After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. I am writing this review to support this small business. I hope after reading my review you will be inclined to give Javier a try. The shop is clean and organized. Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Hello, I own a 2015 Yamaha R1M, and ever since I've had the bike, I always took it to the dealer I bought it from for maintenance and chain service. Looking back, I was definitely getting overcharged--lesson learned . A friend referred me to RevXotic Motorsports, and that's where I met Javier. Javier checked out my R1M and immediately pointed out some very serious issues. First, the aluminum Vortex rear sprocket that was on the bike turned out to be for a dirt bike . And somehow, that wasn't even the worst part. When he checked the front sprocket, it was literally hand-turns away from falling off. Thank God it didn't. Javier took my phone call about my Ninja 400. Initially I am only doing a tire replacement, he quote me a decent price for both tire. I show up at his shop and he quickly help me access and inspect my bike to see if other area that might need service on. (Safety concern) . He noticed bike needs a chain replacement, rear brake pad is wore out, loose front brake that needs a brake fluid replacement. (Bleed the air out). Also, recommended and oil change (dark color can clearly see thru the window gauge). Price he quoted me is excellent, and service is outstanding. Bottom line is , I felt I can trust his work and his shop to help me set trouble free with my bike. Before I can pick up my bike , I was running bit late and he stay and waited for me.
