oil change. being as piss as i already was, getting my bike back with a big scratch on the bottom right body kit, a good 8 inch scratch that was not there before. these people are careless and just want to get your bike over with to get the money. This review is based on their helmets: I called the day before I went to confirm they carried Fulmer helmets and they said "yes". I told them I was looking for a specific black and rally stripe and the gentleman said his shop had " about a hundred helmets" and I should stop by. I told him his store was out of the way and he reassured me that the shop did "hundred helmets" again. OK. So I take a half hour trip (took me 45 min to get back home) to get to the shop and walk into a 600 SF showroom and was directed to a corner that carried the Fulmer helmets. Umm...where? Another gentleman said they are limited in supply. Umm where again? I would say this place is the worst shop I've been in with the worst sales people. C'mon seriously? All the people giving this bike shop positive reviews must be friends of the shop or hired to write positive things because I have had a completely different experience. I should have known just by the way I was treated when I walked in the door but that is not my biggest problem because I don't care that much about being treated like a valued customer as long as the job is done efficiently and on a high professional level. I took two bikes to be fixed and both took over 3 weeks to get completed with one of them taking longer than 3 weeks. The wiring is horrible, things seem to be put together with no care AND I am having other problems now. In my opinion they over charge and the work is done with no pride so I would recommend you look for another option before taking it to this shop. **** Update, after taking one of the motorcycles out... the gas tank that was replaced leaked gas the whole time rendering it nearly dead. In addition, the clutch lever that was replaced did not engage the gears so it kept turning off. ***** ***** The other motorcycle I had "fixed" started over heating soon after the service and it wasn't before I took it in.... very suspicious ***** As suspected... their work is not acceptable. Called in on a Saturday (late) my Harley battery was completely dead. Couldn't jump it (tried 3 different ones). I called in and let them know of my situation, and I asked if they could help me have someone come install it since I had no way to get it there, nor did I feel comfortable changing it myself since there was a bunch of harnesses wirings in the area I did not want to mess up! They let me know they'd do me the service for me for an "extra charge", which was very very reasonable! I was not expecting them to go out of their way like this. ATv old bike, new bike etc etc they will take care of it ! And they also do a very good job on my actual GSX1100 The team is extremely patient and always here to listen you when they are not on the phone or busy with someone else ! I called and talked to Eric, he gave me a better price then I had seen online... He ordered the tire and told me they would have it by the next day. SWEET. I showed up a few days later on a Friday to have in installed Eric was off that day so another counter sales person helped me...( OH SHIT !!!! ) but the Dude was COOL. As a beginner rider, I was nervous coming to this shop since I didn't know sh-tuff about maintaining motorcycles. But since it got great reviews here on yelp and it was close by, I thought I'd give them a shot. Dude, the folks there were nice, helpful, and didn't look down on me as a novice. I got my little Rebel tuned up and she ran smoothly. When I took a tumble, I got some of her parts replaced and aligned the front wheel. When I needed new wheels, I ordered and got them mounted at Cycle Parts. All parts and labor were pretty cheap, plus the quality of work is excellent! I also have to stress folks are honest here. When I ordered a new tire, Johnnie ordered the wrong size. Instead of trying to cover it up, he admitted to it and said he made a mistake and put in a new order. Another example is when I thought I needed a major tune up for my little Rebel and Wayne mentioned a regular tune up would do since my bike is still under 15k miles. So they don't just tell you what you want to hear and take your money. I definitely see myself becoming a regular here. =O) read more

I came down here last week to purchase a helmet and gear. I was treated super cool. Lots of information and no question was a stupid question for a new rider like myself. They had a verify of sizes in helmets for big heads like mines. The kid behind the counter even looked me up a vest in a fat man size and ordered it on line. I paid up front and gonna head to pick it up soon. As I was told if it don't fit they would put the money back on my card. Sold. This is the kind of service and shop I can spend money at. Went in to get a price on a chain kit for my R6 and was helped by Wayne I ended up getting some advice from Wayne and got a sprocket and chain kit I then figured I should do my tires and levers at the same time the levers I chose didn't fit my bike.. Johnny then suggested some other nice levers to me (which I liked).. well I ended up doing levers,grips,bar ends, chain/sprockets,tires... couldn't say enough about Wayne and Johnny great guys and have definitely gained a lifetime customer... great customer service and its a great thing to walk into a shop and be greeted by name... I first went to cycle parts about a year ago for some oil, and the guys here went out of their way to explain which oil was best. They even gave me a free cotter pin and filled my tires up. A few months later I was clipped by a hummer and the guys at Cycle Parts took care of all the repairs quickly and dealt with all the insurance stuff for me. Everyone at the shop treated me with such respect and patience, I knew I found MY shop. Now I get all my repairs done here. Been visiting this place since Aug. 15' to service and tuneup my 2006 r6 and I have never been disappointed with the service, selection, and helpfulness of the shop. Let me just say that prior to Cycle Parts, I visited x3 other yelp reviewed shops in the area and they all charged a higher price for full service tune-up and other services I needed. I have always been able to pickup my bike on the scheduled date, if not earlier. The main office rep (I think his name is Wayne) always provides accurate quotes, and gives a call if additional work or service is needed. Johny usually debriefs me when picking up the bike and has always given great advice on what to look towards upgrades or part replacements. When I first brought my bike in zip-tied together I got the bike back with the appropriate screws with no extra charge and they gave me a list of small things that would need some work. It's the little stuff the guys do to make sure your riding safe that earns my full trust. Cycle Parts will definitely be my go-to shop for any parts or maintenance. read more

This place is great!!! It isn't the biggest shop but it always seems busy. Everyone one at the counter is very attentive and offer good advise. These guys usually take care of my tire changes while I wait and most of the time I show up unannounced. Shop rates are also really fair, I've sat around enough in the shop waiting for tire changes and listened to prices quoted for all types of maintenance jobs. I'm terrible with names but you'll see the owner of this place actually working not just sitting in an office writing checks and telling others what to do. Extremely disappointed with their service. Was told $150 to get my bike serviced, thought it was a fair price and proceeded with the service. Told them it needed a basic service, air filter change, oil change, oil filter, coolant replaced. I had to give THEM a call to get an update on my bike and said it was done. I go to pick up the bike and get hit with a $500 bill! WTF! He said he needed to clean out the carb and the service alone was $355 or something like that. Okay, why not call me to see if that was okay? Isn't that how things go? Doesn't that make the most sense to do? "Oh damn, this guys bike needs the carb cleaned, I better call him to see if it's cool to do that and see how much more it's going to cost." Did that happen? NOPE! Cool dude, where do you want me to bend over? Geez. Not a cool move and definitely don't recommend this place. Idk why my brother decided to come here since we always went to Moto Tecnica.
