Did a great job on my toes! But if I'm paying $50 an get no message on my legs what kind of pedicure is that?

I would give this disaster zone zero stars... I was injured during a pedicure. Dremel tip broke (I thought they had to use a brand new tip for each customer?) A brand new dremel tip wouldn't break. The tech put some liquid on my bleeding toe and proceeded with the service. The nail job itself looks horrendous. A child could have done a better job. When I got ready to leave I asked for a tissue because I was bleeding so bad. The owner wiped my toe with a cotton ball and put !!! GLUE!!! on the injury. I asked for a refund and the owner insists she can't issue a refund unless I come back into the salon. There's no way I will ever set foot in this salon again. I just disputed the charge with my bank and reported them to the Health Department. I also noticed that the workers at the salon got paid in cash for each customer they completed. This makes me now question the legal status of these workers. I will also report them to ICE. They charged me $107.10 for this disaster. read more

My fiancé and I are visiting his family in town and needed to get my nails done at the last minute. I appreciate that they offer Walk-Ins and that they were all kind. It's clean and aesthetically pleasing inside. However, the quality of work is subpar. I was surprise to learn when she told me it would only take an hour, 30 minutes for each mani & pedi. I later understood why. I paid for gel manicure ($45) and gel pedicure ($50). Their pricing wasn't too far off to how much I'd pay at my go-to salon California (around $120ish for both gel pedicure & dipped powder w/ gel manicure). 4/5 - gel Pedicure. Manager did a decent job & she was very kind 1.5/5 - gel manicure. Another lady did my nails. I told her how she could've fixed it, but she didn't do it. My nails were rushed that a10 year old could've done a better job. I was close to not tipping, but I never not tip. Iinstead of wanting to tell her again, I just let it be & left dissatisfied. now having a closer look at the work made me feel like I shouldn't have tipped her lol. read more

went in today for a manicure and pedicure. during the pedicure i asked the tech to fix a couple issues because there wasn't polish on the entire toenails. after this i instantly noticed a change in the techs's demeanor. they half fixed the issue and during my manicure they were so rough they were hurting me. the tech was squeezing the ends of my fingers so hard they were turning bright red and twisting my fingers in odd angles to the point it was actually hurting pretty bad. on top of off of this i didn't get the color i asked for and my nails were so rough when he was done that the owner had to fix them. i've been to this place before and have never had issues but this tech was someone i've never had before. overall very unhappy with the services provided. do not recommend and will not be going back. read more

This place is very high priced for very low quality. I had my nails and toes done 10/26. I got home that night and my gel polished came off my big toes. It was not cured right. The lady fixed them no problem. My nails are coming off a week later. There should be absolutely no reason for this especially for $120 and short nails. Terrible pedicure. He didn't put cuticle softener on, didn't push the cuticles back, didn't trim the cuticles, didn't trim the sides of the nails and didn't scrub my feet. When I told him I'm not paying $31 for a polish he was mad, I told them I will leave without paying because you did not provide a fraction of the service listed on the item I chose. I moved here from an upscale area where pedicures are no more than $20 for a basic and $45 for gel. This place is a complete rip off with terrible service. read more

As soon as you walk in this place you are wowed by their amazing rose background, fast service, and talented skills! They were very nice and got us in very quickly, and when i asked for a crown she said this would be her first time, I would NEVER guess this was her first time! It looks fantastic! they were so kind but they did a terrible job had an appointment waited at least 45 minutes to get started I had asked for acrylic toes as well and he started doing gel I asked him again and he went saying it's gonna be lots more and it can cause foot problems which still wanted done as tot the fact I had an event coming up and wanted my toes looking normal but I just let it go 240 for me and friend to get manicure and pedicures and on top of that I asked for charms they said it was gonna be 15 dollars extra for feet and another 15 for nails so I just said no and left them as is like I said 240 which is fine if they were good but sadly they weren't on top of it I know I don't have the prettiest feet but he kept giving me the nastiest looks while doing it sweet people but find somewhere else please and save your money read more

I wish I would have looked at the reviews first cuz I won't ever go here again. I actually walked out before I had them do my nails. I asked for a leg waxing and the lady brought out the wax on a cart. it was warm when she started but becuz it was not plugged in...it got hardened quicker. she did it on the chair and then asked me to stand up and lift the backsides of my legs so she could do them, I have hairs still left on my calves. The leftover wax was so thick on my legs that I had to actually ask for a towel with a product to remove myself. I also had a pedicure and the water was barely warm. I asked for them to paint my big toe nails with alittle bit of the the polish cuz they sorta protrude upwards (not much) so u can't see them upwards distinctly. That didn't happen. Then I had to file my own fingernails cuz they said they would not cut and file too low cuz they would bleed. I filed them myself and they did NOT bleed. I was so discouraged that I left cuz I wasn't gonna pay so much more money to have such a crappy job On my fingernails. I had high hopes for this place. I ended paying a $7fee for using my CC to pay the bill and now I am going to g home to do my own nails and retouchup my toes and paint my own fingernails. They didn't even remove the cuticle stuff on my toes‍. They charged me $$120 for the crappy waxing and the pedicure. Thk god I walked out when I did cuz I can only imaging how my fingernails would of turned out. Ps. I did leave a $10tip to the gentleman who tried to do the best he could after the other two ladies sucked!!! read more

I'm only giving this place one star because zero stars isn't an option. I had an appointment and had to wait 5 minutes - no big deal. I know things happens and there is a shortage of people who want to work these days. The pedi bowl water was lukewarm from the start and turned cold by the time my technician started. My pedicure was over in 11 minutes!!!!! Seriously! No base coat was used either. I have had some bad pedicures before but this was hands down the WORST pedicure experience of my life. That's saying a lot because I have been getting pedicures every 2 weeks for the past 15 years. Do not waste your time with this place! read more

What an incredible experience. Never disappointed. I go in knowing what I would like and Kenny and Vivian make it happen every time. It's a clean and fun environment. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for my manicure and pedicure services. I get my nails done often and this was the worst place I've been too. First off, the service was a more in and out style. My pedicure looks like my 8 year old did it. I didn't get a massage, clean out, scrub nothing. For my gel manicure I'm pretty sure they use the store bought gel. It was so thin and within 24 hours one nail chipped off. I used to love going to this salon! They did such a great job!! Now it takes FOREVER, regardless if you make an appointment or not. I quit getting my acrylics done there because they were such poor quality and would break constantly. And although I was paying for custom paint designs on my nails, they just turned into crap quality, to the point I was embarrassed when people asked to see my nails. FINALLY gave them another chance, with just my toes (asked for a regular pedi, paid for a deluxe though) and it looks as though a toddler painted my nails. And the girl that painted them is just their high school aged niece, whom I'm almost certain doesn't have her certificate which you MUST HAVE if you touch clients. Anyways. There is too much to type honestly. First, I asked for almond shaped nails and him to clean up my cuticles because they were super messily painted and there was a lot of bubbles in the gel polish and he ignored me and continued to work on my nails. Second, they also don't mention that a full set of acrylics is $45 not $35 and they don't give you the option of regular polish so it's more. Third, it's violating so many health guidelines from unsanitary sinks/bathrooms to reusing the same file/dremel bits on multiple clients. Very gross and unsatisfactory, and I'll be taking these off ASAP. read more

I'm disgusted and I can't emphasize enough how you should NOT go here. Had to wait forever even though I called ahead and got an appointment time. Pedis we're so quick and not done well. We waited so much longer than our actually pedis took to be done. I also asked for the "hot wax" and I got told "okay" and then she didn't even do it.
