This shop has amazing wines and great wine accessories, and it's right by the beach so you can pick up some great wines after your long day. The owner, Harold, was super helpful and supportive of local projects. They even have a wine called "The Oyster" that restores 100 oysters per bottle! I bought it and it was delicious Sauvignon Blanc! read more

Cannot say enough good things about it, a good local York shop. Linda is very knowledgeable, laid-back, and willing to suggest good parings. Prices are quite reasonable. Perfect fit for this wonderful New England beachside town. read more

Have been coming here for years! Linda is the best in the business! She knows so much about wine! Now her shop has expanded and carries a beer and hard liquor section! She also sells cheese! What a perfect shop literally on the beach! If your going to York you are going to want to stop here and talk with Linda! She carries wine from all over the world! Only place to shop for wine.. read more

I have been going here for a few years and they are always nice and accommodating. I don't know to much about wine but they help every time no matter how many questions I have. They're always happy to see you and ask you about your day. I will always buy my wine here! read more

Yuck yuck yuck. We started to walk down the two steps and were accosted by cigarette smoke...a woman was blocking the door. Assumed she was homeless, turns out she is the owner. Reluctantly went in to the store, which was seriously overheated. Anyone who knows wine is aware that storage temperature is important. On every count I say "avoid" this shop. read more

Not only is the name amazing but so is the wine selection! They feature a wide variety of wines to browse from all over the map! I was visiting the area so I looked to Yelp for suggestions on where to go and I'm so pleased I went here. The staff was very welcoming and extremely knowledgable so I decided to go off their recommendations. All the wines they suggested offered a unique flavor that I enjoyed tremendous. I must say though my favorite had to be The Oyster! I won't get into too much details because I see that a fellow Yelper already did, but I do highly recommend this wine and supporting the awesome, local cause! read more

It was very clean inside and they really lean into the industrial brewery vibe. They had outdoor seating, which we took advantage of since the weather was so nice. The only thing about the brewery is that it's so close to the ocean but the ocean isn't visible at all. The outdoor patio is situated at a busy crossroads and none of the charming center of town or ocean are visible. You kind of have to remove yourself from your beach vacation when you walk through the doors.
