I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I've always enjoyed your food, it's consistently delicious and one of my go-to spots. However, during this visit, I found a small piece of plastic (like part of a bag) in my burrito while I was chewing. That experience was really concerning and took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Ordered three queso birria tacos for $12.99+ tax. I could not believe how incredibly small these tacos were. You're basically paying $4 per taco. The consommé was extremely watery. Although the flavor was decent, I was extremely disappointed and I will not be going back. read more

I ordered a veggie sope, kids quesadilla with beans and rice. The topping of the sope were average, and the masa part of the sope was hard as a rock and dry. The sopes are pretty huge, but very disappointing. Quesadilla was dry and no flavor, the only good part was the rice and beans. Would not recommend. read more

Staff is friendly and the food like the beans, meat, rice are fantastic. Unfortunately the sope or there version anyway is so hard especially on the edges you can probably crack a tooth. The tortillas that are homemade are not soft but stiff. Will not be back, it really is too bad. read more

I had the birria pizza and it was delicious. The consume they give you to dip the pizza in made the pizza even better. The lemon wedges also make it amazing. I will definitely order it again and will try other items on the menu. read more

Honestly not good at all. I've had so much Mexican food and my moms cooking and I know moms cooking never matches to anywhere but I know how things are cooked and should taste. I got tacos de lengua and it's almost like just diced it and put it on the flat grill. I had heard this place was decent from an acquaintance. So my son and I decided to check them out. I ordered a grilled fish taco. He ordered the two queso Birria tacos The wait time was over 15 min and the presentation was good but the food wasn't. My son's tacos were served with a measly scoop of meat with fat. And the consume was cold not hot, not warm even. When we called the restaurant to complain the girl who took our order told us that the manager or the owner were not there. Also she stated she rarely sees either of them. So this causes suspicion. We will never return! The food is down right nasty. My son and I are now worried we may get sick! My boyfriend and I went to this place to try it out. I got a quesadilla that came with 3 tacos and consomé that cost 13.99, and his was a quesadilla. The service was ok, the girl didn't really know much which is understandable if that's her first day or something. I did ask her something but no response but answered my boyfriend's questions. The store itself is pretty nice but I did see some dirty cups where they cook the food. The only thing was the queso that they use for that wasn't cook right. Came here for lunch since we were working out in Modesto. Came here because it had 4 stars. To start off everything is about 12-15. Bucks. For 12.99 I woulda thought it came with a drink. But no just a chimichanga. And there was more tortilla than anything. Order the Assad Fries. And they were so basic. The fries they use aren't really good either. Once it's sit for a bit the fries get really hard/stale cold. For the birria tacos with consume. And the soup lacked so much flavor. And the taco itself wasn't that good either. We dined in. And usually there's chips and salsa on the side. But nope nothing. Had to ask for it and she brought it out to us. Overall for the price and quality I would go to the taco truck outside that walkable distance to the truck maybe 1-2 min walk maybe less. read more

Not impressed at all. I ordered my veggie quesadilla ahead of time but they didn't start my food until i got there. Atvhime i did my hair then drive there which is like 15 minutes away from my house. Per Door Dash my food would be ready in like 6 to 9 minutes. Ridiculous. People that ordered their food in person received their food before me!!! Oh and they have staff...but that doesn't mean they are all working. And apparently I must have ordered an onion quesadilla??? No it was a "veggie quesadilla" . Blah huge chunks of onion and a big tortilla. I'm sure there was some cheese in there to hold it together but I couldn't taste it because of the ONIONS!!! not happy if you can't tell. read more
