They told me they need proof of vaccination, I had my vet fax it to them, Everything was ok. Then they sent me the necessary paperwork to fill out and emailed back to them. And I supposed to drop off her at 14:00 pm next day, Saturday. She supposed to stay in this facility until the 10 of March. I drove all the way from Perdido Key to Davis Hwy with my cat and her supplies JUST to FOUND OUT that she couldn't stay because she was Neutered. That word NEVER came up in my conversation with the female person I talked on the phone. I Actually mention to her that I wanted the cat to stay there until Her Appointment with the vet to have A Hernia operation and neutered. NOBODY Ever mentioned that they could NOT accept her because she was not neutered I guess everything works for the best I, definitely, wouldn't want to trust my pet with a crew that can't even figured out, a simple task.

Because ours is a rescue, we are still learning about him and one of the issues he had was insecurity and often confused with aggression. While in boarding Jennifer had the opportunity to work on his social skills and allowed him to run free in the office and now he can get close to other dogs and do the sniffing and kissing without howling or barking. In regards to the facility I can say that it meets my expectations about a business of this kind, well organized and with additional services like pet grooming and more. We boarded our Dane in February and he us a different puppy. One that is calmer and happier. Knowing boundaries helps him be happier and us less stressed. She offers boarding too and when we welcomed our baby a few weeks ago she made herself available to help with our pup. And helped us introduce our pup to our new born. I can't say enough good things about how much help she has been, how good her training has been and how much we absolutely love her services. While trying to find the facility for drop off I was a little lost as you can't see the place from the road only a white sign. The drive up the dirty road was a little surprising to me as they don't have many pictures. I knew I had no other options on sure short notice. Walking in, the smell was alarming and the cats roaming around didn't give me the best feeling. They employees where nice and pleasant during check in. I was told over the phone that boarding was $18/a day and his bath would be $15. During pick up I was told the price was $90 which I'm not sure how they came up with those numbers if I dropped off Friday and picked up Monday (2 full days, 2 half days - $18/day and 1 bath $15) either way I didn't question it as I planned on tipping for the service. I didn't like that he was still wet when I picked him up and in the car he slept the entire time which is so not normal for a Shiba. However, They seem to be family owned which is great and I always try to suppose local businesses! I would use them again if I need boarding.

I have been bringing my babies to Klondike's for well over 3 years. Desiree the owner, is an incredible animal loving people person and I adore her. I had the pleasure of meeting Desi through a referral. My neighbor used Klondike's for her pitty mix and after a personal series of unfortunate events, I required boarding for my 2 dogs every weekend for several months. I have a Great Pyrenees and a Poodle mix and they have been absolutely spoiled by Desiree. My boys have loved coming to the kennel every single visit since. They know they are coming about 10 minutes away and you can tell they are stoked, My pyrenees has even jumped out my car window because I was taking to long to open the car door, all to get to Desiree quicker! The Kennel is on personal private property and Desiree lives a short walk away, which makes me confident my babies will be well taken care of. Desiree also handles all of my grooming needs. My boys had a photo shoot coming up and Desiree was able to squeeze them in for their regular doggy doo's. My boy's get so many compliemnts on how good they look. Desiree makes sure my Great Pyrenees stays free of mats and tangles in his abundence of fur. Thank you for your wonderful services Desi, you are truly one of a kind.

Angie is absolutely THE BEST person we've ever entrusted with our fur babies! She not only feeds…read morethem, makes sure that they have fresh water and takes them on walks, she also takes time to play with them and give them plenty of TLC. We can tell by the way Angie interacts with our pups that she truly loves animals. Our Lab mix, Ollie, suffers from severe anxiety issues and Angie was very loving and patient with him as she took the time to get to know him and his 'quirks'. She quickly won his heart and he is so happy when he's around her. Our Schnoodle, Mason, is on a prescription diet and Angie always makes sure that he eats his own food and doesn't try to sneak more desirable food from his brother's dish. :) It's details like these that make Angie an amazing pet sitter... AND she comes to OUR home! We don't have to deal with the hassle of finding boarding where our boys can be in the same kennel together, or constantly wonder how they're doing and if they're being taken good care of. When they're in Angie's care, they're in the comfort of their own home, going about their normal routine, and being spoiled.
