I've used this company a few times and the plumbers are good, fast etc. No issue there. I had them come out to replace two P Traps and they were in and out in 30 minutes, there was a leak on the underside of the sink I noticed and had them go back. Total time at the house for both trips 45 minutes. They try to invoice me 630 dollars because the owner says "my trucks cost 200/hr to run". Greedy and unfair. I am no plumber but wouldn't you run the sink to check for leaks before leaving? Then if you have to come back, you charge the customer full price for another service call? read more

I work with lots of trades in my business and would not recommend them. They overcharge. Tell you one price then come back and bill you almost 3 times more then say they didn't charge you right - when if they make an error they should honor the price. They don't remove dead plumbing pipes - just leave for you and say it's not included in their $215/hourly rate. I needed a part and instead of the plumber having it which is what one would expect since they are "plumbers" they send the homeowner out looking for the part. I've had so many plumbing problems with my home since I bought it in 2016 that Austin and Ricardo at My Plumber are basically like family. Each time I need something, they always deliver. I never thought I'd be excited about having a water main break but after Ricardo organized having it replaced same day while he was here doing a repiping in my house, I managed to not blow my personal gasket because he made it seem so seamless! Oh man, where do I even begin? Austin @ MyplumberLLC is just simply amazing at what he does. He is honest, friendly, professional and always upfront about the cost! My water heater was making extremely loud noise when I came home after work one day. It happened every year since 2014 and I had a different plumbing company at that point. That plumber told me there is nothing wrong the heater and I just need hire them back to "wash/clean" the water heater every year. But when Austin came to my house, he checked the water pressure first. Immediately diagnosed its water pressure issue. "Washing/clean" my water heater is not the solution. And he got everything done within an hour! I haven't had any problem since. High pressure rushing through my house could cause a lot of damages. I am just glad I found Austin and he found the root cause! You SHOULD always hire a plumber who has strong work ethic and a lot of integrity! It's frustrating calling in a plumber, simply due to the bill you know you'll be hit with. Called My Plumber, and the name became what it is. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism, attitude, and most of all his work! Called "My Plumber" in to add a sink in my garage and attach it to the already built in laundry piping. Without hesitation, Austin gave me a run down of the best and cleanest looking route to go, with an instant rough quote of what we're looking at for parts. Charged me retail cost on parts, and his labor which was GREAT! No Upselling, No hidden fees - just straight up. Hard to come by good work, but I'm glad I called my Plumber. Austin came out to do a kitchen sink drain assembly replacement at our home. He finished the job in 30 minutes and also hooked up our new garbage disposal. Austin @ myplumberllc is simply a great choice for a plumbing service! We are leasing a large house and our upstairs shower has a leak that is traveling down and leaking out of the ceiling downstairs! Yikes! Austin was professional and knowledgeable in finding the leak. He knew what it probably was, but still thoroughly checked out every other possibility. Yes, what he though it was, after so many years of experience was definitely what he thought it was.;-) The owners of this house are going to go with the inexpensive and not 100% fix but oh well, their house. If the real 100% fix is needed, which is going up through the ceiling to replace the cracked drain, I hope that they choose Austin & his company because he will do it and do it right!
