Who doesn't like a $25 hour massage? This place is consistently good. Staff are trained in Chinese acupressure so it is good for you too! This place gives a great massage and is very affordable. The $25 foot massage is an hour long and they massage your whole body. It's a shared room with curtains between the beds, they spend about half an hour massaging your back and neck. Ive been here many times and 90% of the time it's amazing. There's always that 10% when you get a massage therapist that isn't so great.. But it's still only $25.. so still worth it. It's always best to call and make an appt, but you probably won't even need to wait long if you just walk in. read more

I usually go get a massage from there once every three weeks. I always get the 60 minute full body massage for $45. I am very muscular and my masseuse always knows where my tight muscles are. A great massage for an amazing price. Your not paying $180 for an hour massage and you don't get the privacy and some of those perks you get when you pay the luxury price. But you do get a great massage and the ability to come back frequently because it is only $25-$35! They give a "harder" massage and not so good with "soft touches". I've gone here quite a few times and never really had much of a problem. I used to go really often when I was able to afford it but it's been a long time since I've been back. I decided to treat myself yesterday to the number 3 which is a 90-minute massage in the private room. It was a great massage however at the end when I asked if I could put a $5 tip on my card the woman laughed and said for what you got 10 is better. I don't like confrontation so I tipped 10 but I probably won't be back. I also work in the service industry and people tip me way worse than that and I just consider it nice that they decided to give anything at all. read more

I love going there they do a great job. If I had to say a few negative things it would be that they need to use more lotion, they are very tight on things they buy cheap in the gallons and the other would be when you tell them a little softer they would understand. The first time I came here, the massage was great but today I felt like other reviewers have mentioned, elbowed and kneed to death. Also, as mentioned by others, they aren't happy with a 20% tip and even when I tipped them way more than that, they still weren't happy. I'm not sure what they would be happy with. When you pay, they hover over you to see what you are going to give them, which I think is kind of rude. I had only a small amount of cash on me today, so I planned to put some on the card and some cash, but when she saw what I wrote on the receipt she stormed off before I could reach in my pocket for the cash. I've been coming here for years, and for a mere twenty five dollars (plus tip), you can have someone beat the stress, strain, and poor posture out of your back. Let me be clear, if you're expecting the people to bust out all of the weird scented, non sensical things for a "relaxing massage," know you will be disappointed. Reflexology is about pressure, and is essentially the "hair of the dog that bit me" in the massage world. You will feel sublime... Afterwards. There may not be a lot of intimacy, (Unless you up for the private room), but it's made more private with the use of screens. You only need fear someone falling asleep and snoring, but that's not really the venue's fault. Note: If you're that person who falls asleep, you're an asshole. Pay the extra ten bucks and fall asleep in the private room. A word on tipping, places like this can stay in business because of their tips, so don't be cheap. The workers bust their ass, and you can spare an extra ten bucks if you're going in for weekly massages. read more

Poor business choices by the woman behind the desk, and one of her employees. (1) I called, made an appointment, and they called back saying they gave my appointment to somebody else, even after I was making my way to them. Do they do this to people in general? (2) A masseuse expected me to pay for both a massage and a tip before I received the massage. I said I would not pay a tip at all for this massage and would leave if she expected me to. She accepted to give a massage without a tip and ended up giving me a pretty bad massage! (3)They would hang up on me when I kept pressing them with demands and expectations to know why they gave my appointment away. I called them back each time they would hang up on me, and they didn't like that. So, finally, the woman who answered the phone told me to stop calling them and accused me of harassment, saying that if I called again, they would get a lawyer. So, I have been banned. Don't recommend this spot. I gave it more than one star because it's in my home community and other patrons seemed to be happy with their experiences there. read more

They take your phone number not your name. All appts written not in an appt book but written in a blank notebook. Now back to the walk in welcome.....even if they messed up on the appt. Don't you think they would've at least TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST? No customer service. I was skeptical to go back to this massage parlor bec of my first experience where my masseuse was no good. But since it is just a few blocks away fr my home, i wanted to give it another try. Read the reviews in yelp n requested for yelpers fav masseuse Susan who was off. I asked if there was anybody better if not equally good as Susan and i was assigned to Cici. Oh my, Cici gave me what i asked for, a deep massage, so detailed that she did not miss an inch of my neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs. Though I suggest more training on face and head massage strokes as i do not think anybody appreciates stretching hard the facial skin and nail scratching the scalp wc i gestured for her to be careful. Overall, i enjoyed Cici's very strong hands, she did not steal any time fr my one hour, soaked my feet in warm water while she massaged my shoulders and neck, the environment and music was relaxing, worth the $25 price and $20 tip for her dedication to her job. read more

It was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in for the one hour foot massage. My feet soaked for about 20 minutes and during that time Nancy massaged my head, shoulders and arms. She then massaged my feet. She finished with a quick back massage, more like heavy pressure using her arms. I did not want to get up when she was done. It felt so good. Cost: $20 plus tip. I saw a sign for this place $20.00 for one hour foot massage/reflexology, decided to check it out. They have great prices for foot and/or regular massages. I decided on the 30 minute back massage with 30 minutes of foot massage. The price was 35.00 not bad at all. The back massage was good for the price, but the foot massage was great. Felt very relaxed. The place is clean, a little dark but it helps to relax. They have music playing and everyone's very quiet. After a long day of shopping and some very tired feet this is the solution. I will be back hopefully in a week, but I am going to pass on the back massage and go for the full hour on the feet! read more

I had an hour full body massage a few weeks ago, but I had her (can't remember her name) only concentrate on my upper back and then the 30 min massage on my feet. It was amazing! I have plantar fasciitis and the week following the massage, I had no pain in my foot. I will be making it a regular appointment at least for my feet. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. My girlfriend and I made appointments - one gift certificate, one cash. When we arrived we were told they would not honor the gift certificate, regardless of the cash paid for it, or that we were paying cash for the second person. Further, the people chose to speak English and understand English only when it served their purposes and in the end - they didn't even speak to us, just stood over us with a dirty look so we would know to leave. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE. Do yourself a favor, google "foot massage" and go ANYWHERE ELSE. There is a great shop on 17th Street and several other places along Tustin where you can get a better massage for the same amount of money. Interesting....i was told that they were booked the rest of the night but when I called they asked me what time I wanted to come in? That's not rude or stereotypical at all!!! They will be rude to you if you don't look like you have money........been coming for years and this has never happened to me. my first time to visit. Massage was very good, but the girl working on me (as I was lying on my stomach) asked me to remove my watch. I asked if she would put it into my hanging purse but did not watch. When I arrived home, no watch in purse, so I called thinking maybe she had accidently dropped it on the floor. I concur with Andrea. That it wasn't what we wanted. He performed sports massage. Which involves kneeling and deep pressure all I desired was a good relaxation treatment. Instead I felt like I just got beat with a stick for an hour. When I asked for lighter pressure I got elbows. Which as most people know as deep pressure. In addition I expected full body. I got no neck only facial. .... No chest or abdominal or glutes. He didn't even try to communicate he would leave the room for like 5 minutes and your like wtf. Where did he go. I felt this was more of a rub down then a massage. Also when I woke up the next day I had bruises over my back. he also got a wet towel and scrubbed deeply off all the oil he stingly just applied. Which hurts. I had to resist the urge to punch him from such a harsh treatment. When it came to pay my total is 35$ I hand him 40. And he asks where's my tip. Umm your lucky. I gave u five bro. UNPROFESSIONAL. Walked in for a facial a few days back and was told "we are not open." So I asked, "Really, why do I see people?" Furthermore, the open sign was on and I am standing here talking to you in the waiting area. This was around 4:30 pm and the sign in the door says they close at 10 pm (i.e. 5.5 hours before closing). So I kindly asked when they would be open to offer facials and was told to come back in 4 days. Mind you, this place IS NOT BUSY. So giving them the benefit of the doubt....I come back AND I CALL THIS TIME. WHEN I GET THERE I AM TOLD THEY HAVE NOBODY AVAILABLE FOR FACIALS. THIS TIME I AM PISSED AS I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I explicitly asked for a facial and made an appointment and the guy admits to talking with me. All I get is a shrug and an insincere I am sorry. No offer for any future discount for my time, gas, or frustration let alone trying to reschedule. Nope just an insincere apology. Honestly, I almost get a DISCRIMINATION vibe from these people. It's as if when they see me they refuse service in an insincere, passive "Asian" way. That or they really just don't need the customers even though they are nearly empty every time I've come in. Go somewhere else. These people are unprofessional to say the least.
