What is even better is that not only the quality of work is great, but her prices are super reasonable too. They are by appointment only, no walk-ins, so you can easily call, text or book on Booksy. When I am there, I don't feel rushed, I always feel consistently pampered. Everyone is very sweet too, excellent customer service. Often, she offers specials and deals. At my most recent service, I not only got lash extensions refills but I also got a manicure at the same time. Taking care of two services at the same time was so time-saving and much appreciated! The atmosphere was cramped and dimly lit, but I decided to give it a try. I provided instructions on how I wanted my eyebrows to look, but the final result was not satisfactory. Despite the mediocre service and atmosphere, I paid the fee and left a tip. However, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to close friends or foe. PS After having my eyebrows done, you cannot tell the difference. So, if you days later, I had my eyebrows done again in Alameda. I ended up growing my brows out and decided to call to see if she was back. She answered and let me know she's back with a limited schedule, so I rushed to her right away. I have double-checked and confirmed that I entered the correct email address and phone number, which is evident in the confirmation emails I received and have attached for your reference. At the time of the appointment, I was 8 months pregnant and accompanied by my husband. We were at your location, visible on your front cameras, and tried calling multiple times using the phone number listed on Google, Yelp, and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and the business appeared to be closed (we sat there for a while looking for another lash spot). If the appointment had been canceled in advance, I would have seen the notification. Instead, I received a confirmation email just the day before the appointment, which clearly indicated that it was still scheduled. Your response blaming me for incorrect information is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service.

The only complaint would be the parking, it gets packed and most parking spaces are reserved for the surrounding laundromat or the insurance company. Some technicians are more popular and booked rather quickly, others are a little slower but they are just as professional, caring and attentive to their customers.
