I decided to winterize my outside faucets today and noticed one was leaking quite a bit. I got the stem out and looked for an appropriately sized washer. Naturally I didn't have one. I happened to glance over at the large truck parked in the neighbors' driveway and it said "Streamline Plumbing" ( almost a spiritual experience ). I walked over and asked if I could buy a washer and he rummaged around and came up with a kit-same brand- and gave it to me. WOW! I want to highly recommend Streamline Plumbing. We had a leak and Shawn Doxsee came out within about 2 hours of me calling. He fixed the leak quickly and professionally. I asked if he had time to fix another toilet in our house that had been running. In the process of fixing it, something ended up breaking which caused a piece of the basin to crack and break off when the handle was being removed. It was just bad luck and was no fault of Shawn for sure. He asked me the specs of what kind of replacement toilet I wanted and left and replaced the toilet within about an hour with a really nice model. When he finished the work, I asked him what I owed him for the work he had completed (for the leak he had fixed, about 45 min of labor) and he told me it was free of charge. I insisted on paying him but he wouldn't take my payment. I had never had such great service in all my life to be honest. He is such a nice guy and really deserves your business! read more

Nearly two weeks into being locked down due to COVID-19, my spouse noticed a large water stain in the ceiling under the master bathroom shower. It was actively destroying my ceiling and getting larger. After calling multiple plumbers to do a major repair during a pandemic without any luck, I got a hold of Shawn. I called Shawn on Friday, early afternoon. I expected to make an appointment for the next week to replace my leaking kitchen faucet supply valve. He was in the area and was able to stop by to look at it. Again, I expected the repair to be scheduled for the next week sometime as it wasn't leaking all that bad. Shawn had the supply valve replaced with double 1/4-turn supply valves to feed the faucet and dishwasher within an hour. This is how it should have been done when the house was built. I had a pressure relief valve leak and was able to turn off the hot water before it completely flooded the garage. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and they couldn't get a plumber out for 3 days because it was the weekend. What good is that? Sean is an awesome resource for us. He comes right away and solves the crazy plumbing problem we've had in the last 2 years.
