Originally I wrote a 5 star review upon the practitioner request of a review. Although I have gotten multiple lash lifts I decided it was not so bad of treatment. During the appointment the lady was perfectly nice but it did seem that the product was on my lashes for an unusually long time where it started to burn a bit. I figured it may have been a fluke and would be fine but my eyes hurt that entire day. Later my lashes started to hurt as the days passed which was odd. I noticed that my lashes started to pull on each other as the ends seem to be fried and not curled. Shortly after my lashes started to fall out. Even trying to put them in the right direction didn't help and it's been weeks and my lashes still hurt and I have bald spots. Definitely would not come back. read more

3.5-4 stars 1st time Got random person Work solid/ okay Nice lady Just didn't listen to my request for specific shape for my shape of brows. But come on. Why not truly listen and study the photo I am showing you of my usual shape and try to deliver? Would pay extra for your time and attention to detail My OG lady from another place left the country and no one has made me feel so cared for, listened to and passionate about the art of threading/ mutual respect for customer/ threader ever since. Update, I still come here and truly love the place. I really do trust all the woman with my brows! Yesterday I had my brows done with Arti, nothing special just an eyebrow clean up, and she absolutely slayed my brows! I've always left happy, but I didn't even realize how good they looked til I got into the car. So amazing definitely will be going back with her when she's available. There is a woman there, I can't remember her name, but she always breaks the thread 3-4 times while doing my brows. Is it because she's being too rough or is the thread not good quality ? Anyways, this always results with cuts and swelling on my brows that last for 2-3 days. I also get my lashes done and I leave with my lashes all messed up because they aren't mindful of their hand/finger placement when threading. I go to golden lashes on Bellflower blvd, the ladies there have extremely soft touches and never are rough. read more

Have to update. Been coming here for 7 years now... I only do eyebrows but decided to do a lash lift this time. It's been almost a week and my lashes are curled so tightly that I can't even put on mascara without it getting all over my eye lids . I went back the next day to get it corrected as I felt like the solution was left on way too long. She put some conditioner and said my lashes should look 'less curled' in 2-3 days, still nothing. It really does look like half my eye lashes are gone. I do NOT recommend getting a lash lift here. read more
