Just happened to have time to kill so I walked in to this place. Nice decor and setup. Receptionist was friendly and recommended the $35 an hour back and body massage. Place was cleaned and bathroom nice. Place is divided into open area (separated by curtains) and private room. I was sent to private room. Bed was comfortable and therapist was great. This being a $25 foot massage place, I wasn't expecting much. There was a special for a 40 min body massage and 20 min foot massage for $35. I got the special and I was very pleasantly surprised. Jerry gave me a very good deep tissue massage. I highly recommend him. I am not giving a 5 star review because I felt the foot massage was a little rushed, but next time I'll just ask them to spend a little bit of extra time on my feet. This place isn't amazing, let's start off with that. It is hit or miss depending on the masseuse. I have had good luck with a gentleman named Jerry but more often than not the female masseuse are not very good and some I've wondered if they even know what they are really doing-Just was a hot mess and I left hurting more than I started. My advice expect a mediocre massage, or ask for Jerry and leave with a better than mediocre massage. Comparatively speaking, this place is a bit nicer than other "foot massage" places. Been here twice. Massage and value, I'd give 4 stars. However, I got a $40 massage, paid with a $100 bill, the lady gave me three $20 bills for change. My masseuse was standing there staring at me waiting for a tip and expected a $20. I had to ask for change and gave her a $10. Both she and the cashier smirked and gave me very dirty looks to the point I almost said something. Similar instance happened the first time. I come here every 3-4 weeks. They do a very deep tissue massage. My daughter just asks them to not push hard on her. They get every last little knot out of my shoulders and back. I do suggest you bring expect change as that seems to be the only issue. Or, you can use your card but they charge a two dollar service fee. I call ahead. read more

My fiancé and I had just gone back to work since the quarantine. We serve at a restaurant so constantly on our feet and picking up 30/40 lbs trays all the time. We were looking for a massage place that was open and nobody seemed to be. That is until we found My Touch Spa!! We called around 6:20pm and told them we wanted to make an appointment. They said they were booked until 8pm and that was the next available time to make an appointment. So we said "Can we please make an appointment at 8pm then!" She said "sure." We had an hour and a half to kill time. So we decided to walk around The Village of Orange Mall until it was time. As soon as we got in the mall, they called us back and said "The 7 O'clock appointment cancelled." She asked if we could come in then. We were excited. Heck yeah!! So we left and started driving over there. Got inside, seemed really nice, cool giant fish. The lady asked us what massage we wanted. We chose the $55, 60 min full body, 30 min foot massage, with oils and hot stones. The massage was perfect!! My back feel so much better and my fiancé's feet are no longer hurting. As we left is when the problem occurred. First off we pulled out our card to pay, and she said "we would prefer cash. Even though there was a sign saying they accept cards. My massage was $55 so I assumed that $10 was a good amount for a tip, thats 18.2% same for my fiancé, she also tipped the same amount. When we handed the tip to the front counter. Her face totally changed and she literally said "that's it!?" I said "yeah $10 each is a good tip!" She said "no, they massaged you for 90 minutes, thats too little of money, they need more!" We were shocked! I had never been spoken to about a tip that way! They were lucky we not only came in, but even left a tip. We could have just paid for the service. Being restaurant servers, we are expected 18-20%. Sometimes that doesn't happen, but I would never tell someone to tip me more. Extremely unprofessional and rude. She kinda made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, so my fiancé and I threw in an extra $5 each and she still didn't think that was enough. Rolled her eyes at us and everything! So I paid $55 for a massage and tipped $15 each. $110, $30 tip. Thats a 27.3% tip! As we tried to leave the door was locked! We couldn't get out. We looked at the counter and she looked up and back down to continue writing in her books. We said "Hello! The door is locked!?" She rolled her eyes and slowly walked to the door to open it and not even tell us goodbye or have a nice night. Sad. The massage was nice but the ending experience definitely ruined us ever wanting to come back. We thought we found a new place down the street from us, but I guess we will keep looking. read more

The only thing that gets two stars is the price. My experience was not good at all, there was huffing and puffing during my massage, She couldn't stand up long enough, I did not get the full time, and it was not a quality massage at all! I'm sorry but I will not be going back at all. I believe they are probably good for chair or foot massage but not body. I decided not to complain but then I was chased outside for a tip which I was really upset by considering the service. Terrible experience. Their massage menu #1 is for a 60-min foot massage. What I got was just a 15-min foot massage + 35 minutes of mediocre pressure all of body and breaks in getting towels. After the masseuse said I'm done, I didn't feel relieved at all. I even tipped her $10. What a waste of money!!! Need to search for a better FOOT MASSAGE place, where they actual give foot massage and NOT anything else. read more

This place use to be pretty good. Good location (didn't need to drive all the way to Westminster), good prices, good customer service, etc. More recently I went and they have changed their name to something like massage r u. The people who worked there before has gone and their new workers are much more vocal about receiving a sizable tip. Also the lady that worked on me tried to strip me while giving me my massage- while i was face down on the chair that is out in the open, she took off my t-shirt so that she could work directly on my skin and she unhooked my bra!!! (I guess I should be thankful I was in the chair furthest back from the door but that is about all that I can be thankful for...) We went for a foot massage...that's all. The staff barely speaks English, if at all. The manager is rude. My girlfriend insists they didn't massage her feet, they didn't even put lotion on them. I told the masseuse that I have titanium implants, but she was still way too rough. The manager basically demanded a tip (which SHOULD be reserved for good service, not for simply doing ones job). My wife and I come here at least once a month. You cannot beat a 90 minute full body massage and reflexology foot massage for $60. Was there sat the 7th for a full body message the girl who did the massage didn't ask me what pressure i want she just dove in there the first 20 mins was great then she started kneading my back like she was making pies or something she was digging in deep! I had to tell her to ease down cause it really hurts. She was good at her technique but she needs to work on her communication skills. I normally go to Glow Day Spa down the street but they were booked that day so i tried this place. I have been coming here since they opened, If I get just a foot massage, I do not sit up,and have them pull my cloth up, I start face up for head arms face and feet, then roll over for my back, I usually come in bra less, and wear a thin pair of sweat pants. Most of the time I have one hour body one hour foot, $70 It all done in a private room. .I tip $20 for that, which is still a great deal. Unfortunately I only get the same girl for a few months before they are replaced,I have had some really awesome massages, I make an appointment but always call before to see if they are running on time, at those prices I can understand they have to take clients when they can. I am a massage entrepreneur and enjoy trying massage establishments out. I needed an immediate massage. I really would have appreciated a short consult with the therapist before the massage but there was none. I'm sorry but when I ask for a Swedish Massage, which is a circulatory and relaxation massage, I do not expect deep tissue integrated, especially since I am experiencing pylormyalgia. Very little communication because the therapist quite possibly didn't speak much English. At the end of the massage, he broke connection, a no no as a massage therapist and disappeared and actually left the room without saying a word for about 4 minutes, returning with hot towels to wipe off the lotion he just hydrated my skin with and when I told him to please leave the lotion on, he communicated two words two me, "no, no" and roughly wiped the lotion off my skin. Then he lifted both my legs at the feet and dropped them. Wow, if that was a relaxation massage, could have fooled me. Can't get any more unprofessional than this and come to think of it, he didn't even introduce himself in the beginning. Wow..... not going back there again. read more

Who doesn't like a $25 hour massage? This place is consistently good. Staff are trained in Chinese acupressure so it is good for you too! I personally give a big tip for great service, and still less than other places. Tip, pay $10 more for a private room and make reservations on the weekend. read more
