We called a few weeks ahead of time to make the appointment. This last time, we called on a Saturday, had to leave a message. The first thing on the following Monday, we received a call back verifying the appointment. On the day of the appointment, two ladies arrived with all the cleaning equipment (on time). We asked them to be aware of many dusty areas along with cobwebs (the house had been vacant for awhile). We were/are very pleased with the level of cleaning they did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check.
