Hot stones with special oil $55) Then it was my time....I was called in and taken to a room, got ready and then Susan came in. She asked me what type of pressure I wanted and I asked for Deep/Medium and she began.... I've been really stress out at work lately so I had a lot of knots and was tight. I called to see if I could do a one-hour full body massage on a Thursday afternoon. Pros: I came right in and only had to wait about 10 minutes or so. The massage pressure was on point as I'm a big fan of very deep pressure. $45/hr is affordable. Improvements: I understand when massage therapists check-in to see if the pressure is good, but too much is not a good thing. After about the fourth time she asked in the first ten minutes, I said I'd speak up first if pressure should be lighter. Also, sometimes she would inappropriately laugh at me if I cringed when the massage didn't feel right. There was also a communication barrier as she didn't seem to understand that I wanted deep tissue except in areas where I had bruises and I also had to ask for hands and feet to be included. Overall, it was an adequate massage, but I'll keep my eyes peeled for other places. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind ending back up here again if I felt like getting another massage. read more

Everything is very clean and they try to make the atmosphere as serene as possible, even though it's located in a strip mall so sometimes noisy people walk by outside. The service is wonderful and the price is more than reasonable. We even brought our sons here a couple of times because they know how to behave in these places (better than some adults*) and they love getting their feet massaged. The staff took great care of them and made them feel special. * Note to rude people: If you go to a spa, please turn off your cell phone. I've been coming to this place for 3 years, was as just there a month ago asked for my usual person Han (great guy) when I made my appointment. Got there lady walked me to the room, waited undressed on the massage table & a lady walks in. I told her I asked for Han. She said it would be another hour. I had made appt. 2 days b4. While massage someone kept opening the door it was very noisy! I kept asking to close it, & someone would open it. I got the impression that most of the women their weren't happy that he was being requested. That was very obvious. This also happened to 5 of my other friends. I've gone to several massage spas and every experience is always different. I went in late at night around 9 pm with my boyfriend to get massages, I had called in beforehand and they said that it was fine to go so we did. And right away they rushed us inside, I sorta understood why they were rushing us since they were about to close at 10pm but either way if we are paying for ur services they're shouldn't be any rushing. I came in trying to come out feeling refreshed and relaxed and instead I was disappointed. My boyfriend said he had a good massage and he actually felt better. But for me? Not so well I had an older male masseuse and I was in pure discomfort and pain with the way he was massaging me. Nothing about it felt good!! Then I let them know I want hot stone and he did it. It was ok, the hot stone was probably the only good part I liked but even then he did very little with them unlike other spas I've been to. I had also left my stuff nearby me and they moved it to another chair without even asking me. I would've appreciated it if they asked me because my phone,jewelry and wallet were there. Moving forward, the massage I received was so terrible I'm actually aching this morning from it. Oh and i almost forgot towards the end of our massages both of the massage therapists decided to start having a conversation in their language, as if that was relaxing to listen to while we are trying to get some peace and quiet. I paid for full body too and they barely even massaged my feet...idk but I've paid less $ at other spas and they've done more work on me than I received here. Finally when we went to pay the cashier lady tries to persist that I leave a bigger tip... I WAS NOT HAPPY SO WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU BIGGER TIP?? Do better job then I will tip more. I have been to this place about four times now and I always get the special and I always leave happy. This last weekend, I took my mom and sister to get a massage for their birthdays. My best friend also came along, seeing as she introduced me to this place and always wants to go get massages. We all got the $35 special, 40 minutes on your body & 20 minutes on your feet. They had us all in this area that was curtained off, but open enough that we all still felt like we were getting massaged together. We are all differently sized people, from my mom who is tiny and older to myself who is 6'2" and not so tiny, and they all seemed to use the right pressure for us. I usually get a guy and I leave feeling slightly beaten up, which I enjoy, but this time I had a woman and I was worried that it wouldn't be hard enough because she was quite tiny. However, she used a good amount of pressure and got into new spots that they guy never got into. It was like a totally different, yet wonderful experience. I already have plans to go back. read more

My Touch is the best Spa that I have ever visited in Orange County. I visited it several times before Covid and I could not have been happier. I just moved to the Orange area and found this place on Yelp. The staff was friendly, the price is decent and the massage was worth it. The deep tissue, hot stone and hot oil was included. After my massage was done the lady left the door open, she didn't give direction. Moments later she returned and said all done. I suppose she was in training because i can hear the lady in the front giving her instructions to close the door. I have been coming here for at least 5+ years! Its very clean and you dont have to wait if you call and make an appointment ahead of time. You cant get a better massage anywhere else for the price ($25+$10-15 tip, they prefer cash) Ive tried 5-10 different "foot massage" places and this is by far my favorite. Just to clarify, its a whole body massage, fully clothed (except for your shoes and you can take ur shirt off when they have you lay face down on the table) they rub lotion on your feet at the end and then wipe them off. Its about ten massage table/beds lined up, separated by curtains in a relaxing, dimly lit room. Private rooms are also available ($45?) but i feel like they really get in ur muscles better if they dont have to worry about moving a sheet around when ur completely naked. I like that all of the masseuses do the same "routine" so its consistently good no matter who you get. I always tip $10-15. Worth every penny and so much more affordable/therapeutic than rip off Massage Envy. Ive had some work related neck and back issues that I was seeing a chiropractor to fix. I feel like coming here for regular massages has really kept my neck and back pain at bay. A perfect night for me is getting a massage here then going to eat at Zenas Lebanese restaurant (on the other side of the parking lot) P.s. they will massage your face/head and sometimes use a little oil or lotion, so if youre going somewhere fancy after just politely say "no face" or "no oil" when they flip u over or you'll look like you slept with your make up on and didnt wash your hair when you walk out of there I like to go at night so I sleep like a baby read more

THE WORST MASSAGE I have ever had in my life. I had to cut the session short, because my time and money was being wasted. My masseuse came in, didn't ask me once what I wanted ( pressure, areas to work on..etc) she started off on my back, applying a copious amount of oil on. Let me emphasize that there was NO massage taking place throughout the session, it was her simply applying oil onto my skin. Despite her lack of communication, I kept vocalizing what I wanted... again just crickets. THEN after she was done applying lotion on my back, she went to my face and started applying oil on my face and hair!! I stopped her immediately... this woman clearly had NO idea what she was doing! She then in panic ran outside to get a towel to clean the oil off of my face and left the door wide open (let's keep in mind I am exposed). After she comes and wipes off the oil on my face, she started on my feet. Let's just say, I would've been better off walking into a bucket of oil and marinating in it for 10 years. I couldn't take it anymore and asked to kindly stop the massage. She then attempts to wipe off the remaining oil on my feet, with the amount she applied would realistically take a good week for it come out. Clearly she could see the frustration I was exuding and and runs out of the room, again leaving the door open. I get up to close the door, and almost slipped had I not grabbed the bed. Oh did I mention I am 10 months pregnant? For the life of my unborn child and myself I had to get out of this unprofessional massage parlor. I quickly dressed myself and went out to the front to talk to the manager. I let her know of my terrible experience, she then had the audacity to yell at my masseuse right infront of me and not provide any consolation, honestly, a simple apologize would've sufficed; there is a major lack of accountability. I can only hope that proper training is provided to the rest of their staff, for not only is the quality of the massage low, but the client's safety at risk. read more

After an amazing massage the whole experience gets ruined by the receptionist. I see my aunt waiting at the front and tells me she was forced to give them $10 for tip after they spilled oil on her bra. As I'm paying I give the lady $5 cash for tip to see what she says. She rudely says "where is the other $5 for tip, you need $10 tip" Mind you I have no problem tipping $10-$15 for my massage but NO ONE! Tells me what to do with my money. I looked at her in her eyes and said no where on this receipt or place says you need to tip $10! They need to really get some training on better customer service! I would give this place 5 stars since I am a regular here for about 2 years, but because it is a hit or miss depending on which masseuse you get I would rate this place 4 stars. For the price of $25 excluding tip, you get a "foot reflexology" deal that basically is a total body massage. They even use oil as well and massage the problem areas very well. Heads up, they tell you to take off your shirt or take off your shirt for you in the common area. They'll use a towel to cover you for privacy. Things I think they can improve is their customer service. I believe it's because of the language barrier, but there was a few times I went that I was turned off by the lack of communication etc. Overall, I still enjoy going here since I go once a month. I go to a lot of foot reflexology places, but I always end up going here. I end up falling asleep every time I go during the foot massage. read more

This is my first review I had to write. I normally come to My Touch Spa leaving relaxed. But not today, I was upset and annoyed. Mindy did such a horrible job. Basically, I paid to get felt up, leaving tense and upset. During my massage I complained about the pressure which she would add pressure but revert back to tapping. I had to call the manager to complain during my session. Whole experience was freakin weird. From the moment I stepped in to when I left. Least relaxing massage I've ever had and I am a massage enthusiast! Check in required waiting in the lobby forever and waiting for lady at the front to talk to someone on the phone and then me talking to person on the phone to see if they could fit me in and then going back and forth between "we can do an hour" then "half an hour massage" and back and forth. Massage was painful with her digging into my spine and neck with her elbow. I love deep tissue massage but she clearly did not know what she was doing. Then at checkout she didn't want to take my card (wanted cash which I didn't have), charged me $2 to use my card, then when I left a tip she looks at the receipt and makes a face, mutters something under her breath and says to me "more tip better". This place is hit or miss. They can be very rough and it's difficult to talk to the therapist as none of them speak much English. Also, the last time I was there I gave the therapist a $5 tip for a $25 massage, even though she almost crippled me. She was outraged and kept saying no $20. This might be a little convoluted...but here we go. My husband, all around good guy, bought a gift certificate for me, for what he believed was $20 for a 1 hour foot massage. Great guy, great deal! I called My Touch Spa ahead of time and was told to come on over. Walk ins are ok, but appointments are recommended here. When I arrived, I was the only client. The windows are heavily tinted and the spa is dark. The waiting area has a few chairs and a small fish tank. Nothing flashy, but slightly on the cheesy side. I waited at the counter a few minutes and a nice young man came out to greet me. I informed him I had called about a foot massage and showed him the gift certificate. He compared my gift certificate to a ledger behind the counter, to make sure it was legit I guess. He showed me a menu of their services, and I pointed to the foot massage. He informed me that my certificate was only for $20 and the foot massage was $25. I didn't argue, and paid the $5. However, this comes into play later in the story, because I don't carry a lot of cash.... and that was part of my tip money. So I paid for services up front. The young man guided me just past the waiting area, to a large room with approximately 10 client areas (five on each side, and each area about 6 feet wide with a massage chaise and rice paper like dividers). So you need to know another customers could easily be next to you. In fact, you will hear them getting their massage etc. He shows me to my chaise, and has me sit on an ottoman. He quickly makes up the massage chaise with clean linens while I soak my feet in warm water. I am asked to like face down and the upper body portion of my selection begins. I am a little confused, the option I selected said 1 hour foot massage with free head, neck, shoulder, arms and back. I thought would get the 1 hour foot massage first. Oh well, massage continues and it is good... and then the back of my shirt gets pulled up and he undoes my bra. I wasn't prepared for that! Ok, everything was handled professionally and we continue on. Finally to the foot massage! Which was nice, but only lasted 10 minutes. The young man tells me I am done. This spa needs to evaluate the semantics on their menu, specials, and advertisements. Normally, I would have though this is a great deal for $25. I left a little frustrated and not feeling like rewarding 4 -5: I didn't know the foot massage wasn't 1 hour, my husband thought he had paid for a special deal that covered the option I chose and here is the kicker... when I went to leave, I placed a decent tip on the table near the chaise where I received my services. My tip wasn't as much as I had wanted, but still a decent tip. I walked out front and noticed a different man behind the counter/cash register. I decided to grab one of their post cards to make sure I wasn't missing something. He smiles at me an I leave. HE FOLLOWS ME OUT THE DOOR AND ASKS ME IN THE PARKING LOT IF I HAD PAID! I informed him I gave the young man a gift certificate and extra money for the services. He then asks me "WHAT ABOUT A TIP?!" I politely told him I had left in on the table. Never in my life have I ever wanted to lock myself into my car and drive off.
