On top of that, the foot file was very lightly used on the hill, even though my heels needed the metal callus remover. I did not complain at the end of the service I'll pay the $62. I called two weeks later to make an appointment with another tech and I explained very politely to the person on the phone how the previous service was an hour would like to give them a second chance before I make my assumption and I was not requesting a refund or anything in that nature I meant to come I need to make an appointment for pedicure with another tech that I will pay for and he's very rudely stud that he advise experience second appointment with them, so I don't have another second bad experience with them and it's better for me to go with another salon moving forward. We were confused and maybe thought she was being nice because we are getting married this weekend, but turns out when we went to pay it was $125 each! I could not believe they upcharged us on a package so non-chalantly in the back. We didn't even understand what was going on. She never mentioned the increase in price ALSO the guy kept having to fix my steamer because it didn't even work half the time. I didn't even care because I didn't know I was paying double for the steam!? We went to check out at the front and the young woman working wasn't even going to break down the insane total she was asking for. I asked her how it got so high and she started pointed at this other package that we didn't order upon arrive and saying we upgraded. The package came with mocktails but we ordered separate cocktails bc we didn't know and they took 30 mins to even receive when they're already pre made in a can. The whole thing was insane, we expected to pay $65 + $15 if we wanted to splurge on no chip for the honeymoon, and we left there $290 in the hole. Ridiculous and definitely feel scammed.

I was finally able to find her again through Diva's Facebook page and I'm so glad. I booked a haircut and full highlight, wanting to go back to my natural color so my hair could continue to grow and be healthy. I didn't realize I should have booked for a color correction, but Michelle moved her clients around to give more time to do my hair. I would have been more than understanding to reschedule, but thankful she was able to fit me in! One of the other ladies was amazing as well running to the store to get more product for my hair. It doesn't look like a huge change, but this was removing box color from my hair so it could better match my roots and a treatment to prevent damage. I am also not a huge talker and shy during appointments like this, but it didn't feel awkward at all and I had a chance to just enjoy being pampered and relax. Overall, I'm so grateful Michelle and the ladies were so accommodating and understanding with me. There wasn't frustration even for a split second. I will continue coming back to Michelle and recommending Diva's to everyone!

Second was for a pedicure I have brought a friend for pedicure side-by-side and the person I brought sat in the water until it got cold and there's somebody else has time to come and do the pedicure which when I call, I explained I would like to have two pedicure side-by-side at the same time and they say no problem. Thirdly, I got a 90 minute massage deep tissue $134 plus tip so $165 out the door and they don't have sheets on the bed. They have like a dentist paper sheet so as they're rubbing you with oil and lotion, you literally stick to it. It's a horrible texture. It's not a relaxing feeling. It's crowded with boxes. People were stocking the rooms around me so that's all I heard was the banging of everyone stocking or one person stocking throughout my whole hour and a half. My masseuse was great. but it's hard to relax and for that price I feel like it should be quiet. I don't want to see boxes every time I come in like it's a hoarder house.

I've been getting regular highlights for years and didn't want that look anymore. Showed pics of the look I wanted but the stylist talked me out of it saying my hair was too thin to freehand, the grey on the top of my head needed camouflaging, and it would take a lot longer to do. See model pic for the color I asked for. My own fault that I gave in, so now I have an all over my head color, not the color or the application I wanted but not horrible. The service took 3 hours. Lora the stylist was very nice and explained everything to me along the way. However, I do not like when stylists cut hair dry. When you do that hair gets everywhere, and you can't style the new cut because the hair is already dry. So, I couldn't tell what the cut really looked like because the hair was dried flat to my head. The next day I styled it myself and thankfully the cut was good. I will also say that I thought that $200 was high: $125 for highlights, $48 for cut, and $20 tacked on for shades (no idea what that is). I really liked the shop and think there may be other stylists there that can give me the color I want. So maybe I'll give it one more try. As for COVID precautions, the checkout was not contactless and some stylists don't wear masks.
