They offered less than one night refund when the water heater and water pressure was bad 5/6 days. Seriously, do not rent from these people. Between poor communication, lack of value for the customers and failure to make it right... it's not worth it. The houses are stocked with the most minimum of supplies. They did not offer to relocate us to different home. The downstairs flooded when the storms came because the weather stripping was bad. They text me before we even arrived that the stove wasn't working and they would provide a hot plate.. I have worked in properly management, I travel and am a travel agent. I deal with unreasonable people all the time... I was not high maintenance or unreasonable... they rented the house in the condition after they already had my money and refuse to refund. They offered last than one night stay.

After driving for hours with the kiddos, we arrived around lunch time. Our cottage was beautiful... perfect in fact. The theme was "Endless Summer" and was wonderfuly decorated in a beach theme. Our unit had a queen bed and a pull out couch and kitchen. Our inlaws were in the unit behind us and lets the kids stay in their extra room... which allowed for a romantic weekend alone. Restaruants, fishing and parks are all in walking distance. Hands down one of the best vacations I had.
